Too many hoops to jump through to use this service I paid for..squaretrade... print a fedex lable.. with a non working laptop..
Go to library..print shipping tag.. take laptop 100 miles to fedex ... fedex will not send labels and shipping boxes unless u have an account. Was told FedEx would not pick up the laptop.. have to deliver to a FedEx location 100 mile trip.. as per the FedEx operator I spoke to.
