Steers review: Pathetic service

This is the 3rd time this, Steers has upset me with their pathetic service. The last 2 times I simply ignored it but today I could not. I phoned for my order and send in my son cause I am sick. When he said he came to pay for the order they send him to me to ask for a slip. NOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE! He would have had a slip and not want to pay... AI... LISTENING IS A SKILL... He came to the car and I gave him my phone to show proof of order. He then stood in the line and another lady jumped him, getting her order. It was when I got out (mask on) and said they being dismissive of children and the manager politely said it is impossible for them to ask for the slip he must have asked the wrong question. Ai common sense... still didn't kick in... So I said to my son next time he must scream to the top of his voice so they can listen cause they clearly do not know how to, but I know there won't be a next time. 3 strikes is enough for me!
