Stearns & Foster review: Stearns and foster king size luxury estate mattress pillow top mattress

We bought a S&F Luxury Estate Ultra Plush medium Pillow top King Size mattress directly from S&F on approximately 03/24. On 05/24 I asked S&F to replace it with the same model only in firm due to the trenching on the mattress sides where my wife and I lay. First, they hit me with a $275 charge to the change out for the firm mattress which was never mentioned when I was buying or discussed at any time until the mattress swap request was made. I have submitted several warranty claims w/photos of which were all denied. I even offered to pay the difference between the $5000 and the $6000 mattress we would like to upgrade too which was also denied. We received the replacement mattress in 07/24 and here it is less than six months later the firm mattress is trenching on the sides. There is approximately a 2" increase in the height from the sides to the middle of the bed. If you get in the middle of the bed you tend to roll to the sides. S&F used to be a ultra high quality mattress brand until Tempur- Seally bought them and it seems that they are more driven by corporate greed and producing inferior quality products.
