Refund not received
My refund check has been issued to my closed business name twice and since the checking account has also been closed I'm unable to cash the check. I have requested Sprint to make the refund check payable to my name since December of 2020. The response from the finance department has been, they are unable to process the refund in my name and they don't offer any resolution.

I cannot find a way to file a damage claim with this company. I even went to the local sprint store where i bought this screen protector and same answer i need to file claim online. So, the question is where do we go? How can we, the customer, get some answers from someone that knows what to do next?

Cell phone activation
I have been in your store a total of (7) hours in the past couple weeks.
Today I was on the phone with (11) different people for four hours and fifty-eight minutes.
I would like the mailing address to submit a "Notice of Dispute" to your Arbitration service.
I would like to start arbitration.
Background:
My (11) year old son, broke his current device. (iPhone 6s)
I visited a T-Mobile store several weeks back to inquirer as to the what type of used phone was required to switch his service.
I was instructed that it should be a GSM device, preferably previously used on the T-Mobile network with a clean IMEI.
I purchased this item.
I took it to T-Mobile to get it activated, they said everything look correct to activate.
When they tried to activate it there were issues.
We pulled a sim from an active T-Mobile device and placed it in the used device that I had purchased. The phone worked perfectly on the T-Mobile service.
It was discovered that because my used device was not a CDMA device that the Sprint's internal software would not automatically activate the phone. Through additional communications it was discovered that the phone would have to activated by a "level 3 technician". A work order was created to handle this and I was told that within 24-48 hours I would receive a phone call. Phone call never came.
I called back today and was told by two separate technicians that they would start a "swap out" process whereby I would turn in the phone that I purchased from a third party and they would give me a replacement phone at the store. It appears that isn't possible.
So if I cannot get a swap out on that line, then I would like to start the arbitration process and move my service to another service provider.
Desired outcome: Activate the phone, I have, that I know works on T-Mobile's service. Let me return the used T-Mobile phone that I purchased from 3rd party for any iPhone device available or move to arbitation.
Changes for a free line.
In Sept of 2020, I received a free line, I was told it was free from the Front Royal VA store. This was after dealing with other problems on my account. That took weeks to take care of. I have called many times and I have visited the store many times to try and get the problem resolved. The store has called for me and spent hours trying to get you to understand this was a free line. nothing but run around and promises that it has been taken care of, when in fact it was not.
I have wasted hours away from work and been charge for things that are not mine. I believe they call this bait and switch. That is against the law. I had them take that free line off my account on Tuesday the 26th. free line!
This evening I received a text that my service has been temporarily restricted till a pay a bill that's not mine on a free line!
I don't have time to sit on the phone and go round and round with some anymore. It never ever get anywhere.
I pay my bills every month on time. I have been with Sprint for 8 years.
In my Business, I have to have a cell. I feel if this is not taken care of in the next today, I will find another carrier.

Apple Care, Misleading Sales
When I started my account with Sprint [protected], I was told that I could get my Iphone 11 and then bring back my Iphone 6S Plus for a $200 dollar refund towards my purchase. The man who made me the promise told me, "yeah just bring back the phone and bring it to me because no one else will know how to process it", well he didn't tell me that he was going on vacation. So I didn't end up getting the $200 dollar credit. Then I was given an ipad and a wifi OBD-II device for my truck telling me that I only had to pay $15 a month for the service which I ended up being charged much more. I finally went to have my broken Iphone 11 serviced with the apple care that I paid for every month only to be told that since I couldn't remember my password that I could not have my phone serviced all while the woman was laughing at me with her partner and demeaning me. I used my phone for business and couldn't afford to not have it so I was forced to change providers. I want my bill deleted as I paid every month and held up my end of the bargain is was you Sprint who didn't uphold your end.

Customer care during covid is terrible, they made no preparations for increase in call volume, and there systems cause further issues.
I was on the phone for 5 hours and got no results and all they had to do was activate my replacement device.
Why merge if you cant even handle little issues
due to there own systems issue, i dont have a phone and have no service, but they see no problem with that and expect me to walk into a store during covd19 i rather cancel my account and chuck this phone out the window then do that.
Return envelopes
Please put regular return envelopes for payments in the monthly statements. The envelopes that are used now are a pain in the [censored] and an extra 5 minutes is required to seal the rips and tears. Who's ever idea the was should be reprimanded and given a month off without pay. I'm ready to switch carriers if this is not corrected.
Free promotional iPad
Local store manager T-Mobile/sprint misrepresented a promotional incentive for a free iPad contingent on one year serve plan. We just had to pay taxes. Received first billing statement and noticed a lease amount for the "free" iPad, serve charge and insurance (which we declined at time of visit). Our statement was twice what the representative informed us it would be. The local store has changed management and he refuses to honor the promotion and adjust our account. He is demanding the iPad be returned as he states it was not a real promotion and the previous manager misrepresented it. Shouldn't consumer law come into play here? A quick internet search reveals this iPad scam has been ongoing over five years. Need help!
Service
When resetting my Apple Watch I apparently disabled the wireless service. I attempted to troubleshoot via chat but I was asked to wait over an hour, I spoke with a representative who was absolutely no help which then leads me to drive over 30 minutes to a sprint store which is absolutely ridiculous when this is a simple fix. I don't want to pay for a service I can't use.
A bill was sent with no know info I never bought or paid for im not with sprint
Sent me a bill and took me to creditor company out in St Paul Mn.
They said I owed them 901.00 I never worked with sprint and believe this ill to be fraud or identity theft I notified them and they wanted me to fill out their own waiver form, but refused to look up my account and shrugged me off and called other store in Az where they sent bill in Oct 2020 the lady I did nt know asked for my social security which is none of her business, that was odd.

Complete (useless), bad customer service and misleading "customer service agent"
I have been on a family plan with my elderly mother and father for over 3 years. At the beginning there were red flags with the company and services. My mother's phone died shortly after purchase with no insurance we had to fight to get the phone replaced because she had only had that for 2 weeks. fast forward three years later and multiple complaints about sprint services, over chargers and several other complaints. I was told I could add a line for free as a reward for being a LOYAL CUSTOMER. I was told on recorded lines that the add on would be free and all I had to do was pay for the installment of the new phone. I went to a sprint store to cash in on the deal, they told me the agent lied and I would have to add another line to get a work phone added to my current plan. I did that and then my phone was stolen, I added insurance after the phone was with me for several days, because my company paid for the difference on the phone so I needed approval to do so. I called the insurance claim and after two days of lies, deception and misleading information from at least 12 customer service agents, I was still told I had to pay for the phone and the service on a stolen phone each month. This company teaches these agents to lie and mislead to increase sales. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE OR SATISFACTION. A lot of times customers keep the service just because its cheaper to, and our current pandemic you would think Sprint would help customers as best they can. When you have customers that are loyal, you should do what is right. And stop hanging up on customers!
Got lied to and robbed by store then sprint reps from phone
We opened our account july 10th with 2 iphones 11 they never gave my wife the promotion of open up to 4 lines for $100 and free iphones 11 with trade in. We have 2 iphone 7s which make us qualified for that promotion iwas told over the phone when I escalated the problem he fixd the bill aand told me he would get us a new phone and promotion he looked and said they have buy one get one. So I mailed the phone back and never heard back from dennis again. I also said to him I wanted to cancel the phone service he told me no wait hell fix the problem he fixed the bill but never got us our phone. Then they said they returned the money to a prepaid credit card that I dont have I threw out after I paid for everything at store. Its 2 months later everytime I call I get a diffrent person and diffrent promises. I cant get no help from anyone and I told the last person I talked to I was gonna cancel the service she said I cant because its past 30 days this problem started the 2nd day we opened the account and was promised I would get the issue fixed worse case could cancel if not fixed. Then they said they refunded me the money but it was on a pre paid card that I got from 711 and threw it out after I used it. So I never got that money back or never got a replacement phone. If not then im going back to verizon.. Please call me on my sprint phone [protected] so we can figure this out... Thank you allot...

Sprint wireless sales deceptive bait and switch practices
Please take a minute to be educated about Sprint Sales Scams: Did you know that Sprint phone customer service tells you that your call is being recorded when you call, but they tell you can't record the call if you inform them that since they are recording the call that you are also recording the call. They further tell you that it is against their corporate policy if you ask why you can't record also. I found this out while talking to custome service about a bait and switch they pulled on me and my wife. They had a sprint sales promotion that stated buy one I-phone and get one free. The contract I actually received said lease with a high purchase price at the end of the lease. This in my opinion this is a case of the old classic bait and switch. All this said I believe it is absurd that they tell you via a cheerful recording that they are going to record you for quality assurance purposes but their corporate policy is that you can't record them. If you don't agree to their recording you and you not recording them (if you state your recording them) then they simply will not talk to you. You know citizens of this country really need to fight back corporate abuse with our vote.
My bait and switch information is noted below.
My wife and I both now 73 YO went to a Sprint store in Walpole Ma to take advantage of a quote "Buy one iPhone get one free nation wide Sprint sales promotion. We informed the sales staff who hat that is what we wanted to purchase that day in addition to signing up for sprint service. Much later but before the lease was up a friend who told us about this wonderful deal sprint was offering found or that she owed a lot of money to purchase the phones at the end of the lease. This was the first time we realized My hat we may have been scammed. We dug our all the information that we were given at the time of sale which included a sales slip but no sales contract. About 2/3 of the way down the 7 inch sales slip the worn Lease is buried in. After hours in the phone a customer rep sent me a copy of the contract with my signature on it. Yes it did say lease with payments required at the end of the lease to own the phones. It also had my signature on it. During the actual sales visit I was never verbally informed that i was entering a lease with a large lump payment due at the end of the lease to become an owner of my phone. We were not advised to read the agreement carefully before we signed it but were verbally advised that it was a near formality With standard technical language like terms and conditions that were required for our purchase. When the customer service representative sent this agreement to me during the call She was firm that I signed it and I was not owed any further explanation. Further that I was legally bound to the lease by my signature. Further there was no apology for the fact that this whole purchase that I requested was misrepresented to me. I found the whole experience demeaning as well as a ruthless corporate attack on my intelligence.
Sprint sales and customer service you reflect your
This said it is my position that the entire sales presentation was fraudulent at best. I believes sprint should now do the right thing and make us proud owners of or phones without further purchase money. This would be in line with a he sales presentation we received at the time of purchase .

Sprint changing order after changing the service
Upgraded 2 of our 5 cell phones, current service with Sprint. The agent advised me that we were over paying for our service. Plan was $260 per month. Said he would change me to a 4 line at $100 plus a fifth line for $20. New total should be $120 for service plan. Just received the bill and we're now paying $265. Called to get an explanation and was told that the system had generated 2 new accounts. I said fix it. They said they could do it for $135 per month now. I asked for a full refund and the plan that was offered and I accepted. They can't seem to get anyone on the line to fix this. However now on hold for 50 minutes.
Customer service reps lie/rooster in background
Sprint is unreal. I call every month with a billing issue, then it's always "we can fix it but it won't reflect until next billing cycle". So I still pay for their continuous mistakes. They also signed a Pledge "Keep Americans Connected" sent out email stating due to Covid 19 if your unable to pay don't worry.. no disconnect, no LTE fees. Well, they withdrew my 500 rent payment unauthorized from my bank acct, I was disconnected 2xs... h
Just a sickening feeling when I have to call and dispute a charge. I have a lease and it is ending soon and ever since TMobile merged with sprint the connectivity is horrible! Worse than before. Data is so slow. Loading web page.. forget it. And I have an s9plus. I'm sorry to say this is the WORST company of liars and I have it documented and have proof of the unprofessional, un educated in their own company rules and how-to's, I mean... I called one time asking what the APN settings should be, this lady tells me "no apn is needed sweetheart". Ummmm... That is how u get into the WORLD WIDE WEB. wow. Then they just repeat and repeat bc they don't know the answer. Not a good idea to let sprint chats be saved to email. If I sent these remarks and responses to CEO he would be embarrassed. Too bad I can't reach (I'm sorry to say) an English proper speaking individual who has the knowledge and skills set to help their Sprint Customers. Plus I just had 150 credit bc they 2x charged me again! Worst.
Cell phone service
I have been with Sprint as a customer since 2002. As soon as my current contract is over I will be getting another carrier. Their customer service sucks. In November 2019 I started having problems getting and making calls. I called Sprint and they said their was a problem with the tower in my area. Continued to have problems the tested my phone and said everything was fine. Went back two weeks later this time they said it was my antenna on my phone. Canned me into upgrading my phone with another contract fir service. Went hone with the new phone and the problem was the same. I have been on the phone constantly with them. They keep telling me my tower is fine. Finally asked where my tower was and it not near my home. They sent me a signal booster. But it has to be set up on a high piece of furniture by a window. Don't own a high piece of furniture. Also the paperwork says there is a $45 restocking charge. I purchased a disposable phone it has no problems getting a signal at my house. When my contract is up, I am going to find a new carrier. Oh and I gave my old phone to a friend that is with Verizon and it's working perfectly for her. Still wasting time on hold with them trying to return this thing that Is just another unnecessary piece of equipment. Of course they didn't tell me about the need for it to be on a high piece of furniture.
Oh I agree with you the service is horrendous I have been with this company for 12 years I lease my phones but you keep sending me emails it’s time to upgrade when I did not and you merged with TMobile I started dropping calls people saying they could not hear me, so I called back I would loose the rep helping me she had my phone number but not one of them called me back I was so angry after so many calls and never a call back I went directly to app, randomly purchased an SE when I got the phone like a dream I went to activate the phone and Raphael asked me asked me why I downgraded I explained my situation he then asked meeting why I downgraded I therefore order from you so I ordered the 11 pro max which I received with the mini WiFi that I found out was not free I am paying for it so I have been waiting now for the box to send it back. The service is the worst I just got off the phone with Louie because Adrian spoke so low had an accent that you could not understand, but after 3 days 26 hrs nothing has been accomplished I have spoken in the past 3 days to around 12 people and each one give you a different response. Now tomorrow. Your company will call me again and probably nothing will be resolved this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and like I said I have been with you for 12 years. What your company has to understand that people like me pay your salary including yours and it is just transferring a number from one carrier to another. Even Apple told me that sprint has to unlock the phone. If I have to spend more hours tomorrow I will go to the media, I will go to the BBB and I will write an article to the New York Post and the LosAngeles times explaining the horrendous service people receive. Cell service and customer service
Sprint is horrible. 1st off the service on my cell was so bad I had to pay a ton of money to get away from them and move to another network. Second the customer service was so horrible, I had to speak to 3 people and it took me 2 hours to cancel my account in Dec. Then I get a notice of collections, no letter, no phone call, God knows they had my number. Nothing!
Then to top it off, I am waiting to cancel this service that was supposed to be cancelled for 3 more hours on the phone with multiple reps and no one is worth a darn. Mostly, don't even speak English. Finally get it straight and they say, oh because we gave you a credit, you have to call back and waste more time to cancel the line that was left open, we can't do it now. How awful is this service! The worst I have ever had.
Sprint, black milking a big cheater
Over 3 years I 'm with sprint. last couple mount, when my contract was over, for 4 line cellphone my bill it wa 180 dollars,. when my contract was ending I got e-mail for up dating, I sighn up and the send me new chellphon with retun envelop for old phon. I active new phons and send old phone to them,. and my bill payment due date it wa 16 or 18 of each mount. first bill it was arount 189, in secound mount, thired day of mounth I got over 500 $ and my phon stoped for not pay ment, first of morninng I have had emrergincy call, my phone not workin, call the sprint, they said u have to pay a portion, then we can oppen your phone, I paid a portion, to make that emergincy call, and paid around 400 next days. again I got bill amount of 700, and my acount stoped again...

I have been with sprint for years. I am currently wondering why am I still with Sprint? I have had my phone for over two years and own it but am looking at getting a new one. to add a new line you can get a great deal on a phone but to upgrade nothing? i changed my tv servce because of this so I guess its time for phone switching. Does customer retention not matter anymore?
