So I wanted to defer a payment because of hard times, and I was told no. So I asked them to revoke my ACH authorization and seeking a second opinion. My lawyer told me to contact the BBB and I did. And they contacted me quickly about my situation. Shelby D of Spot Loan send me a very long email, which was pretty much a novel, blaming me for the situation I was in and yet she wanted to settle the loan for $81.25 bi weekly of the loan of $325. I said I will do that, and even had the audacity to say to call her but I said I will be forwarding the email to my legal team. Overall, I am even more unhappy how Shelby D or SpotLoan is handling it. Shelby D was not only not friendly, but the whole email, she insulted me and tried to make it look like I made a fake report because in her words, "I deferred the payments because I was poor". I am not proud of that, and she is mocking and insulting me and others who live on paycheck to paycheck. I do not appreciate her attitude and I do not want her contacting me ever again about this issue. I rather talk to a real human being and not someone who thinks she is bigger than everyone else. She needs to find another job. Unfournately this is who Spotloan is. Arrogrant and entitled people who doesn't want to help others. But they want the payments though. They have no intention of helping anyone other than themselves. I regret doing business with them. I am doing business with Lendumo. And they are so much better. I have done business with them in the past and I have no complants. Lendumo treats people like they are your family and unlike SpotLoan, they don't judge you because you defer a payment or ask why you can't pay. They ask if they can help and give you other options. SpotLoan is s*. There are special place in hell for people like them ad the sooner I wash my hands with these con artists, the better
