I was chased out from sport clips on middle of haircut

I checked in online for hair cut with Veronica for 12:32 in Willowbrook Illinois in sport clips location 7815 South Kingery Highway 60527 willowbrook ilinois 60527
I'm regural costumer there.
I went on time and on screen shows 3 min waiting time, then instead to be served Veronica take another person who is first available check in online and put me down the list to wait,
I ask the menager why and she was rude and tell me call the corporate or go somewhere else, i stay and waited till 1:18 to have hear cut,
Veronica ask me wath hapend and i start explaining wath hapend and that the menager Miki was little bit rude and that i waited long time and im not happy about that. Miki the menager then turn around and tell me she can chaise me out if she want on the middle on the hear cut , i can't believe and ask her are you serous and she sey go out know.on middle of haircut.
I fell discriminate and humiliated to not have the right to express my concerns and not to have hair cut maybe becouse of my accent?
My 7 years old son was with me and i fell so embarrassed infront of him and all other people that were in the sport clips in that time.
I call police i will have police report in 2 days.
And i will please you to keep the video from the cameras on that location becouse i will fill lawsuit against sport cut clips. I will sue you for harassment and discrimination.

I checked in online for the Sport Clip here in Clarksville Tn located at

I have used this location for 4 years now and never had nothing but the best service till today.
I checked in online and it told me to arrive by 5:39 pm... So I waited and I arrived at the location at 5:15pm I'm always early.
Once I arrived at the location it was already closed. Why would the location give you an arrival time and then not be open. I was extreme upset. I drove there and then to find the place already closed. This is no way of doing business.
Being checked in and stylist took another stylist client first

Desired outcome: You SHOULD Never take anyone else in front of existing clients that have already been waiting, checked in and showing next - BAD BAD customer service !!!! This should have never happened in order to summit a desired outcome
Inability to request a specific stylist and horrible website
I have a preferred stylist and for some reason now I can no longer request her on your very poor website. This makes no sense as the competition is so strong. We can chose other firms of shops for haircuts. I am not sure if this is driven by the franchise owner or it is now a general practice now for the company. I find it unacceptable and the website horrible. You should be focused on driving your customers to a user friendly website, but you force me to call to location. If you don't change your practices, I will go to my prior stylist which is a longer drive, but the company and store is much more accommodating.
I am willing to put in my name, but I guess you don't really care what issues your customers have.

Racist destroyed my hair
I should have left but needed a hair cut. She clipped my neck twice with the clippers. I advised her that it hurt. She changed clippers. She cut a track through the middle of my hair but did not cut the sides. She said she was done. She destroyed my hair on purpose because she did not want to trim a person of colors hair. I traveled from Phoenix AZ to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania not knowing that my hair was destroyed.

Walked into Sports Clips at 20212 Eva St Ste #230, Montgomery, TX 77356. Signed in, sat for 20- 25 minutes. An Aiden G. (see pic) came after. I was 17 min away and he was 34. One the the stylist walked out asked if they had someone else with them. It was clear she knew them. She finished her clean up and called for them. At this point I took a pic of the screen, she saw me and walked to the front where she pushed something, grabbed a receipt out of the printer and stuffed in her pocket. When I looked up, her customers name was gone from the screen. At this point I had sat there for 35-40 minutes watching. 3 stylist, another walked out of the back. Nothing. I'm sure you can understand my dis-appointment. Please note that I am not someone that complains, I simply walked out, never to return. New to the immediate area. I will drive back to the Willis location where I know I will be treated like a valued customer.

Poor customer service for the handicapped

This is a company that claims to be supporting handicapped veterans. It’s now clear that their only concern is there pocketbooks. This is how it started.
The owner of the Grafton WI shop has no idea of what customer service means. The shop turned me away after I had checked in on site and even after two communications from the corporate office is unwilling to respond to the problem. I am a heart failure patient and only get out occasionally. It was not a minor inconvenience it was a major disruption in my attempts to stay independent. I will make it my mission to keep pointing that out in every available forum. Anyone reading this should avoid doing business with a cold hearted owner who doesn’t care for people and only cares for her money.
After multiple contacts with corporate communications I received this message.
We would like to send you a free haircut coupon for your next haircut that you can use at any location.
I then returned comment with my email and phone.
I have made multiple attempts to communicate with them since to no avail. It must be the whole company creating a positive smokescreen with no real action. Avoid this brand at all costs.
Please help me in spreading the word about this anti handicapped corporation. They have no intention of keeping their promises.

I am not satisfied with my haircut, I like this salon but after coming here after a while, I was extremely disappointed by their service. The people won’t listen to me and mess up my haircut because I said to just trim from the side and back, while they just started cutting and now looking horrible, and not to mention how expensive they are while doing a horrible haircut.

Bed hair cut I m pay $30 I m sad hair cut

I checked in to rosemount mn location with an 80 minute wait time. I made sure I was choosing the right location and saw my name listed on the AP and the time counting down. When I arrived at the rosemount location my name was not on the list and I was told it would be another 45 minute wait unless someone doesn't show. I pushed back leaving for a family event for this appt. I could not wait. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last few months and only 1 time was I able to get on with showing the person there the AP showing me ondeck. The AP obviously has flaws. And with the policy of not accepting phone in apps. I will have to find another place to cut my hair every 3-4 weeks.
Desired outcome: Start taking appointments over the phone directly at each location.

I signed up online for an appointment at Sports Clips on Ironbridge Rd in Chesterfield,Va on [protected]. I picked Tiara J and my appointment was in 20 minutes. Got there 5 minutes early and checked in. The board showed I was on deck. I waited for Tiara to finish checking out her previous customer and sat waiting as she chatted with a coworker who was waiting on her customer. When Tiara saw the customer she realized she knew him and asked the other stylist if she could cut his hair. Next thing I know I looked at the board and it said my appointment was in 22 minutes instead of up next! I asked about it and she said something happened with the computer which was a lie because I was sitting there watching the whole exchange! Being upset is putting it mildly because this is the 2nd time this has happened at this store! Lucky there was another Sports Clips down the road who was able to take care of me.
Desired outcome: I think an apology would be best since my time was wasted!

Worst hair cut I have ever had.
I am not one to complain. We have only two locations in our city. The first location I would visit was closer to home. I stopped going to this location, because the stylist I got three times in a row. She would be done in less than 10 minutes with cleanup, combing or any gel. I would have to go and shower afterwards. Now the second location is farther away. Never had an issue. Asked for a light cut scissors only. She cut so much off the sides it looked like she used a machine. I mentioned it enough and was to short. She tells me that she would fix it. She continued to cut and it got worse. It looks horrible and unfortunately there is nothing I could do. I don't mind paying for the service, but I would like more experienced stylist.
At this point I am now considering paying even more just to not go back. And I always would leave a tip. First time I have not.
Desired outcome: I don't expect or want anything from this. Since nothing will probably ever be done. And I feel this is not an isolated issue.
Sports Clips in Wyckoff NJ
My 12 year old son came home crying from a haircut he got from Sports Clips. He ran in the bathroom crying. I looked like someone put a bowl on his head and cut it. I called and asked for a manager and very nicely explained I have never had a problem with Sports Clips and have been going since they opened years ago. Told them I am not one to complain but this haircut is awful. She told me they weren't busy to come back in and they would fix it. I brought him back and the woman who cut my hair came over and wanted to fix his hair. I said absolutely not I wanted the manager to fix it. The manager said she would just be a few more minutes with her client and would be with me. I sat down and waited. Thirty minutes went by and she still wasn't done with her client. I asked how much longer she would be. She apologized and said would be few more minutes. Forty minutes later she was done and was checking her client out and began chit chatting with them with no sense of urgency that I was upset and angry. Finally she took my son and somewhat fixed his hair.
My son had long hair he was just able to put in a pony tail. He showed the lady how much he wanted taken off which wasn't much and this is what she did. I wasn't looking for anything free but under the circumstances and how angry I was they should have at least offered me my money back. I will never go back there again and I am not looking for any coupons etc. I want you to know that this location has gone down hill. The owner used to be there now it's only a bunch of young adults running it and it shows.
Desired outcome: None I never want anything to do with this place again.
This about the Council Bluffs Sport Clips
23 August, I went on line and signed up for a haircut and a few MVPs. I arrived on time only to be pushed back by fifteen minutes because someone else had missed their appointment and the stylist put him in. This is the third and last time this will happen. I waited for another 15 minutes only to have it done again. As the Senior Vice Commander of my VFW post, I will make my district and State commanders aware that Sports Clips is NOT supporting our cause and are not
performing as it should. At this point the lack of concern and customer service leaves me not to return again.

Haircut by Lynette-4009 Old Denton Suite 100, Carrollton TX, 07/22/22
July 22, 2022. Lynette (I don't know her last name) had cut my hair several times, and did OK. But the last time she cut my hair way too short, without even asking me if I wanted an extra short haircut. She basically treated me as a clueless old man (I'm 64) in a nursing home who supposedly didn't even know what he wanted, or didn't care. And then she asked me, as she had once before, if I was eligible for the over-65 senior discount, which is RUDE. I will never go back to this location again, as long as she is there.
Desired outcome: Fire her.
Manager actions during store hours
Saturday July 23rd I was In the Paducah, Ky location getting a routine haircut which by the way is always a good job! The store was completely full and all stylist were very busy when the manager named JOAN called every ones attention and began to chew all employees out for not doing something or not participating in the laundry. Her words were that [censored] wont happen again or heads would roll! As a prominent business owner in this town, That behavior with my managers would bring severe consequences. Very unprofessional and quite frankly TRASHY! It is my understanding that this happens on the regular and nothing is said out of fear. When your stylist begin to leave to work elsewhere, customers and myself included will follow. The look on all the customers faces is a look to remember. I hope the recipient of this complaint has the care to look into this situation and correct it before the fall out!

On Aug 14th at 9 am I called sports clips in Liberty Mo. and the message said that they were not open until 11 am. I called back at 11 while I was still driving and told them that I was not near a computer and could I make an appointment on the phone. They said no but if I was there soon there was only a 25 minute wait. I was there at 11: 15 and checked in and was told that now there was an hour and 20 minute wait. I said ok and was told I could come back then. I came back and sat down and waited another hour and 15 minutes and watched my stylist Heather cut several other men's hair and then she left the cutting room floor. I asked another stylist where she went and was told she went on break. Another 30 minutes went by and she finally showed up. I said to her, Heather I almost left because I have been waiting on you for over 2 and a half hours. She said well if you don't want your hair cut then you can just leave. I stood up and said that is exactly what I am going to do and I will never be back and neither will very many of my friends when I tell them how disrespectful you are. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and now I will never be back because of that rude behavior of Heather the current manager of your store. If she had been working for me she would have been fired on the spot. I hope you take the appropriate action. I am a 73 year old Veit Nam Veteran and I don't need to be disrespected by a 35 year old smart mouth little girl and neither will a whole lot of my friends and relatives and there are hundreds of them.

Huntsville Texas Sports Clips July 6 between 9-10 am hair stylist buzzed hair extremely fast and did not cut at level requested, seemed frustrated when I asked for it to fade higher then proceeded to buzz so high cut the top level of my hair completely ruined my hair and cut most of it rounded in the back while moving as quickly as possible I requested that was high enough and she insisted she had to blend it more and more and kept insisting and then kept cutting and cutting it to an embarassing level.
What is the point of letting someone speaj if they decide what they want to do.
Desired outcome: I want my money and hair back and for someone to relieve that stylist she obviously was clear frustrated to be doing anything there.
Insufficient hours, poorly managed.
The store in west town Pennsylvania has ridiculous hours, and less than courteous staff. Not sure what other men do from 9 to 5 during the week, but I have to work for a living and cannot manage leaving work to get a haircut. As for the weekend hours, they basically suck too. 10 to 5 Saturday and closed Sunday. Doesn’t make any sense. If you short staffed, adjust the hours. Your losing money hand over fist with the operating schedule you have. When I questioned the staff after arriving a half hour before closing, I was told they are closing for the night and basically tough [censored] if I didn’t like the hours.

Haven't been to a Sportsclips in a while so I thought today I would give it another chance and I can tell you it will be my last! Why would you raise your price to $30.00 with no additional services? I checked in was seated by a nice girl who was cutting my hair and in the middle of my cut a military man came in and asked for pricing and when she said $30.00 I was like what! Hell no you should've told me before cutting my hair. Call me [protected] I cant wait to put the reviews online or complaint with the BBB
