I purchased the StoneDine cookware. At first I was extremely satisfied. However, in using the cookware in my everyday cooking, I began noticing that the coating inside the cookware started to fade off. I used plastic or wooden utitensils in order to have them last as long as possible. I began noticing that the cooking was not evenly distributed and most of the heat on the bottom of the cookware (the stainless steel area) began to turn black and the outside of the pans began to retain grease and burn into the sides. I found myself having to scrub the bottom of the pans and sides vigorously and still could not keep them new in appearance. Another thing I started noticing was that my cooktop on my stove began having a film cooked into the glass top that would not come off...hence ruining my glass cookstove top! I returned all the pots and pans (I paid the expensive postage) and StoneDine sent me another complete set. After about 3 months the same thing started happening. I wrote the StoneDine.Com rep and she said she had to forward my emails to "corporate" singe this had been my second contact with them. I have since sent 3 more emails with no one responding. I will never purchase this product again, nor would I suggest anyone purchase it.

i just rung the company about my stonedine, i was speaking to a lady who said i have replaced it for 9 times which was not true (twice) since i bought it in 2013. She was very rude saying that i only paid $279 (50%) and i said i was offered that price when i rung to return after my trial. she said i should accept it. i asked to put thru to the supervisor who advised me that they would not replace it as the warranty already expired (12 months) and they asked me to return all the 8 items back to them and they will refund $139. i said i thought the guarantee was for 12 years. she said the reason they cant replace it because i already had 2 replacement. I dont know if i should take this further in regards to the warranties. any advise. thanks

I bought this product about 2 years ago and really liked it then. But even though I never washed or scrubbed the pan (only put cold water in and let loosen up the stuck on food and then tried to wipe clean like I had done with my cast iron skillet), the pan really continued to adhere food after cooking. I even bought another pan for my chef daughter for Christmas who thought it was produced in Germany and must be well made (she lived in Germany for a while and was impressed with their cookware). I'm very unhappy with it now and went online to get info on product and discovered this website for complaints! I wish I would have gone online BEFORE ordering from the t.v. ad! Now, seeing the postings, I feel that if I send it in for a replacement, they won't do anything. Consumers, DON'T waste your money!

I have used these pans for years and on a daily basis. I love them. I have sent my large fry pan back and it was replaced . I would not use another kind of pan set. I have never had burn or stick issues.. I would buy it again and tell others the same.

I brought to pans both are useless all they do is stick don't buy save your money

I looked at the set u have dosnt look like my set but I have had mine for 3 years and I cook on high heat with gas stove and have not had a problem and they still clean up with just a rinse no scrubbing and no coating coming off I thought it was suppose to be an actual stone coating the only problem I have there handles are very loose all the time I actually was just going on line to see if they made a wok to purchase and I have used them every day wonder if some one is duplicating with a cheaper product I said I bought them 3 years ago could be longer or earlier but it was theta first came out

I loved my pans but within 2 years started having issues. The company made good on the warranty. The company no longer make the pans under the name Stonedine but now it's Stoneline but it is the same company. They no longer honor their warranty under the old name. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!
