Spyrix fake scam sw only steals your money and send you fake registration info
Software appears legit, installs and acts like its real. But when you purchase it, you can only register with gmail. And the registration information they email you doesn't activate the software. It's just a scam to get you to purchase, then they leave you high and dry. I should have trusted the reviews and gone for Perfect Keylogger. I think that they are legit. I thought this would be simple. I didn't realize that Spyrix would do such a good job with fake reviews and good website coding, all to scam one of money. I feel foolish for thinking that they were legit and I could trust them.

No money, no program –company is scam
I registered on the website www.spyrix.com and downloaded their program. It was good, so I decided to buy their program. I sent the payment and waited for any confirmation info or updates, but nothing. I tried to reach the online chat agent, but he also kept silence. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company or any ideas how to reach these jerks.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
It should also noted that the Spyrix ticketing system will not retain your original password and there is no password recovery option via email, which is standard for login pages.
After several tries to access your ticket, it will lock you out of the ticketing system without any notice that it's going to happen, and then you can't provide the specific info Spyrix are asking for to qualify for your refund.
"We have a rule: 100% Money Back Guaranteed if the customer didn't like the product."
Err...nope. The fine details of your money back guarantee say: "All Products have fully-functional trial period, so personal reasons (“I do not like it”, “I never installed the program”, “I did not mean to buy the program”) are not qualified for a refund."
The refund policy also states if you don't mention the issue within 72 hours of purchase, and don't provide tech support with every detail they ask, including remote access to your computer, you won't be eligible for a refund.

This return and refund policy is applicable for the following programs hereinafter referred to as Products: Spyrix Personal Monitor, Spyrix Personal Monitor PRO, Spyrix Personal Monitor PRO Business, and Spyrix Employee Monitoring.
In case a Product doesn’t work as promised, or you have technical difficulties with it, a full refund might be issued only in case our technical support team is unable to resolve it and the following conditions are observed:
– All problems and issues must be reported within 72 hours after purchase
– All required information for solving the issue must be provided by the customer
– You can only be refunded once. Each customer is only eligible for one refund, if you own more than one Product license only the one, reported to be non-functional, will be refunded.
Our support is available 7 days a week and we always do our best to solve problems. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days since the day of purchase, only if our team cannot help you within this time frame. No refunds will be issued later than 14 days since the day of purchase.
Other refund conditions: (the following conditions describe cases, when Spyrix cannot provide a refund due to the fact that these conditions are completely beyond Spyrix’s control)
– No refund can be issued in case the customer does not follow technical support guidelines or refuses customer support help.
– If the customer couldn’t provide all necessary data. This includes cases when customer might be required to get remote assistance.
– If the customer has just changed his or her mind. All Products have fully-functional trial period, so personal reasons (“I do not like it”, “I never installed the program”, “I did not mean to buy the program”) are not qualified for a refund.
– If the customer does not have access to the target PC.
– If the Product was detected by a user, who was unaware about its presence. Or Product was detected by anti-virus software – any activity of other applications are not Spyrix responsibility, however when notified about such issue we will address the anti-virus developer on your behalf to correct the False Positive and also provide instructions on how to avoid detection.
– If the target computer runs incomplete, pirated, not fully operational, or incompatible version of Windows (all compatible Windows versions are listed on the Product pages).
– If on the target computer full or partial Windows reinstallation took place, which resulted in Product being blocked.
