I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent purchase I made from Stealing Optical in West Hempstead Sterling Optical. Approximately one month ago, I purchased a pair of Versace eyeglasses from your store. However, after just one month of use, the area of the lens has separated from the frame. I reached out to Stealing Optical to address this issue and was informed that your team does not believe it to be a manufacturing problem and that nothing can be done to resolve the issue.

I find this response unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I paid over to $300 for this product less than 60 days ago. As a customer, I expect the products I purchase to be of high quality and to last for a reasonable amount of time. It is disheartening to hear that your company has no way to assist or resolve this issue. We are a family of 5 who all have purchase eyeglasses from this location in the past without incident. I kindly request that you reconsider your stance and offer a solution to rectify this situation. Whether it involves repairing the glasses, providing a replacement, or offering a refund, I believe it is crucial to uphold customer satisfaction and maintain trust in your brand.
