Love these people. Never had hearing aids before. But I was guided here possibly by the good lord. Any issues I have had with Southwestern Hearing Centers were quick to fix them. Whenever I am in the office with the staff members, John and Sarah, I feel like family.

Came with my mom to get hearing aids. I am so pleased with the staff starting with Sarah at the front, she has the sweetest heart and was so helpful with insurance and paperwork. Then Emily was so knowledgeable and took the time she needed. I am so happy we have her new aids.

I have been going to the Eureka office for several years and could not be happier. I sometimes go by the office just to ring the bell on the counter for fun! My Mom was having trouble with her hearing aids. We went to the Southwestern Hearing Center location on Hampton Avenue not knowing they had just closed. An employee who was just leaving asked what we needed, opened back up and fixed the problem. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a big thanks. Cant say enough good things about our experience.

Took my mother in for hearing aids and was greeted by the sweetest receptionist! She was so kind and helpful with the paperwork. When it was time to see the Dr he was so kind and took the time to listen to her needs and concerns. When it was time to leave the receptionist held the door for us and chatted as we walked down the sidewalk. Kindness is all around that office. I am so happy we chose Southwestern hearing!

I have been a customer for several years now and have always been very happy with the service I have received. Most recently I was in a tight pinch with one hearing aid out for repairs and my other giving me problems, but the staff at the Mid-Rivers location scheduled me in at the last minute and really helped me out. I not only got the immediate help I needed, but we made changes to my programming that will truly be more useful to me going forward. I truly appreciate that!

This is where my mother decided she wanted to go in 2019. No one in her family had ever had good luck with hearing aids; the devices were always stored in drawer. The staff at Southwestern Hearing Center on Main Street, was professional. courteous and helpful. They answered the numerous questions my mother had, explained many times how the devices would help her and the instructions they gave her were clear and concise. Thank you so much to John, Sarah and now, Emily, for all the help you have given us over the past visits.

I have received wonderful service from this company. I've worn hearing aids for over 45 years, and Southwestern Hearing Centers in St. Charles and Troy, Mo., were just the best. I appreciate the time they spent, explaining to me about my hearing loss, and how they hope to correct and improve it. After only one time, for the original purchase of the hearing aids, what a surprise to be able to hear my freezer motor running, in my garage. I hadn't heard that before, and am just grateful for Southwestern Hearing Centers' assistance. They have performed exactly as they said they were going to do. Great company. Five stars.

I was originally informed by Les Smith that I would be receiving hearing aids capable of connecting to my phone, if I had an iPhone
I was originally informed by Les Smith that I would be receiving hearing aids capable of connecting to my phone, if I had an iPhone. I had a Samsung at the time. Les stated that Samsung should be coming out with an app soon, after several scheduled visits over a two year period of time, of which I asked about the app every time, answer was the same, "they haven't yet". At my last visit, end of March, Les informed me he had ordered the hearing aids not capable of doing what I was originally marketed, went on to say he saved me around $500 since I did not have an iPhone. My problem is that I was never given an opportunity of choice or made aware of his actions till two years later and now I am supposed to accept this? We paid $5000 cash and as my wife said, "what is $500 when you look at how much we paid".

I have called Southwestern Hearing Centers, main office, several times to resolve the issue of billing statements received with Final Notice and Interest added to total while waiting for the final answer from the Insurance Co regarding the appeal. I have talked to the receptionist, the insurance expert, the billing rep, all saying they will have the President call me. After several attempts talking to office staff or leaving several messages I have not heard a word from the President or Vice President. On March 30 I finally received the insurance decision on the appeal which has been denied, rightfully so since the Ins Co followed all the guidelines for coverage. It is the deception and dishonesty from Southwestern Hearing Centers that is the problem and I need to get it resolved so I can start making payments. As I stated in my review with ComplaintsBoard.com that I posted yesterday, March 30 Southwestern Hearing Centers was dishonest & deceptive when they told us the hearing aids were covered 100%. They said they called the Ins Co and it was completely covered. Then as soon as the 30-day trial period ended we were told the Ins Co is not covering and we have to pay the balance due, plus interest added on the total. Now the statements are threatening collection agency if not paid, this all took place during the time we were waiting to hear about the appeal. I want to resolve the issue by setting up payments and have the issue of added interest removed and the threatening statements to stop.
