StoneX.com review: Opening and funding an account

Having opened an account I followed the funding process and transferred $2000 to the account.
After some considerable delay and tooing and frooing the account was charged and the money transferred...or so I thought.

I have received a number of emails in relation to the missing 2000 which the bank assures me was transferred to cityindex.com
The money has not been credited to my account and I am now in the process of trying to close the account and get my money back.

Each time I contact cityindex.com I have a delay in response which may be up to 24hrs. Very Unhappy. If not a scam these guys are a joke.
