Excellent work! Very efficient. My windows have never looked better. Very kind and friendly customer service. Very easy process to schedule the job and have it done. They were on time, did great work, and were done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Sparkle Tech!

James and his brother did a great job on the windows and James highlighted that several of my screens had deteriorated and that he could have them repaired and returned in short order at a reasonable price. As usual the gentlemen were professional, courteous and friendly.

Everything went great...showed up on time and was alerted when they were coming. Sparkle Tech Window Washing and their team did a super job on our Solar Panels...what a difference in appearance. Yes, I would recommend them for Solar Panels, Screens and Windows...Very professional and thorough.

We have been using Sparkle Tech for over 3 years and we are always satisfied with how clean they get the windows. I like dealing with a Family owed business. The ease of making an appointment and the follow through is great. Have never thought of getting or trying another window washing service.

Loved them until they refused to come back for 90 day touch up price? Charged us double in Oct because they offered discount for any cleaning done in next 3 months. Now James the owner won't honor it? We also have left 2 messages with Haley and no call returned. You have to honor your offer to be a reputable business - very very disappointed!

I have used them before and was very happy, however in trying to book another appointemnt the cost of services has increased over 300% from $135 to $450 and the sales person was rude and unprofessional when trying to book and appointment and understand the pricing. I would hope this is not indicative of their service but my experience so proceed with caution if considering this company.

The first professional window cleaning to our Scottsdale home was performed today by Sparkle Tech. We opted for the outdoor and indoor service that included cleaning our screens and window tracks. The team of Jadan, Jordan, and Jaran did high quality work at a fair and reasonable price. Our windows are crystal clear again. We definitely will contact Sparkle Tech for our future window cleaning needs.

Terrible, rude and unprofessional service! I was given a quote that wasn't honored initially. I was also told there was a "free 90 day touch up offered with my service" when I called to redeem this, I was informed that it is no longer available and that I didn't pay for it (despite being told it was included in the service as it has always been for the past 3 years with Sparkle Tech). When I questioned this, I was interrupted. I asked them to listen to what I was saying and told my dissatisfaction by saying "go find someone else to wash your windows".

Very pleased with the results! The crew was fast and paid attention to detail. However, three things concerned me - 1. I called to see if you accept credit cards. The answer was yes with no mention of an additional fee for using my credit card. For some retirees on a fixed income even an additional $4 makes a difference. 2. I would encourage your company to accept Zelle payments. It's protected, immediate transfer and zero fee. 3. Please include cleaning screens. I hope the next time I need window cleaning these items will have been addressed. Thank you!

I am partially reversing my earlier review. Day after they were cleaned and looked amazing. One of the small windows we noticed and small cracke creeping down from frame. Contacted them they said if it didn't show up day of service not there responsibility. It's obvious it was from pressure when cleaning. I stand by my review of the two boys that came and did the work they were awesome. We realize these things happen but for the company to reject our request to fix crack is not acceptable. Will Have glass company replace on our own but will not use them again.

Scheduled appointment August 26 for services on November 15 between 10:00 am. Had responded to multiple messages regarding great pricing etc. had used company before. No one showed November 15 during time allotted. Multiple calls later person handling phones called owner and he said all appointments under $350 were cancelled. I think this was news to her too. (she was very nice by the way) After 10:00 am and multiple calls got a call back saying appointment cancelled. What a way to run a business. I realize these are difficult times for businesses, but I worked hard moving furniture etc for easy window access, then nothing. If the owner forgot to cancel my appointment, at least an apology rather than a stock text of cancellation would have seemed reasonable.

I requested an appointment to have my windows cleaned before Thanksgiving and received a response which stated "Unfortunately we don't do anything less than $350 now". When I inquired and explained that I had been a customer since the beginning, the messages got more and more rude. I even asked to speak to [Owner's Name], the owner. They never allowed me to speak to him. Actually I don't know who was responding to my messages. It is hard to believe that [Owner's Name] would take this negative stance. He was so customer service and kind. Never was it communicated that they have appreciated me as a customer or hate to just drop me. I agree with other customers who expressed their disappointment. I do not recommend this company not even to customers who may have $350 worth of service. They do not value their customers nor appreciate them.

They did not honor the quote that they gave me, which was in writing on email. They gave me a quote for exterior and interior cleaning, but since I said that I don't need all of the windows cleaned on the inside they sent me another quote that only included 4 windows on the inside. They said the price was the same for the outside and inside. I replied that I might need more windows cleaned on the inside and they responded that it was not a problem. When they arrived they refused to clean any other windows on the inside and the job they did was sloppy. They denied all the conversation that we had before about the quote being for both outside and inside. I was actually doing them a favor by not asking for all the windows to be cleaned on the inside and they took advantage of that to do half the job they were supposed to do. Don't do business with people that don't have firm prices.

We have been using Sparkle Tech Window Cleaners since their inception. Without a doubt, it is among the best family owned businesses in the valley, The family owner is [owner's name]. I had the privilege of meeting [owner's name] and his oldest son on their first visit. I could not have been more impressed. This recent visit, it was pointed out that we needed new screens for the back of the house. I concurred and asked if he knew of anyone that did such work. Surprised, he stated we do. They left with the screens and we were told it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. With the screens gone, the inside of our home was too bright for my wife's eyes. We contacted [owner's name] and asked if there was any possibility they could be finished earlier. He texted back that the soonest would be the end of the following week. His team showed up yesterday and the screens were professionally constructed and much heavier that the previous ones. My wife and I were elated. Before I finish, I simply want to emphasize the professionalism, exceptional work, and politeness with which Sparkle Tech guarantees. Good evening Sparkle Tech Window washing team. Tonight, while coming onto the 60 from country club heading toward mesa drive exit, a sparkle mini van was entering off of the 60 heading east bound. The person driving cut in behind me at such high speed and was so close to my car I could not see the front of his van. I slowed to have him back off and he got closer. Once I pulled up to the stop light at mesa Dr. The man pulled down his window and yelled at me for slowing down. I yelled back and told him he was driving recklessly and he screamed at me for being stupid and many other terrible names. I told him I was going to call the 1 800 number and complain about his driving and his attitude by rolling down his window while trying to intimidate another driver on the road. He yelled back that he was the business owner and to do whatever I [censored]en wanted to do. I'm not sure if this is how the overall company runs, however I think that this gentleman who was a Hispanic slender person, maybe a 100 pound man with a shaved head should be reprimanded for his behavior on the road as well as poor representation of a business. He is a danger to fellow drivers. I am a veteran and a medical worker and this behavior would never pass for any business. Thank you for listening. Concerned human

10.24.22 BAD experience with Sparkle Tech Window Washing. After texting a quote for $175 a week ago Saturday, confirming $ and scheduling job for Friday, 2-5pm and receiving a text confirmation at 11:47am on Friday, they just didn't show up. No answer on text or phone Fri pm or Sat am. No answer on phone Monday until about 10am when I finally got through. The receptionist said, "So sorry" about mix-up on Friday, and rescheduled for Monday afternoon 1-5pm. At 11:57am, I received a text from a new number saying it was Sparkle Tech and saying the job was quoted wrong and it would be $250 instead of $175 for our condo. I called the office a few times and finally reached the receptionist at 2:00pm. She didnt know anything about the text, "must have been sent by the technician coming to clean the windows". At this point, I said I didn't think this was going to work out and the receptionist hung up on me. I am very disappointed in this company as we were all set to get windows washed and had a company, who, we thought has a good reputation and track record. Our experience was anything but. We understand we are all people and can make mistakes, however, Sparkle Tech failed so many times before they even got a technician here to do the job, we just do not want them on the property. We hope to find someone soon who will do the job and will be happy to post a positive review!
