I am furious to have to write this complaint about Squaretrade, however they do not reply to my emails or calls regarding my complaint and their lack of customer service.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for my fridge to be repaired and nothing from Squaretrade not even a call to tell me where things are at. I ask to speak to a manager and get told they will call you back in 24 hours, yet weeks later and no calls.
They do not follow up the repairer to see why the hold up, they just tell me to wait out the 21 business days and you will get a fridge replacement. Meanwhile I have no fridge or freezer and small children who need fresh milk. It has been truly horrible to deal with the incompetence of Squaretrade staff. I can't even make a complaint, even why I ask to because again, I am told someone will call you back, but they don't.

Squaretrade should not be in business, they do not care or respect their customers, the staff are simply rude and have no idea what they're doing.

I have had no choice but to call consumer affairs to investigate Squaretrade.

I wouldn't recommend anyone using Squaretrade and I will be avoiding the company and any associating businesses that work with Squaretrade in the future.

They are absolutely terrible. I purchased insurance on a $900 coffee table knowing that my five year old could spill, as five year olds tend to do. Two months after having the table, there was a spill and it stripped the paint right off. The insurance/warranty covers spills. First they tried to resolve by sending cleaning supplies, to which I said that won't work, as the paint is completely stripped. They then denied my claim saying they do not cover body oil. Where on earth they got "body oil" from, I have no idea. I have been back and forth with them for two weeks. I am finally on the phone with a "Supervisor" who is also proving to be useless so far. I just dropped that my attorney husband reviewed the warranty and agreed they are in the wrong... let's see if that gets me anywhere.
