False and misleading ad for prize #4 for up to one year free Chick-fil-A. They told me I won a $5 coupon to Chick-fil-A, but they were out of coupons and I could come back and get one. They gave me a rain check. The ad said I was guaranteed one of the 5 prizes.

I helped my son Xavier ***-West buy a car from Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The salesman was not responsive when we tried to reach out to him about some issues with the car. My son even received a text message saying that they needed the car back and that the deposit would be returned within 2 days. However, it's been a while since we had the car towed on 12/13, and we still haven't received the deposit back. Spirit Dodge keeps giving us excuses and not taking responsibility for their actions. To make matters worse, they ran our credit multiple times without our permission.

They listed the price of my vehicle online as $22,495, but then raised it to $25,568. He didn't discuss anything with me, no extra fees or anything. They won't answer my calls or call me back, and they won't fix this problem. They've done this to many customers. I don't think it's fair. I have text messages and screenshots to prove it.

However, an entire week passed, and they kept saying my car wasn't ready, despite claiming it was in excellent condition. I had multiple back-and-forths with them regarding my $2500 down payment refund. Initially, they insisted it couldn't be refunded, but after some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to let me come in and get my refund. This happened on May 20, 2022. They refunded the money back onto my card and mentioned it might take around 3 days. It's now May 25, 2022, and I've called them several times because my refund hasn't appeared on my card. Every time I call, they promise to call me back but never do. I would appreciate any assistance.

After picking up the car and returning home, my wife pointed out that rubber was coming off the right rear tire. I checked and saw that the tire had a slice in the sidewall and the rim was scuffed. As I inspected further, I discovered chips and scratches in the paint around the back glass. The service manager assured me that he would order a new wheel and tire and coordinate with the bodyshop to fix everything. However, according to Chrysler customer care, no order was ever placed for the wheel and tire. I've been trying to resolve this issue since June and I really need some assistance.

However, the salesman, Ron ***, went ahead and included the positive equity in the finance paperwork anyway. When I confronted him about it, he offered me 2 referral checks totaling $400 instead. I received the first check and had to use it as a down payment for the second car purchase. But I still haven't received the second check. Despite making numerous calls and sending text messages about the missing check, I only received a text back from Ron saying, "I'm not getting another penny from him." I complained multiple times to the finance manager, Tanner, about Ron's behavior. Ron's refusal to give me the second referral check seems to be in retaliation for my complaints. I have a whole thread of text messages between Ron and me that clearly show he owes me the second check.

The day after it arrived from out of town, we texted the salesman to let him know about several radio problems. 4 months later, I paid out of pocket to fix the problem on my own. Today, they told me that there was nothing in the paperwork guaranteeing that my radio would work, and they wondered why I only contacted them two months later. Also, why did the head of the sales team just find out about it now? The dealership blamed the company that fixed the problem. They never checked the car before delivering it and sent us to 2 different businesses to fix it. Both my husband and I were given different amounts for how much the dealership spent on fixing the radio. Both were lies. We tried to talk to several people about the issues, but they never returned our phone calls. We bought the car during the Covid-19 crisis, so we thought the slow response was because of limited business during this time.

I made a split payment of $300.00 on September 21, 2022, and $686.61 on September 30, 2022, with a total amount paid of $986.61. On September 13, 2022, *** informed me that the fuel pump and map sensor were no good and needed to be replaced.
On October 5, 2022, I asked if I could have my old fuel pump back since it was under warranty and I had just recently installed it before bringing it to this shop. *** said they would put it in the backseat of the vehicle when they installed the new one. However, on October 7, 2022, when I called to inquire about the pump and if I could pick up the old one, *** informed me that the technician who worked on my truck no longer worked there and they couldn't locate the replaced fuel pump.
I continued to call for updates on my vehicle, but was repeatedly told that they were very busy and hadn't had time to look at it. Frustrated, I decided to visit the shop in person to find out what was going on. When I arrived, *** gave me the same excuse about being busy and working on it, and then informed me that I would have to pay for a second diagnosis because now the truck had electrical issues.
I explained that I had already paid in full and questioned why I needed to pay for a second diagnosis when the first one should have revealed everything they needed to know. I told him to stop all work and that I would be taking my truck home. Once I got it home, I had the tank dropped and discovered that the same pump I had purchased from AutoZone was in the gas tank, not the part they had charged me for. I had marked the top of the part with polish, and if it was new, it shouldn't have had a marking.
The fuel pump they charged me for, including labor and parts, was actually purchased at O'Reilly's on September 14, 2022, with part number MPAXXXXX. The fuel pump I bought from AutoZone is ***. I would like a refund for the part price and labor of the fuel pump, as well as the towing fee of $70 for having my vehicle returned to me not working as promised by the end of the week.
