They were here for 90 minutes and did a stellar job of getting the algae, grime and mildew crud off--especially from the gutters. They were careful to first remove clay pots, doormats, etc. before blasting water, and nothing was damaged; including our emerging spring flowers. The guys even washed around a bird's nest on top of our porch light! There was a lingering scent of bleach afterward for a few hours, but it smelled 'clean' to us, so we didn't mind. We are so pleased with PPW that we plan to have them come out annually for a spring cleaning. Next time, we will ask them to also clean our concrete driveway and brick retaining walls. Nice job, fellas!

PPW performed service to my residence in the summer of 2021. Service was just ok and required additional appointments to address the issues correctly. While PPW may claim to be the best at power washing, certainly are not! PPW damaged my home during their claimed process that is safe and effective. When I addressed the issue, they refused to accept responsibility and blamed someone else. I provided evidence showing how they damaged my home, they just continued to blame someone else and would not accept responsibility. PPW made no attempts to address the issue other than saying they wanted to return to my home to show me how they could not have damaged my residence. Most people would only allow you to damage their home one time PPW. Poor service and look at other companies!
Very thorough and professional worker. I have been paying attention to ppw's work in my neighborhood and knew my mom's house needed done. I was patient and waited to the end of the season and I did the deck myself so is able to get the entire house done for a price that Mom was happy with.

I request Perfect Power Wash services for my home. I spoke with Matt who took the order and then wanted to know if I wanted services for the following year. I said yes. My services were completed in March. I never received a receipt. No Perfect Power Wash signage was put in my yard and I NEVER received a receipt for payment. I called and Matt told me it would be sent through email, it never was. Matt then stated that he would send a write up for services next year, it never was. I called several times and was put through to Customer service and the phone just rang and rang. I 'm glad I did not request them to do my driveway. I have read the reviews and I will get someone else to clean and seal my driveway. During a time like this (Coronavirus-19) When small businesses are begging to reopen. PPW should not mistreat their customers.

The young man I had walked the perimeter and any concerns he directed, which was my nature stone porch. We covered it and he did the nicest job on all concrete cleaning and sealing. A very happy with his job man and very polite. Highly recommend

We had a date set to have Perfect Power Wash clean our house. They were supposed to come between 8 oclock in the morning at 5 oclock in the late afternoon. Thats an eight hour window which seems to be ridiculous instead of giving us more of an idea when they were coming out. My wife and I stayed home the entire day waiting for them to come. I called at least two times to try to get a more exact idea of when they are coming out to do the job. By 5 oclock no one came, and I finally called again at 6 oclock and told them to cancel. During the entire day, no one called to give me an idea about what was happening, I was disgusted with the lack of professionalism on their part to take care of the job. The name Perfect Power Wash certainly does not measure up. I am very unhappy with how this whole thing was handled, and I will never deal with them again.

Had my house washed; also front sidewalk washed and sealed. He washed my sunroom/back porch, including all the windows and the white steps and actually got all the mildew off the steps.. My house now looks like new. He convinced me to have the house washed again next year, and also have the roof treated. Technician was a perfectionist and a very nice person (and a good salesman for the company.)

Just read a 7/14 Complaintsboard.com review from 'D' who said he didn't know he was on an annual contract and the manager insisted on enforcing it anyway. Same thing happened to me today. I was unaware of any annual contract, but was informed I was bound by it. After declining the fall service twice and hanging up due to the persistent caller, the manager later stated cancellation would be forced and billing would occur regardless. I asserted that I wouldn't pay for unsanctioned services or purchases. While the service team did well on two occasions, the recent issues have led me to decide on a different company for future needs.

We have a 2 story house. They didnt clean around the bathroom vents too good either. Guess this is what happens when they didnt even use a ladder to get closer. We had 2 baskets of fresh vegetables on the front porch they didnt move, washed the porch with the vegetables still on it. Also had a sign on the porch they didnt move or ash behind it. Left some loose debris on the house they didnt rinse off but the rain that day did. They also left the gate open getting into the back yard and we have dogs that could have gotten out if I hadnt seen it when I got home. *** called me but cant find out how to get in touch with *** through email on there website. Overall just an average job. Probably wouldnt recommend them because of this.

I told them I would get back to them tomorrow morning and I then received a quote from another company, which came in from another well known company for less money, this company didn't even know I had contacted any other company. I signed the agreement with the other company after carefully reading it. I then sent Perfect Power Wash a nice email thanking them for their time and within 10 minutes, I received a uncomfortable call from their sales person, Austin. He was telling me to cancel contract with other company, telling me I did not read their fine print and I would be sorry going with them (he doesn't even know what company I ended going with), the conversation began combative and I could not end it so I was forced to hang up on him. I would never refer this company to any of my neighbors or friends. Very surprised on their sales practices.

I couldn't tell because I was watching from my front window. Once he got under way and then finished (a little after 5pm) you could tell where he started and where he finished, as if he was a little rushed towards the end. I called the company one week later to the day (I really gave this some thought before complaining because I didn't want the technician to get into trouble) and explained how some areas were noticeably not as clean as the rest of the house. They responded by asking me to take pictures and e mail them to customer service. This was 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply back. An e mail response only takes a few minutes. NOT over joyed by this experience! By the way, this cost me over $400.00 to have done and this was with the 20% "discount" ! I don't think I will be doing future business with "Perfect" Power Wash.

The technicians did a great job! They were friendly & respectful. Yes, they did try to sell additional services but did not pressure us when we declined. The scheduling however, leaves alot to be desired. We were also "put on the schedule" & told we would be notified ahead of time of when the technicians would arrive. One afternoon shortly after arriving home from a medical app't, I received a text message saying they were on the way. (BTW-I did appreciate that the text message included a picture of the technician, very nice!) They arrived a few minutes later; must have been down the street! When we asked to be rescheduled, we were asked if we received an email about our app't. since I wasn't home, I had not. I later checked & the *** were only posted one minute apart! That's not notice. I called the office to reschedule without a problem, however the day before I called to try to get a time & had to leave a message. Without a call back, text or email, they arrived about 8-8:30a.m.!This is definitely an area were Perfect Power Wash needs to improve!

Very disappointing customer after job was done. I had my house and garage *** washed today. When I got home the house and garage looked very nice and clean. However, I was upset to find:The side garden gate was left wide open. I have a dog so this could have been a problem had I not checked outside before I let my dog out.All potted plants, hanging baskets were removed and left around the house on lawn areas.I couldn't tell if the porch had even been washed.The main thing is that the *** on the side of the garage was coming away from the garage wall.I did call and speak with a person called ***. I was not impressed with him at all. It was like he wasn't really listening to me and also it seemed as though he was also talking to someone in the background. A little rude. Anyway I explained everything to him and he didn't seem at all interested in what I was saying. He simply told me to take pictures and email them to him - which I perfectly understand is something you need to see. I told him of course I had put all the plans and hanging baskets back in their place. When I mentioned the porch I tried to explain to him that I couldn't tell if it had been washed and couldn't he simply ask *** if he had actually done it. He was not very obliging with that idea. I understand about moving things but it seems they could have been put back. Did get a call once I sent the photos but all the person did was to pretty much make it sound as though there was not a problem with my drainpipe. I said my goodbyes as I could see it was fruitless to try to get them to even come out and check the situation.

The scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. When I called for a quote they wanted me to give them a credit card#. I don't usually do that if work hasn't been done yet. But the way the sales person explained the reasoning I took it that if I didn't I wouldn't be able to schedule an appt at all when I was ready. I had other quotes & scheduled an appt with another company who was less expensive. Yesterday at about 8:00 a m or before, I get a knock on my *** is a *** technician ready to power wash my house! I never heard from them since my quote, nor did I set a day for them to come. I wouldn't make an appt. on a Monday anyway because I babysit my granddaughter then; I want to be home if I'm having a service done to my house.*** tech left after I told him I didn't sched him & made appt with another company because *** was too expensive for me. He said ok. I went to babysit (across the street). At about 11:00 I just happened to look out the *** is the *** truck in front of my house again & tech is powerwashing my house! I called the company & was so angry. Explained very heatedly about what all went down before this & told him I wasn't paying for this service that I never agreed to especially on a Monday. He said Well you gave me your credit card. I explained why I did that because I thought if I did decide to go with them, I wouldn't be able to schedule since they didn't have my credit card originally. It came down to me saying I wasn't paying & supervisor lowered the price to the other company's price they were charging. by this time the tech had pretty well finished the job. But I had to wrap the baby in a blanket n rush over to my house to try to stop the tech. while I had *** on phone all this time.So if you really haven't decided on using ***, don't give them your credit card. He was respectful and knowledgeable and did a good job with what he had.Quality - nothing special - mediocre at best. No better, no worse than other companies before them despite costing significantly more. *** - great when getting the quote however once the job was done, they were aggressive, arrogant and pushy. My work was done in April . I vaguely remember speaking to them about the annual membership and perhaps being interested. They have the recording of this. However, I never received anything to document acceptance of or defining the terms (and I've yet to receive this). They called me in April to schedule my annual service. I told them that I wasn't in a position to do it this year. It was then that they told me that I was required to cancel prior to March 16th or I was obligated to have the service or pay for it. I get texts or calls every week telling me they can "fit me into their schedule" .. I keep telling them it's still a no. This morning, *** called me three times in two minutes before leaving a voice mail insisting that they would charge me for the work if I didn't call in to make arrangements to get it scheduled. I explained that it was just not feasible this year. Again pressuring me, saying I had signed a contract, etc. and that I had no other options. I tried to a compromise and said that if he could show proof that the company had provided me with the written terms of this agreement then I would acquiesce and honor my side of the agreement, THIS year. He then proceeded to tell me that whether they sent it or not was relevant because they had a recorded conversation. When I mentioned that no one emailed or called to remind me to schedule of cancel, he had to gall to say "You should have written it down." Isn't WRITTEN communication what I was just asking for? Either way - even if the quality of the service had been amazingly spectacular, I would never do service with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them.

I didn't read the reviews I just seen A and I hired them, read the reviews It seems like there is 2 different views a 1 rating or a 5 rating. I am going to be right in the middle it was neither good or bad. First of all ask questions. Know what your expectations are and make sure they can do that. If you think that power washing will make your house brand new it wont, if you want to get the dirt off the surface of your house, it does. If you are having multiple things done, make sure you understand what each part cost. I got a cost for a house and driveway, felt it was realistic, but I wish I had them break down the price. as far as pushy? they did push there yearly membership but that is to be expected its a business. So lets talk about the surface. I strongly recommend you be there for the service so you can look at the work after its done. PPW did not over schedule other then some time in the next 7 days and the notice is only 30 minutes. that could be a problem if you keep cars in your driveway or need to move furniture. My technician told me when he got there, was courteous and polite. Asked me if I had questions called me when he was done. When I got home it was a disappointment. That day was a downpour day. i asked the technician before he started if he was sure the job could be done in the rain, he assured me yes. My house was a mess, there was soap run marks all over the whole house. stuff had been removed out of my flower bed for protection by the technician and left on the ground in my neighbors yard. The technician never told me he pulled stuff away that was close to the house and not put back. i was irate, I paid a lot of money and my house looked horrible. Called the number and got a hold of Jason he asked me to take pictures and send it to them they would look at them the next day. I thought they should of sent the technician back out. why should I have to do their work. My guess is they get a lot of calls, some may not be realistic. I did what was asked and sent it. I didn't hear from them at all the next day. Now they do say on their automatic reply they have 48 hours but when the next day the payment was charged to my account without the job being finished or dealt with I felt that it wasn't right. I called Jason when I seen the charge. I will say this, Jason is a trooper, cause I was ***. this should of been an easy job my house was just painted in 2016 wasn't like I had 40 years of grime on it. It was obvious the house was not rinse and it was not checked properly before the property was left. Jason remained calm, I didn't, he did everything could to deal with the problem. a different tech was sent out on a saturday morning, it had to be like 38 degrees, he finished the job as it should of been the first time. Why am I in the middle? I felt for as much of a sales pitch about how great of job they do and how happy I would be when I came home, the job was not walked after it was done to make sure it was done and then when I called up about the job, I felt like I had to prove it to them before they would do anything. That doesn't sound like standing behind your 100% guarantee if you make the client prove the problem first before the will react. On the positive side they made it ride. Jason was a stand up guy, remained calmed and came up with a plan to make it right. going back to the beginning ask questions, state your expectations, make sure you know exactly what the service is and how they are going to do it. I strongly recommend you being home to have this type of service so you can ok the work

Had home washed $1100. Apparently I had signed up for a membership. Got a lot of calls almost a year later to schedule. I scheduled as it seemed like I had paid already or something. Tech shows up gives me an estimate. Doesn’t even mention anything about the “membership”. I said to him I was under the impression that I had already paid based on their communications thus far. He said I did not and that I would be required to pay for service. I declined. Charged me $190 on December 6th almost a year and a half after my initial service. I understand customer retention bUt this seems predatory in a way. Called customer service. Spoke to the same guy 3 times that tried to disguise his voice and give me a different name.

I had a great experience with Perfect Power Wash, when they first did the work. I even referred a few neighbors. They gave me a high estimate which we decided against, they gave me a better deal because they were in the area so we took it. Even added on services while they were there. Unfortunately, they do not make it clear about their cancelation policy. I was told that we would get a reminder to cancel, which never happened. I checked phone records and emails. I canceled when we got a phone call to schedule a few weeks ahead of time (but conveniently cannot send a reminder). Three months later I got a bill for $239. Very disappointed in the sneakiness of this company, guess we will have to find someone to use in the future.

Customer service reached out on June 21st! that's 6 weeks after I sent pics and a complaint! They sent them back out on 6/26 and didn't fix anything! Now they are hounding me for payment and threatening to send to collections. You literally can wipe the dirt from the gutter with your finger! I am beyond disgusted with this company! Did horrendous job...

The buildings are brick with shingled roofs.They came out early on August 25th, last Tuesday to wash specifically white trim, gutters and soffits, shutters and white vinyl fencing. This was related to them by our director of maintence S M. When I got their invoice they charged me for washing vinyl siding, (its all brick) the sidewalks and curbs, and did not clean the gutters orn soffits. They tried telling me they did, but they werer dirty as if they were never washed.

This patio is only a year old and now looks 10 years old. I want compensation for the damage. As a side note, the same technician left my house looking terrible, they had to come back out to fix it, I can provide those pictures as well, as it's very clear from the amount of issues that the guy didn't know what he was doing. I spent a lot of time with the sales people when I scheduled making sure their people were fully trained and wouldn't damage my home. They also tripped a bunch of my electrical outlets.

For nearly 3 years I have called Perfect Power Wash and sent emails asking that the company remove my home address from its mailing list and stop harassing me with solicitations, but the company refuses to do so. I had a bad experience with this company's service and do not wish any further contact.
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from this company's contact list every time they text me on my phone. Most recently it occurred on 10/27 and 10/29. I used them over two years ago and have not contacted them since I do longer need their services. They hav even call me on my phone and after I tell them not to call they still do. If you changed your mind they wanted 6 months notice. I decided that i made a mistake in joining so sent an email in September to inform them to cancel.This year they suddenly showed up to power wash totally by surprise. I stopped them and told them I didn't want their service. They began calling me over and over. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I finally blocked them. Some how they are able to use voicemail and began to leave messages. I text them that I didn't want their. service that it was canceled over 18months go. They want a fee for canceling which I will not pay. There were no notices about fees ever from the beginning.

I have a large brick home with very tall chimneys. the west side of the house is very shady and the front room and family room chimneys have a lot of mildew on the brick at the top, I specifically asked the person on the phone if they could reach them and if a preinspection was necessary. He said they could do it without inspection. This is not chimney soot as we have never burned wood. A very nice young man did the job and evrything looked fine except the chimney tops which was the reason for me having a house wash. When we looked over the job I told him that the chimney job was unsatisfactory. He attempted to use an extension ladder but it was broke.. I called the company who said they would send a supervisor. 3 days later he came and said very curtly there was nothing they could do.They cant get adequate pressure that high and they were not allowed to use extension ladders for that purpose.I the suoervisor

The services rendered by Perfect Power Wash on 8/2 were not received as described. We called customer care on the evening of 8/3, and advised to send pictures of the incomplete work. The following day (8/4), a manager advised us a different tech would come out and redo the washing in its entirety. On 8/5, the same tech came onsite and washed for only 22 minutes, which was not enough time to clean our 2100 sq. ft. house in its entirety again, as the tech spent an hour and 21 minutes washing the first time on 8/2. The voicemail the tech left indicated the house was as clean as it was going to get. I received a call from manager ***, which my husband *** called back and left a voicemail for, but we did not receive a response. Today (9/28), my husband *** spoke with ***, who offered another $124 off and informed him only a soap nozzle is used, no pressure or power washing, which would not remove dirt effectively.

During our introductory call we spoke with a sales person who told us that they would be able to help with the parts of our house we needed cleaned and that they would do an onsite estimate for the porch so that they could save us some $$. We liked that so we paid for their service. As it turns out, it was not explained to us that they could clean off some organisms and matter that was covering up dirtier parts of our house (per the PPW customer service rep. The technician who cleaned the house claimed that he attempted to call about the porch, but neither my fiance, nor I received a phone call during the visit. The customer service rep I spoke to about this said there was an "obvious miscommunication", but they refused to refund any portion of it, even though we would not have hired them for the job if we knew there was a chance their service wouldn't have worked for our home. We feel as if PPW over sells and under delivers.

I called around for a price quote to get my home power washed from dirt and debris. I saw a bit of mold forming on my siding on the south side of my home. I called perfect powerwash. When getting a quote for almost $500. I decided to end the conversation. The next day the scheduling manager called me saying he had someone in the area and he could get me a better price since he already had someone in the area. He gave me a quote of $304. I agreed and hired this company. The worker came and powerwsshed my home. It was the most unprofessional, unadequate work I've ever seen. There is still dirt on my home. Most areas were never even touched. I was told my doors would be cleaned and the gutters to the bottom of my home. I was told they were professionals and I didn't need to take my cameras down either. This guy just rushed through ziz zapping and spraying my cameras, my new vehicle and shooting rock and dirt in my privacy doors. This company was a nightmare

On June 9 Perfect Power Wash came to my home. They were supposed to pressure was and seal front steps walkway and driveway. As well as my rear patio. They DID NOT pressure wash my entire driveway and front steps. They DID NOT seal my back patio. They left my entire back patio a disaster mud and dirt everywhere. I had patio furniture out which i had moved and they flung mud and dirt all over it. and ruined two of my chairs completely. They ruined the grass that butts up to my patio on 85 percent of the perimeter. The company charged me $873.43. When I complained they gave me $200.00 back and offered to come back to my home. I COULD NOT take another day off work, AS I work in healthcare and the COVID situation. And I definitely would NEVER TRUST this company back at my home while i wasn't there. $200 is not an acceptable amount of money. I paid them to clean and make the exterior of my home look nicer. Instead they made it look 100 times WORSE and leaving me with there MESS to clean up.

On May 19th, I was informed via text about an upcoming power wash. I replied requesting to postpone it for the year. Despite this, your team arrived at one of my rentals to perform the service. The technician called before starting, and I agreed to proceed at that location only. While at work, I received a voicemail from your technician expressing concerns about the effectiveness of the wash. I had canceled the service via text well within the 3-day cancellation period. As the service was unsolicited, I request a refund of $312.49.

I have used PPW services three years in a row
I have used PPW services three years in a row. I would just call them and set it up. They would always try to schedule me same day as my neighbors because as they explained it would save travel time for them. Last year, they said they wanted to continue to come every year. I said ok to that as It was my third year contacting them. They said they would contact me ahead of time to schedule the service. About two months ago, I received a text from them at 7am saying they were on their way to my house to do the Powerwash. NO PREVIOUS CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT WAS SENT PRIOR TO THIS DATE TO GET MY APPROVAL! I immediately called the office and told them that would not work. I was in the process of scheduling a new roof installation and lots of landscaping which would require much cleaning afterwards. The installation of our new roof started today. Indeed lots of cleaning to be done. During the past week, I have received four disturbing phone calls from PPW saying that I am in violation of my contract and that they will be charging a penalty to my credit card on file! This is ridiculous and unprofessional!

We purchased @ The Home & Garden Show, for PPW to come out in May &^ power wash our roof. They came out on May 21,2020 and did power wash our roof, however they Killed the back side of at least 6 of our Burning bushes shrubs that were along the garage & front of the house , these bushes are aprox 4 1/2 feet tall & well established . When I called it took several weeks to actually get someone out, first time did not show up on day, they took pictures, and I called the SAME place we originally purchased from and was told they would be somewhere between $90.00-110.00 to replace each one, due to size, that does not include planting from a landscaper. I was given the option of $20.00 per plant as a resolution! MY shrubs LOOK TERRIBLE NOW, half dead! They also dropped their ladder off the roof, so I had to lift up & replace so gentleman could get off roof, ruined a work shirt/sweatshirt I had on due to bleach being dripped all over it, said they would credit, have not this either. ALL you could smell was BLEACH, I asked before hand if it would cause damage, was told no. No one has contacted us back to resolve matter after I told them, they could not replace shrubs that size for $20.00. My husband has health issues and we have a landscaper we work with, who would need to do the service for us. VERY VERY DISAPPOINT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, TOOK OUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES!

On May 19th, I ordered a house power wash service from Perfect Power Wash. Receiving a text on May 23rd that the technician was on the way to the house, while I was not home. I contacted those at the house to close the windows. While at the house the technician, Aaron S. took the opportunity to ask those at the house if they wanted additional services such as the driveway and sidewalks cleaned. It was their understanding that it was part of the process, and they moved their cars out of the way. Further, they signed on my behalf that the services had been completed. Aaron performed an "upsell" without consent. Further, the person that Aaron dealt with directly and had sign the paperwork has a very, very pronounced stutter which is a disability for him. I was never contacted to authorize these additional charges; nor, did the person (Aaron discussed the services with) understand that this upsell would result in additional charges. I should have been called immediately during the service or at the time of the upsell. As a result, there is an additional charge of approximately $450.00. Because my representative at the house is over the age of 21, they are now holding him liable for payment since he signed the final paperwork at the conclusion of the job. It is not fair. I ordered the Power Wash. I should have been contacted for any additional services rendered. I did not receive any communication with the exception of completing a survey. Customer Service did not understand. They feel that the company did the right thing. I wholeheartedly disagree with this incorrect practice. To date, I do not have any paperwork or receipt related to the services performed. Customer Service said they would send "when they get to it".

I contacted Perfect Power Wash to request cleaning of my home. My home is majority brick and I requested cleaning of the inside and outside of the gutters, aluminum siding, and all windows and doors including the garage door.These services were not completed. The service technician arrived at my home and after an hour let me know the services were completed. I pointed out that the house was not cleaned as I work facing my patio door and the technician never came by to wash it. I informed him that I would come out to walk the property and noted the inside of the gutters were not cleaned. The technician informed me that the company does not provide this service. I asked him to leave and he asked me to sign an acknowledgment that I was fully satisfied with the service. When I refused, he noted that he would enter a dot for my signature.I immediately contacted PPW. I was told that the agent that took my service call tried to relay gutter cleaning service was not provided but there was a miscommunication because I was at work. However, PPW never allowed me to listen to the recording and I am certain that I repeated several times that this is the service (gutter cleaning) that was confirmed. The company has a bad business practice of not providing a statement of work. PPW offered me a $200 credit though no work was completed. I submitted pictures showing the house is dirty; there is no way it was power washed. No one from the company responded or even came to my home to see the condition. I was charged $1200 for services not received. The company has not issued any credit or full refund. I am seeking resolution through my financial institutions.It is unethical that a service provider does not issue a statement of work to confirm services and then can do whatever it wants in charging customers and not upholding its service promise. Buyer beware.

Therefore I am writing to you and also have asked my credit card company to reserve payment until after an investigation.I first called Perfect Power Wash (PPW) regarding cleaning my roof, cement work on driveways/walkways, and paver patio on April 5, 2022. My conversation with *** quoted $2920.10, which changed to include a 10% discount, later changed to (another?) 20% off, during the same brief conversation. If they did just the roof and the back pathways the price was $1431.70. They used satellite data to calculate area sizes. I scheduled them for an unspecified date within 7 days, with the option to cancel without penalty. I told her I wanted to be present when the work was done; I had never had the slate roof done and I was nervous. She said they were #1 in *** (did not say number one for what) and had a $100% guarantee (no details). She may have slipped the final price into her chatty style, but I did not write it down, assuming I would get something in writing later; and, I knew then I wanted to get a second quote to compare.I then called Exact Pro Wash for a comparison quote. *** scheduled April 11 to come to the house to see the job. He, too, used satellite data to estimate square footage, but he wanted to make an accurate price quote. I wanted to compare the quote fro Exact Pro Wash before any work was done, so I called PPW to tell them I wanted to postpone any work until at least the end of April. The gentlemen did a very nice job of cleaning and then sealing the driveway. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. We made arrangements to have them back next year!
Well, not so perfect. Their website states: "Our powerful tools and strong attention to detail ensure every last particle of debris is removed from your cement surface before ***." When asked, the technician who performed the work told my wife that some things just can't be cleaned.

The young man was prompt and did a fairly good job cleaning the house. I had to point out a few places he missed but was willing to redo the places he missed. He did a great job cleaning the driveway. Unfortunately we had some loose stones on it and one hit the sunroom door and it shattered. He, of course, contacted a customer service man and I called him and once I found a glass company to replace the glass the very nice man at PPW took care of everything and the window was replaced and I was so happy that they didnt argue or complain about having to pay out the money. They were willing to work with me in all areas and I couldnt ask for a nicer experience with them.
