Sauce 1 Roofing is awesome! I find a water spot in my Bedroom and they come to the rescue. I looked up on Angie's List and Sauce 1 Roofing pop up so I called them. A couple of days later, Dallas, the owner came to my crib to check my spot. I told him about my Solar Panels and he taught me about the roof. It was cool to talk to him about family, too. After he bounced, they sent me a Quote and I was down, so they started the process. I wasn't around when they worked on it but I saw pics of the process and it was great! They did such a good job- I am definitely telling my peeps about Sauce 1 Roofing!

They kept my deposit n stuff, keep reschedulin' all the time, and ain't gettin' back to me. I wanna get this sorted quick, 'fore it drags on for months like some other reviewers been sayin'. I'm still open to workin' with 'em and payin' the price they gave me if they can start soon enough. Hopin' they'll at least hit me back with a call.

This roofing company, Source 1 Roofing, LLC, is the worst I have ever seen. I never want to work with them again. They took our money and never called us about when they were going to fix our roof. They asked us for more money even though they never fixed the roof or talked to us. Do not use this company if you do not want to have a hard time with a business that does not stick to their promises. It has been three months since they told us they would fix our roof in April.

I gave Source 1 Roofing, LLC half the money in advance to fix my roof in March. It was supposed to take no more than 10 days. They kept lying to me about when they would finish it. The stuff left over from their work blew off, including my pool solar panels. The roofer was smoking on the roof while they worked. Another roofer came to check on the damage. He saw that they had used the wrong paper for tile roofs and made other mistakes. He will send pictures. I want my money back. I complained to the contractor board and may sue them.

Source 1 roofin has bin reely bad. Me and my ol' lady hatch a deal with them on 5/24. They took $6,500 from us. Now it's July 7/7 and they ain't dun no work on my roof yet. We need some new shingls and a bit of plywood fixin. A big dumpster's been sittin in my driv way since and they only took off the old shingls. They never cum back and left the roof bare. The rain came in heavy and ruined more of the roof. I'm gettin up there in age and in bad health. I called them so many times but they always give me the run around. Why does it take 2 months for a roof job? They took advantage of us old folks. I don't trust them no more. I just want my $6500 back and will go find a better company to do the work.

They told me the job was completed but boy they lied! In March, I was quoted $2850 to replace lots of broken tiles from a solar installation company. I got an invoice for a 50% deposit and then they sent 2 workers to do the job while I was away. One came back looking for his compensation and said it was completed but honestly, they only replaced 30 tiles! Such a bummer. When I got the final invoice, it claimed they only agreed to replace up to 30 tiles when the quote was for 300. The worst bit is that they coated the corner cap tiles with tar! My neighbor told me about that. Kinda wish I didn't pay the rest of the bill now!
