Sprint damaged screen

I went into a corporate full service store in omaha nebraska on 72nd and dodge inquiring about a cracked screen on an iphone7. The gentleman took my phone back to his tech and came back saying not only was the screen cracked but the phone was bent and camera was damaged. He told me that we would need to contact insurance and they would replace the entire phone with a $200 deductible. Or I could upgrade my phone which would more than likely mean monthly payments or an outright purchase of a new phone. I left with the insurance # to call but on my way home stopped at another company and they said there was nothing wrong with the phone besides the cracked screen. Left the phone at the store and 2 hours later, new screen and cost $97.70. Now why would sprint tell me I needed a new phone! I am fed up with sprint and their so called coverage within 1% of verizon, that 1% difference must be right on top of me! I have been paying for insurance for the past 18 months and no issues. Busted screen and sprint wants me to spend more money than what I actually need to spend. Resolution would be a full refund of the entire amount of insurance i've spent on my phones since switching to sprint which I regret after every dropped call and crappy service at the previously mentioned store. I would also like to be reimbursed by sprint the cost for me to have the screen fixed which they should have taken care of at the full service store I visited.

Sprint customer service

When I contacted customer service today I was hung up on twice.
I received misinformation three times. My phone is completely broken I explained this to all representatives and instead of calling me back on my work number they called back on a phone that I told this was broken. I was also informed that I could get a replacement phn at the store, but then I was informed that telesales could not send my phone informationorder to the store. I advised them that I did not have a means for communication and I needed my phone to be sent to the store. I could not wait until tuesday. I was also informed that my phone was not being leased any longer, and that I could get me a new phone. Also, I also had a battery heating issues that no one was able to assist me with. I was informed that bc my phone was not a note, that it didnt fall under the umbrella to get a new phone on that merit. That I had to use my upgradewarranty. The telesales representative kept over talking me calling me maam maam maam instead of listening to me when I spoke. The account holder has had this account for over 13 years, and I have been on the account for over 4 years. This is a very incompetent company and as soon as I can switch we will.

Sprint misleading and discriminatory sales practice

I have been misled by the telesales of sprint pcs and entire corporate has subjected me to discriminatory treatment in fulfilment of my order. The agents gave false promise of delivering phone overnight. I paid for the order after repeated assurances and only after approval. I have identified myself for security reasons and answered all the security questions by going to the corporate store (address: 3790 tyrone blvd n ste a, st. Petersburg, fl 33710).
The agent who identified did conversation with sprint headquarters was an african american and I am an asian.
I paid for the order only after the approval. Instead of shipping my order, the company repeatedly gave false promises of delivering it. When I called next day (05/03/2018), to my surprise, I was told to go to the store and identify myself in person the second time. I am humiliated by the kind of treatment I got to just be the customer for just being another descent the us citizen.

Sprint bill

I spoke with Kelsey id# HB806004 on April 30, 2018 after being disconnected for the 4th time. She assured me that I would not be disconnected and if I was, she promised to call me back. I was disconnected for the 4th time, and I received no call back. My issue with Sprint is that they put their customers on a long hold and while you are on hold, they disconnect your call. And I have talked to three other people in their customer service dept. and every time they check out my bill and my issue, they disconnect my call.

Previous before that, back in March, I had spoken to at least four representatives about a different issue, which eventually got resolved after I spoke with the fifth representative. The problem that I am having with Sprint is that I have to speak to at least four representative for any one problem to be resolved. And the issue then was I was being told to wait for a bill payment to get adjusted, which never happened, before I paid off the phones. And that finally got resolved by the fifth representative.

All calls are supposed to be monitored, so the conversations should have been recorded.

Sprint lg x charge

The Sprint store I went to sold me a cheap phone and I dropped it one time in the whole screen cracked and it's not even the phone I want it freezes up I haven't had it that long it takes too long to load things on the internet and I have 4G Unlimited and I would like a different phone because the phone I have is no longer being sold in the store so when I bought the phone I wasn't able to buy a phone case because the store didn't have any phone cases for the new phone I bought and I don't feel like I should pay for a cheap phone that these people would sell me please contact me back

Sprint in Jacksonville Beach sold me a cheap [censored] phone the LG X charge I dropped it one time and the whole screen just cracked open and I didn't even drop it on its face I didn't even drop it that far and when I went there to buy the phone they had no phone cases and it was the last one in the store they don't even have the phones in the stores anymore this phone sucks I want my money back giving this 0 star rating for getting screwed over

Sprint galaxy s8 phone

I'm a loyal customer from sprint, march 11 I flew to mexico city when I got there my phone stop working, the phone was working just with wi-fi so I called international support in the morning and the sprint representative was telling me which buttons to turn on and which buttons to turn off but the phone didn't work, in the afternoon I called again and talked to a different sprint representative and told me different method and still wasn't working and next day I called back again a different sprint representative was telling different way how to turn on and turn off buttons on my cell, I was calling every day to international support for 4 days twice a day and and talking to different representative from sprint and non of them couldn't figure out how to set an galaxy s8 on the tower or signal from mexico city shame on them, I lost a lot important phone calls and messages thanks to the lock of training on the sprint representatives I couldn't believe it, it was frustrated the experience that I had, you can check all the phone calls that I made and comments that they wrote, on march 16 after all my frustration I was playing with the phone buttons for a while all of the son I guess I turn on the right button and I start getting messages so that means that I fix it my self, my question is what type of training you guys give these representatives. I hope I get some type of credit for all this inconvenience thanks [protected]

Sprint customer service

Hello,

My name is iris bailey. I have been a sprint customer since 2002 and am seriously thinking about moving to verizon. They way I am treated by customer service and sprint stores on a daily basis is of the most disrespect i've ever experienced.
I have 10 people on my plan I have a $800 dollar phone bill. I have every right to know what's going on with my account.
My family on my account live all over were not all in the same state.
Someone is always upgrading or fixing there phone or needing help.in the past sprint always calls me and asks for my pin and a few security questions and I give permission for the person to upgrade. This just happened in april. My mother in law upgraded her phone with no problem and without me being there I just gave the sprint my pin.
Sunday my brother went into sprint to upgrade. They immediately treated him bad and were so rude and not helpful. They were 2 hispanic women 1 saying she was the manager. My brother is white. They were obviously not liking him immediately because of his race. They were so rude and making fun of him.
They called me and said I needed to add him as a account authorized user for him to upgrade. I did get upset about this. I cannot have authorized users on my account. That means people can do stuff and I would not know. I pay the 800 dollar bill every month and I cannot have people on my account as authorized users doing or adding what they want. I expressed my concerns and the sales rep. Was talking over me was saying the rudest things to me. I asked to speak with a manager because she was so mean and rude. The manager was also arguing with me not explaining anything or the policy or what we could do. They were offering no help. Then the manager put me on speaker so the whole store could hear the argument.in the mean time making fun and mocking me. They never helped me or my brother. They hung up on me and thought it was funny
This was a very racist episode that occurred. And these sprint employees need to be fired immediately. I have never been treated this way and I will file a lawsuit against sprint if this is not addressed immediately. I need a response asap.

The second girl who claimed to be a manager which found out she is not her name is taylor. This I feel was racially motivated attitude and no customer service skills.
My brother and I were humiliated and treated so badly. My brother never got any help for what he needed. Please advice, if this is not rectified immediately I will seek alternative means to seek help.

I have had a similar experience with Sprint in the way that I was treated very disrespectfully. I'd been with them for 20 (on my mother's account) paying for my own phones, services, etc. It was a hard decision for me to break away and become a customer all on my own. It took me a month of talking to several different employees of Sprint including, store reps, customer care and someone who claimed to be an acct supervisor. During this time, each one of these employees each, gave me incorrect information. I knew that this info was not correct because I first chose to ask 4 employees in 4 separate occasions to ask the same questions and got different info from each of them. When I was not satisfied (and becoming increasingly concerned) because, I felt that I was not being given correct info and was (also becoming much less comfortable with staying a Sprint customer) I decided to call customer care. I called 2 times and, some of the information I was given was still not inconsistent with the previous information. Customer care, however, was more certain about this info than the store employees. I decided to make The change because This was necessary for personal reasons. The current customer care rep helping me was very patient and completed the action thoroughly and correctly but he had to forward me to someone else to help meet with the next action. Before he connected me, I asked him if there was any way to get a transcript or anything on paper detailing my trouble so far. He only stated this was not possible. I spoke to 2 more people in this department and, after having to explain everything Is been through for about The 7th time, there first person had to forward me to The next because she did not have the answers. This personalso had to transfer me to The acct supervisor, who, was approximately, the 9th person I had talked to. Later, the acct supervisor had also given me incorrect information, also admitting that during a recorded call! At this point, I was so frustrated and confused and upset that, I could not help but to get a bit emotional and even had a hard time getting the words out. After being oh the phone for 4 and a half hours.. I was told I could do no more and she could not help me further at this point. I also asked if she was able to print and mail or email any type of proof of these conversations and she could not. She only gave me an "interaction" # or confirmation # to regret to later. After talking to all these people and asking if there was some kind of manager I coulda speak to or how I could have the issue escalated, not one of these offered any help or suggestions.

This is only half the story. This went on with several other employees during this "change of ownership" process. And in the end, I was actually harassed by the manager for giving a bad survey...? WHAT?! HOW did he even have the nerve to expect a good survey.

I hope things are working better for you and... If you're still with Sprint.. I hope you have been treated the way you deserve to be treated. Good luck! :)

Sprint not receiving product at price told

I called sprint to get pricing on 4/18/18, and once on 4/22/18, and after three phone calls confirming I was getting a line for $50, added line for $30, my upgraded iphone 10 for $29.17, and the added iphone 10 for $20, at the process of ordering they told me that's not correct. I fought very hard with them to the point it went to escalations. They told me the notes were missing, but then said they saw some note, told me the phone calls are recorded, but they could only listen to two call, and i'm still nowhere with them. I've been a very loyal, good standing customer with them, and this is what I get in return? Not okay. I'd only like for them to honor what I was told three times.

Sprint customer service and stealing money

I am so overly disappointed with this company. Not only have I spent so much time on the phone with your costumer service only to get no where, but I have been sent to stores only to be told that they too can not help me. I have been given phones that did not work and so much trouble to return them. Now I am dealing with the fact that you guys stole 273$ from me when I am not even a customer of yours. I can not even get a refund from you guys and I did not have that money to give. I have 3 children to take care of and you guys are way out of line. Now I am broke and I don't get paid for 2 weeks. Worst company ever. I'll be letting everyone know.

Sprint phone unlock

Finally cut ties with sprint as their services and customer service, after being a loyal customer for 20 years, got so bad and the price high enough it was time to leave. Turned off all the lines, then paid my bill and devices off in full. I requested for them to unlock my devices. A week later they said they were unlocked, yet no matter which carrier sim (att, tmobile, cricket, etc) it would state 'invalid sim'. Even the new carrier tech support could not see the imei number as available. Four weeks later and still fighting sprint over my $540 device payoff (4 lines - lg g6 phones with all carrier network bands) as they are not unlocked, even though they say the devices are unlocked for domestic and international.

Sprint customer service

I have had horrible customer service. I was promised a certain monthly price for my plan if I promised to lease a phone. However, the plan amount was $40 higher than what was promised. I have been through 5 plus agents and all of them have told me something different. I asked to have the initial phone conversation replayed to verify the conversation. I was then told by one customer rep that I was correct and then by another something totally different.

In addition, the customer rep that I just got off the phone with was condescending and rude.

I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I am going to file a complaint with the bbb.

Sprint service/ billing

Horrible service at sprint, not a company I would recommend. I asked them to cancel my service about 3 months ago and I was veery confident that they did but today 3 months or more later I come to find out they did not cancel and yet still charging me for the service that I have not been using. How is it that they are charging me for a phone that I strictly told them to cancel this service.
Very bad service.

Same problem. Switched to t-Mobile in Dec and had all Sprint services cancelled. 4 months later still being charged and they show i called to cancel but nothing was cancelled. Was even charged a reconnect fee to try to make a payment to get rid of them.

Sprint unauthorized charges

Sprint charged my bank account $1495.80 without any of my authorization!

I have been with sprint for approximately 12 years. Several months ago I contacted sprint on more than one occasion pleading with them to lower my bill, which was in the $250.00 range monthly, for two lines. After my unsuccessful attempts with sprint customer service, my wife talked me into going with at&t where I received four lines and four new phones for the same $250.00 price! that was a no brainer for me! at&t also offered to buy out sprints contract for my two lines. Well, I pulled the trigger and a couple months went by and I still haven't received my check from at&t. Today, sprint charged my bank account $1495.80! I am beyond pissed and I did not authorize this at all. I called sprint customer service and "glenda" was not helpful at all, she did not give two craps about what was going on in my life. She advised "it was in the contract", if I could remember correctly was about 15 pages. "glenda" advised that in the contract it states I would be charged if I didn't pay. I advised her of my tough times and how much I needed that money. "glenda" still refused and advised "there is nothing she could do". I requested several times to speak to her supervisor and she advised that "her supervisor would tell me the same thing". I requested her last name and/ or operator number, but "glenda" refused to give it to me. I was not contacted or informed that something like this would happen.in todays tough times, $1500.00 is hard for anyone to swallow when it's unexpected! thank you sprint! I will continue to post this same story everywhere I can until you lose 1500 customers!

Sprint charges on phone bill

We paid off phones in dec '17 that were added&wanted these lines cancelled. Called several times&were promised a call back &credit to our account because they were scheduled to be cancelled in jan 2018, &were cancelled.in march, they were reactivated & now we are being billed again for those 2 phone lines. We called about 2 weeks ago and a customer service rep was working with his supervisor &we were told again we would be contacted back within the hour with a credit &explanation of why they were reactivated without our permission. We never received a call back. We reached out again, and a different customer service rep informed us that there were notes of the individuals who were working on it. So we did not 'make work' for someone else since it was already being worked on. Still to this day, we have not been contacted and our bill is due, which includes those 2 phones lines.

We have spent a lot of time on hold and nothing is being resolved regarding this matter.

We are expected to pay a $361.49 phone bill that is due immediately while this should have been resolved and taken care of.

If this is not resolved, I will be contacting my attorney because we are being charged for services that we never used.

Account paid in full-closed account in April 2016 Rep said you will receive a final bill for services well final bill was $563 then all of a sudden I receive a collection letter from Allied how is that possible. I call Sprint and they said no sorry we will alert them and please pay us your regular monthly payment in 2 months and that will be complete. Check your records it was complete and paid. Well now trying to purchase a home and Allied/Sprint is on my credit as negative? How is that possible? I have never been late on any creditor. Allied stated Sprint never retracted the collection notice now I cannot close on my home without this being removed. This is illegal and falsifying documents now I have to pay an attorney to contact Sprint & Allied to remove? What can you do if anything to assist in this urgent matter?

Sprint unauthorized charge

Our bank account was charged without any authorization given from us. Called Sprint the agent told me. They can do that. The bank told us no they can't. We transferred to AT&T in September we no longer have Sprint. We have not received a bill. We paid $218 in December 2018 for our last bill. Yesterday March 22, 2018 Sprint deducted over $1, 200 without our consent or authorization. I called and was told they can do whatever they want.

Sprint service

I called sprint because my bill has almost doubled since I started service. I couldn't access my online account at all. I couldn't even set up a new one. I was on the phone with a representative (she claimed her name was jane and id# i13752222540) she kept putting me on hold without even telling me she was but started out okay (didn't really too much bother at first). Then when asked about talking to a suprv at least 7 times in 10 minutes. She kept putting me on hold and at 9:19pm she just hung up the phone. I still didnt get the issue resolved. Didn't have this much trouble with at&t. Yet, still didn't get anything accomplished

Sprint below poor level service

I recently walked into a sprint store, stamford, ct to switch service to them. I brought in my unlocked paid off phone (samsung n8) which I brought from t-mobile. They did everything and when it was time to use my phone, the phone could not pick up sprint network. After 4+ hours with sales representatives and call center agent, they still could not get it to work. I was asked to come back the next day and still after 3+ hours they could not get it to work. They then told be they cannot do the switch and gave multiple reasons been 1) phone is still locked (which was a lie, t mobile confirmed and could use other network sim. When push back then they gave me a second reason 2) phone not comparable with sprint. All this was after they opened the account, charged me for activation and told me everything on the system was okay. On the second day I was told they can do nothing and advice me to go use t-mobile as they will better service me. Yep, imagine my shock! When asked for refund for activation, I had to get on a call with store manager and now waiting to hear if I will be refunded. Am very very disappointed. As is now, I will not recommend anyone to sprint ever.

Sprint misinformed monthly rate

I called back in october and had to get new phones due to them being broken. I was quoted a price of around 125 plus tax. It is now march and I have been calling monthly regarding my bill being incorrect. I have currently been told that my recording of the call from october would be pulled and it takes 7 to 10 days for a supervisor to call back. I waited 11 days and called back because no one had called me. Second representative said he would have my call pulled and it would be another 7 to 10 days, I waited 14 and still no call back. I keep getting told that my call is being escalated but it is a fancy word for my request to sit around long enough in hopes it will be forgotten altogether. Still no call back, no recording pulled, and no resolution. Sprint automatically deducts from my account so it's not an issue for them because they still get paid. It doesn't matter that I was misinformed and told one price and am getting charged another. I was lied to in order to stay with sprint.

Sprint incompetent customer service/ overcharges every month

It is march 13, 2018 and I have been holding for 54 minutes... This is the second phone call this month. The 1st was for 1 hour and 17 minutes on march 3, 2018 because we got a phone bill that hadn't been properly adjusted since november 2017. We also had no cell service after the nor easter that blew through. They were trouble shooting and said they were going to credit us. When they couldn't figure out why the service wasn't coming back they referred us to a sprint store and told us that a tower near us was down. So a half hour drive to the sprint store who, recognized that I was beyond ticked, brought me over to his computer to show me how to hone in on towers in our area. That was comical because the tower that the sprint chick just insisted was down was actually completely functional. It did provide a date that it was down a couple of months back. It even said why it was down and for how long. I am sick and tired of chasing after our money that they are steeling. They agree to one thing and then pass the buck.. Transfer you a hundred times. Disconnect you. Lie to you. Seriously, there isn't a corporate number or person to complain to? If this were my business I would be embarrassed!
