Hi I am a loyal customer. I have been with your company for about 4 years. Yet ever year my storage increases by $30. But what caused my outrage is that I took a new unit and I already got an increase of $60. It sucks since that was not the amount I agreed to when I took the unit. It is a slap in the face; why do you guys punish your loyal customers?
I don't blame the staff I love them, they do an amazing job so I think this mandate came from corporate or the headoffice.
Desired outcome: I will like to get the $120 ($60 extra from Feb and Mar bill) refunded back to my card and for original bill payment of $336 restored as my total monthly bill.
