Sport Clips service - bensalem

Will NEVER go back. I have been going here for years until yesterday. I checked in online and waited 15 minutes only to be asked by Cherry if she could take her "friend " in front of me of who just happened to walk in the door. This is the second time she has done this in Four months. My money is the same as everyone else's. I am not only leaving this review, but have left a review on Twitter, Yelp, Instagram, the Complaint Board, and the Better Business Bureau. I have also left a message and will follow up tomorrow with their corporate office. I have told my friends who go here to not go back. So far two of us went to Super Cuts yesterday! Don't let this happen to you! Go elsewhere!

Sport Clips manager & owner jeff atkins

I have done what I am ask of above n beyond but not that I have to have surgery I am told I will not get my position promised I have been working toward and today I had a situation where I need to get ahold of my daughter because I was worried and needed to know where she was and the manager Stephanie sanders told me she did not care about my daughter and now I am told I have to stay home and will possibly b fired once she talked to me the next day. Also I was sick last wk w a fever and they said I had to come in . I have a high fever and so did my daughter.

Sport Clips unethical behaviour

We checked in around 7:20 PM and there was no body in the line. Two customers on the chair getting hair cut. 3 hair stylists working, Third stylists took my wife and start cutting, She did a good job. The lady stylist on the left got free and took the other customer waiting. He came in the store after I came and was second on the deck. My wife was done by this time and i got upset and we left. I waited 30 minutes...

Sport Clips wrongfully fired

I worked at Sportclips pa108 for over two years with no write ups and it call offs. My numbers were fantastic and had no customer complaints I adhered to all the rules. I was fired after returning to work after I went to med express per request of my
Manager and received a doctors note that stated to stay home and rest the next day. I am also being harassed on the internet by an employee and the manager.

Sport Clips pay

I worked for Sport Clips Orlando, FL July 2018 for approximately two and a half weeks and the company has failed to pay me for the hours I worked. ITried reaching
out to Amanda at the corporate office and several others to locate my pay I also tried getting management to help me resolve this issue but in stead I'm getting the run around and no one is returing my calls or text messages.

Sport Clips customer service and wait time.

We checked in at 1130 a.m. and there were 3 hair stylists working and 4 people in line, including me. The wait time showed 50 minutes so we sat down. When I was second on the list one of them went on break for lunch. I was next on deck when she got back and took the next person in line because i had gone to the restroom. It was now 1:30 p.m. and someone who just walked in the door and had no appointment was again called next. I will not be back.

Sport Clips phone answering...

My name is Doug Farley. I live in Minnetonka, Minnesota. I have gotten my hair cut at the Chaska location for a couple of years, and really like my stylist Anna. I've always called a day or two ahead to find out her schedule so I can plan my visit according to when she'll be there. Up until now its been no problem, but this week I have called at least 10 times to find out her schedule, and nobody has answered the phone at all. It just rings and rings and then disconnects with no ability to even leave a voicemail. This is HIGHLY frustrating, and in my opinion very bad business. I called another location that answered, and was told that the policy is that they won't answer the phones now while doing a haircut. I've called right before 9:00am when they open, as well as 8:00pm when they close. Its impossible that every stylist is cutting hair every second of every day. It is close to a 30 minute drive for me, so I'm not going to drive there not being sure that Anna is there. What in the hell is wrong with them? I think someone needs to get them on the ball or they will lose business very fast. There isn't a business I know of that doesn't answer their phone. I absolutely feel that I should receive a free MVP haircut ( I get that every time) for all the effort I've expended just to simply find out what hours and days she'll be in.

Sport Clips refund that I was overcharged

On may 14th, 2018, my mastercard was charged. My account was insufficient, by a couple of dollars, so I paid in cash. $29.64.
I talked with the manager there, sarah, and she confirmed I had been charged twice. She made a call, and said I would be issued a refund. I have not received this refund. I have called and left several messages, for sarah, but she doesn't respond. We are now going into 2 weeks. And no refund. It seems to me she should have not came up correctly in the drawer that night and just gave me back the cash... I am not impressed with the way they handled this. I am being ignored. There is confirmation I am owed, but cannot seem to get the refund.

Sport Clips very disappointed in stylist

My son and husband came in for a hair cut. She didn't look at the notes. She was very rude to my son for moving. My husband was telling her how He wanted their haircut and she was rude about it the whole time. Through the whole haircut she talked about her life with her boyfriend and moving here from Pa. My husband felt she was there to take care of them and not talk about her self the whole time. She gave my husband a fade and wouldn't listen to him and went way too high with it. Nor did she blend it. I think if she would of taken the time she would of done what I said. She was very rude to my son. He is a child and he moves. She said she would give him a bad hair cut if he didn't stop. You don't say that to a little boy. We will not be returning to sport clips.

Sport Clips haircut

Rude treatment with client requesting haircut 10 min before closing time. After 2 years monthly frequenting the location i was told to go somewhere else because i care too much about the result of my haircut. The hairdresser has only 15 min/client and they can't satisfy my simple haircut style. In 2 years i complained only 1 time and returned after 2 weeks to fix the previous haircut. The manager Melissa got mad because of that and treated me very disrispectfully on my next visit and told me to go other places if i have complaints.

Sport Clips haircut

I have tried many locations within the Twin Cities. At each one, I have been brutally insulted by the stylist in order for them to upsell products. "Your skin is awful, this will help." "Your hair is falling out, this will help." "You look rough, try this product." "You're aging beyond belief and lacking vitamins, this can make it better." I'm sick of Sport Clips. I will be going elsewhere.

Sport Clips service

I went into the shop in Stevensville Maryland to get a haircut but of course in today's day and age everyone wants your information (cell number, email, home address, just to name a few). I told the lady I wasn't interested in sharing any of my information I just wanted a haircut. She said I had to if I wanted a haircut! I'm thinking that franchise must have so much business they can afford to turn away cash paying customers or she's just a dim wit, so conditioned by social norms she's unable to think outside of the box. And to add to it she wished me a Merry Christmas with a sarcastic, pissy tone to let me know she was not happy with my unwillingness to pay with more than cash. Either way, I'm sick of being obligated to provide my personal information for services that I'm already going to pay money for.

Sport Clips management staff

On the evening of Wednesday August 31st, 2017 at approximately 6:50 PM, I called the Gulf to Bay store to see how long the wait was. The person answering the phone said, “maybe 15-20 minutes” and then I heard the manager yell out in the back ground “one hour - there’s a one hour wait”.
Having had this happen to me in the past at the same store, I asked how many in front of me, she responded, "one". So, I then asked, how many are working, and the response was, "two". Since I was only a few minutes away, I decided to go anyhow and take my chances! Once before I called and was given the same answer but I notice when I drove by the front of the store, no one was there!
I walked in at approximately 6:55 PM. I was greeted with a nasty look by the manager (Stephany) who turned back to her client and said, "Faline will have to do him, I'm going home", hearing this I thought I was wrong about the closing time so I asked, "what time do you close?"... The manager (Stephany) responded with "You're ok, the other gal will have to cut you, I'm going home"... First, I was there for the other stylist who has cut my hair at least 14 times during the past year (guessing). Secondly, every time this so-called manager is there, I feel like I’m imposing on Spots Clip’s time... never a feeling of customer welcome! Always complaining about something to someone or swearing!
Where did the hour wait disappear to? I was taken care of within 10-12 minutes of my arrival. Once again, I had the distinct feeling that I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Then again upon paying my bill, the manager was in the waiting area on her cell phone hollering at someone she later said was her husband! She did apologize to me, but my question to the franchise owner is, shouldn’t personal calls be taken somewhere beside the client lobby?
I feel I get a great cut from the lady (Faline) that cuts my hair however, as a business owner myself, I felt that it was my responsibility to let someone know that this is the refection I have seen from your business. This is not the first time this has happened at this store by the way. Perhaps some serious training or changes need be implemented to protect your client base. I have never seen the type of turmoil in any place I have ever had by hair cut in over 60 years of visiting establishments. I am considering searching for a different shop!

Sport Clips bad haircut, false promises and stealing my money

I am from Austin, Texas and this cheating is definitely pissed me off to an extent that i have to write about this and pursue this case further. So this all started a while back with the lady giving my mother a bad haircut. We contacted corporate and they sent us a free haircut coupon in the mail. On our way to use the coupon, I realized the coupon had expired 3 months before it was sent to us. Corporate apologized and their representative promised us some tree oils etc to compensate along with a free haircut. Now i go to the shop to get the free haircut, everything happens fine. At the end, the manager starts to argue with me that the coupon is only meant for the person whose hair the messed up. WHY WOULD THAT PERSON EVER COME TO YOUR STORE AGAIN? Not only that she asked me to pay for the haircut. I spent $24 after being promised a free haircut. Later, after I talked to corporate about this, they promised to refund me without even noting my credit card number or anything. Hence, as expected, i never got my money back. They stole my money, gave my mother a bad haircut and never sent those items they promised after sending their customers expired coupons. Lastly, i want to mention how the manager was arguing that the coupon is only for the person who's hair they messed up. The coupon said nothing like that and humiliating a customer and arguing is simply not acceptable. My next steps involving TDLR should definitely make things right for the community where such a barber shop exists.

Sport Clips didn't really listen to what I said and did what was said on the card from my previous visits.

I told the girl who did my hair I don't even know her name because she didn't tell me or even talk to me for that matter, to take off about half an inch off the top and my usual a 4 on the sides. when i looked at it in the mirror when she was finished, it was way shorter than what i expected, and last time they took off an inch and it wasn't this bad. and i even grew my hair out longer than usual and it was still very short. But now i am in a very crappy mood and pissed off about what i look like.

Sport Clips hair cut

Went to Sports Clip at 95th and Quivira (KS114), Lindsay was stylist. Her clippers were dull and pulled my son's hair around his neck. He said he told her it hurt and she did nothing. He has horrible red bumps and marks all around his back hair line. He has NEVER had this happen at any haircut appointment anywhere! Tried to pull cooling gel on it when we got home and he screamed about how bad it burned. It is ridiculous that he is in such pain from a hair cut!

Sport Clips the customers and staff tried to be mental to get a professional haircut

Some spanish crazy big eye weirdo womanly looking employee talking about she the Manager and want to be white racist and hired someone to call me and call me homeboi and the Police told me when I reported the lady doing it to just call them to stop her but she think them white people full blooded and they just caucasian alive to slave work her finally.

Sport Clips cheating the customer

I got a coupon for a free haircut from Sport clips. I took to the store in coit and legacy road in Plano and showed at the front desk person in sports clips whether they acknowledge this coupon. She said she would and asked me to show at the end after the haircut. But after the haircut they charged me saying their store don't participate in it. I asked why they did not tell me when I asked before the service and asked to acknowledge. They refused and threatened me that if I don't pay they have to call the cops. It was the worst customer service I have received. I will never recommend anyone to sport clips especially this store.

Sport Clips employee customer service and respect

I Have Never Been And Will Never Be A Customer Of Sports Clips After This Employee I Encountered on 11-27-15 This Is What Happened. I guess Sports clips in Sulphur la are OK with their employees getting their nails done on their clock at the nail salon next door to them tonight I was in the nail salon with my 14 year old daughter when a employee from the sport clips next door came in 2 times and threatened the nail tech to call the owner if he didn't work her in. while we were there waiting an hour the sports clips employee was getting her nails started when another employee came in and told her she had a client waiting she told the other employee to tell the client she would be awhile well I work in customer service and this is really bad business and Worse customer service! The reason I know she was a sport clips employee she was in her Sports Clips uniform I will never again refer another one of my customers to the Sulphur la store again a business Such As Sports Clips is only as good as their customer service and this employee displayed disrespect to the client waiting on her sports clips as well as the sports Clips As A business and the people and employees in the nail salon the one thing i do regret is not taking a pic of her sitting in the chair at the nail salon in her sports clips uniform also when i brought it to the attention of the sports clips employee and nail tech in the salon that i was upset with this she decided to go back to work only after she thought i was going to go into the sports clips store so she removed her sports clips smock so i could not get her name

Sport Clips if you're a female, don't let them touch you!!!

If you are a female, don't EVER let them cut your hair! If it was just one stylist, I wouldn't say word; but two completely different stylists cut my hair and completely screwed it up! I had very long hair that I donated to Locks of Love; when I initially had the girl cut off the ponytail to donate, I asked her to only layer my hair enough on the ends to give it some bounce, as my hair has plenty of natural body. Not only did she cut too many layers, they were uneven to the point that, when I went back to have it fixed, one side of my hair (in front) was almost a complete inch longer than the other. I asked for another stylist to fix it; she, of course, had to cut even more of the layers just to get them even, and STILL DIDN'T FIX THE UNEVENESS IN THE FRONT! I had to subsequently cut my own hair to even it up. The layers in the back and sides still aren't very even, and now I'm going to have to live with it like this for at least a few more months until it grows out and have enough length in order to have someone cut it to even it out and cut the length to get rid of some of these layers. You would think their stylists have learned to cut more than men's hair when they are trained, but apparently, this isn't the case at this barber shop. DON'T GO!
