*** Storage is an AWFUL company
Storage is an AWFUL company. Overpriced, greedy, and the employees are not helpful and also rude. Make sure you store your belongings elsewhere. Do not give them their business. You never know when they might auction your stuff off and they won't alert you. They deserve ZERO stars.

Spring Street - cannot get their paperwork organized
Spring Street - cannot get their paperwork organized. After 4 years of dealing with their inability to receive updates on access and payment, they continue to not keep the notices sent to them in order and are preventing access with no rhyme or reason. I do not recommend them for corporate accounts.

The Merriam, Kansas frontage road location had a scam going
The Merriam, Kansas frontage road location had a scam going. It starts when they say they can not take the payment by phone. The next thing you know the lock is cut and they empty the contents for their own taking. They never contact the customer or follow the policy. So much for paying months of climate controlled storage for later. The Merriam, Kansas police speak of intervening then drop the ball.

After numerous years, they continue to harrass for copies of me insurance which had been provided many times or they will automatically charge me for their over-priced "coverage". I've already provided my coverage on several occasions. Their security is worthless. If I had another option, I'd use it. I will be moving to another more secure location. They bought out the previous owners and everything has gone downhill since.
I went up to Edmonton to grab our things out of storage
I went up to Edmonton to grab our things out of storage. Someone had broken into our unit and stole a bunch of things. No cameras aimed down our section. My mom died at that time so I was dealing with her place as well and the storage guy said he'd pro rate the extra 3 days and they ended up charging me way more than pro rated. I tried to explain under the circumstance I tried to get it all out before the 1st but my mom had just passed away. The guy said he'd pro rate it and the next day when it was all out a girl was there said no she was going to charge me 20 dollars a day. So not only my stuff was stolen off their property that I pay rent and insurance but also they took more money then my storage unit was worth. Edmonton storagemart

Manager very disrespectful
Manager very disrespectful. Was a nightmare Experience I paid for 1 month only needed it for a month and asked to cancel. They instead tried to cheat me out of my full 30 days by terminating me with strange 21 day notice. When I asked questions was told I had a full 30 days. Strangest place ever Latina manager was verrrry belligerent and rude. I reserved a unit and immediately began to receive a bunch of solicitation calls from the property manager which were pretty much them begging for me as a new customer. So I relented and went with them only to be met with a nightmare no customer service wow. I advise no one to do business with them. Very sociopathic tyrant-esque business practices. Wound up having to pay for another unit with another company totally inconvenienced me and was no help. I see this company bankrupt in the near future because of their business practices.

Late December I rented a 5'x10' locker from StorageMart at 990 Syscon Road in Burlington, Ontario for the advertised price of $103.99 plus
Late December I rented a 5'x10' locker from StorageMart at 990 Syscon Road in Burlington, Ontario for the advertised price of $103.99 plus HST and insurance fees per month. At that time I inquired about rental increases. I was told verbally that if there were any that they would be modest, in line with inflation. On May 13 I received an email from StorageMart notifying me of a rental increase of $10 per month effective June 1. That equals $135.60 (inc. HST) per year - 9.6%. I called to complain and was told that was the going rate (not true, the same locker was being advertised by them for $109.99 per month plus a free month's rental) and that increases of around 10% per year was the industry standard. They refused to make an adjustment. I find this to be very close to a 'bait and switch' tactic, highly unethical. They know moving to another provider would be extremely onerous. I would like potential renters to be aware of this nefarious pricing practice. Thank you.

I store at the storage Mart in Soquel California and have for the past three and a half years
I store at the storage Mart in Soquel California and have for the past three and a half years. I've had my unit burglarize twice and I've lost family heirlooms valuable gems and other valuable property from my unit. When I told P StorageMart people about my burglary they didn't really have much to do to help me and they had only stored seven days of video footage from their video cameras so they had no information about the thief. My unit has no camera coverage for the actual front door of the unit although camera coverage is advertised buy storage Mart for the facility. My unit has no camera coverage for the front of the unit both times my unit was burglarized the roll-up accordion door was dislodged from the track and the thief crawled in underneath the open door section that this feat was able to dislodge the track from entered my unit and initially stole family heirlooms and items of value then came back a year or year-and-a-half later when storage Mart had not altered their safety or security protocols about my unit burglarized it again and stole a case full of gems valuable pendants chains and items of memorabilia from 12 Years of going to the Tucson gem and mineral show. The first time I unit was burglarized at this location they had only stored 6 days of video footage the second time my unit was burglarized the manager came out and insinuated that I somehow was involved in the burglary of my own unit. I have since called corporate office for StorageMart and am attempting to have that person fired. I could not possibly warn anyone about the Soquel Avenue Santa Cruz storage Mart location anymore than I am warning now. I will have to arrange my unit in such a fashion as the door cannot be kicked open from the outside by pushing the door in word once the door is dislodged from the track. The initial time my unit was burglarized I had hoped that storage might might put in another camera which actually face the door of my unit so that the person who burglarized it could be identified but they didn't and because of a lack of ability to move the items and I guess my fault I didn't move my stuff and apparently the same Thief came back and burglar at my unit again. So in order to have my unit actually be secure I will have to barricade the door with my stuff and build my way in and out of my storage unit every time I use it in order to keep the door from being able to be kicked in and have someone actually crawl in under the accordion door into my unit steal whatever they please and be on their way to go buy drugs. I have received no phone call back in response to my initial complaint about the manager at the Soquel Avenue storage Mart from the corporate regional manager I called their Regional headquarters and spoke with a woman named Jenna who told me that Amanda and Jason would call me back from a 573 area code that was three days ago I have received no phone call from their regional manager. So in summary my unit has been burglarized twice storage Mart has been absolutely nothing to attempt to increase the security of my unit much less to mitigate the losses and even in the insulting case of having the manager at my unit space accuse me in a backhanded way of somehow being involved in the burglary relation of my own storage unit. I don't steal stuff and all I'm trying to do is have a safe place to store my possessions which I pay over $200 a month for and these people at storage Mart want to accuse me of stealing my own stuff. If you're reading this I'm sure you can do better stay away from Storage Mart or have your valuables stolen and have them accuse you of stealing it yourself

I have been to the Facility on Monterey Rd, 3 times today and there has been a sign on the door indicating that it is closed. It was 5:15 when I arrived and store was closed. The other 2 times, the was a clock on the door, indicating when someone would be back. I only live down the street, when I came back at those times, it was still closed. This is unacceptable and I will be moving out of this location.
Desired outcome: Poor management

First of all there is 2 bay doors that have not worked in 6 months, the hallways are extremely dirty with obvious no attention in a while. I’ve told the girl on shift now about this disgusting situation by the key pad door she didn’t seem to care that this is a reflection on storage mart, so The back entrance where the key pad to enter ithere is human poop along with men’s underwear right outside the door it’s been there for 3 days. So I’m currently waiting for her shift to end to see if she does her final end of work walk through; and she didn’t cause I just saw her drive away.
This proves that the employees are not doing their job and conducting their daily walk through.
I eceived a call from storage mart 4 days ago stating that my unit had no lock on it, neither my sister or I have been to the unit in just about 2weeks, when asked if they reviewed the cameras to see who was in the unit the girl told me no, but they are treating it like a break and enter, the worker and her regional manager were very ignorant and very rude, in compassionate, zero customer service to my sister when she inquired about the said break and enter of the unit.
My family and I have used storage mart many times in the past because we felt our belongings were safe and the was convenient but now it’s just dirty, disgusting, unsafe, the female worker needs respectful workplace training and also needs training in cleaning and customer service. For 300/month you should be treated with respect and dignity and have a clean environment to enter especially with Covid19 being so deadly And killing people. But apparently your Saskatoon 1st Ave location doesn’t give a crap about anyone’s health or doesn’t respect your company Storage mart
Desired outcome: Training for the lazy workers so they can do their job properly abs effectively
Broken lights
I have a storage at StorageMart in Waukesha on sunset and the light in my hallway is always burnt out. I come here at night it's the only time I can come because I'd like to go through my things and see what I want and don't want some are my daughters that passed away and I need to let her siblings have some of these things. I can't see I bought some lights from the dollar store batteries go so quick in them I'm constantly running to the store to get batteries. I mean it's been I don't know how long I haven't been able to get in there because I can't see there's no point in going in and now I pulled up again and the lights are still broken. Now I'm going to probably end up having to pay for another month but I didn't need to pay for I could have had it all done.
Desired outcome: Fix the lights, mine is at the farthest end so it's in the darkest spot, it won't let me upload a photo

Complaint about storageMart we have tried to pay our bill every way we can by phone, online, and in person they would not accept it. We have called customer service multiple times about this and all we get is someone will call you back in 24 to 48 hours and no one has called us back. The manager of the site is rude and tells you cash only cash only constantly before it was even an issue I had problems with making a payment. I work overnights and sleep during the day so when I get up early to go make a payment and he's not in the office and the sign always says he'll be back in an hour or longer usually so I'm sorry why should I have to continuously make trips wasting my gas and time just for this person to keep doin everything he can to make me lose my things...if there are any recommendations for an attorney to handle this issue as well please forward the information to me so I can proceed with legal proceedings. The stress and strain from deal with this is causing issues as well.

StorageMart , Hollis, NY had a pipe burst on 01/16/2022 which damaged my property in unit # ***. The managers called and stated the pipe burst during the night. My claim; with numerous ways to reach me was submitted on 02/26/2022. I have reached out to the storage manager several times and told to be patient...could take approx 10 weeks. StorageMart claims they left me a voice mail in March. I have no knowledge of it. They did not try to reach me since even though I inquired about the status of my claim at the Hollis office. My documents list that water damages are covered up to $3000.00 unless there is mechanical failure. StorageMart corporation is claiming that a frozen burst pipe is mechanical damage and they will only pay $1500.00 I am requesting that I be paid $3000.00 against a claim of approximately $14,000, a frozen pipe due to weather is not a mechanical failure. Keeping the temperature too low and possible improper maintenance in an old building could be contributing factors.

7/29 (Today) I spoke with the assistant manager before I signed their contract after paying something more than $100 on phone credit card, asking her to cancel and get a full refund. She said I can review the documents, call her back, and press "2" on the phone line to reach her with no problem to get my refund (in 3-5 days). I have been calling repeatedly and only reach voicemail. She's not facilitating the cancellation and refund process.
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. For 10 + years I have been renting 2 storage lockers from Storage Mart at their *** location for $325 per unit monthly. Recent advertising by Storage Mart was brought to my attention that they are advertising the same size units (10 X 40) for $150 per month with the first month free. Upon contacting Storage Mart I was informed that the price of $150 was accurate. I asked for the advertised rate. They informed me I was on a month to month lease currently with auto deduct from my credit cards. Since it is just that... a month to month lease, they refused to adjust my price. Instead their response was I could easily move out of my current units and relocate to 2 new same sized units knowingly causing undue hardship and making an insurmountable circumstance at my age. They also said that by moving, a new lease needs to be signed and could not be accomplished without a personal visit, contrary to all Coronavirus safety instructions for individuals of my age bracket.

Im receiving mail from Storage Mart AKA Manhattan Mini storage claiming that my account is past due for the month of May. This is not correct because I vacated my storage unit with them on April 27-28. there is no longer any locks on my storage unit, and I have spoken to multiple representatives to the company to confirm that removing the contents of the unit and all locks is all you have to do to cancel your account. I would like this matter to be rectified as soon as possible before this false claim starts to effect my credit report. Thank You
Rented two different storage units from Storage Mart at 4000 S
Rented two different storage units from Storage Mart at 4000 S. Providence Road in Columbia Mo. for about 11 months costing $338 a month. Never paid late, was a loyal customer. Had mice in our first smaller unit and didn't have much help resolving the problem. My husband and I let it go. When we went to move out from the two storage units in September (last month) the movers informed us that all of our furniture had significant mold on it. When all the movers were done loading all of our furniture in the moving trucks we took pictures of standing water in the units. We have pictures of all of our furniture with mold on it. Some pieces were destroyed and we had to throw away fearing we would get sick if we moved it into our new home. We have contacted the manager and regional manager several times and have tried to resolve this for a month now with no help. We had builder's risk/rental policy with State Farm insurance to cover these belongings. State Farm encouraged us to first seek help with Complaintsboard.com. Storage Mart is stating they will not help us with any replacement costs. We are seeking to have what is fair. We believe 3 months of our monthly refund is sufficient. The furniture came from Ashly Furniture was not old and damaged.

Two weeks ago, I received an email informing me that my storage unit rental cost was set to increase once more. Initially, the rate was around $72 when I began my lease last August for my 10 x 10 unit. Now, it was slated to rise to $140 per month. Concerned, I visited the office to discuss this hike. Upon presenting my current renters' insurance, the staff member deducted that expense from my bill, which effectively kept my rate at $140 starting September 1st. I expressed my intention to vacate the unit by the month's end.
Unfortunately, I was unable to move out as intended because I had to make an unexpected trip to Dallas over the weekend. Consequently, I opted for a smaller 5 x 5 unit priced at $72, taking advantage of an online promotion that offered the first month free. After booking the unit and paying the administrative fee, I went in to finalize the lease agreement.
Today, I received a rather impolite call and email from the office staff, insisting that I pay the full amount immediately, claiming it was overdue. When I went in to address the issue, the staff member was uncooperative, inventing policies on the spot and refusing to provide written evidence. Similarly, the Area Manager was not willing to acknowledge the promotional offer I had received.
I see there are over 34 complaints against this storage company. I've been trying to access the gate but can't because it's locked. I've reached out to the manager multiple times, but he won't return my calls. I've called and left messages at least 15 times. When I attempt to pay through the online payment portal, I'm unable to do so because they have listed the wrong amount. It should be $54.99, but they have it as $101.99, and the system doesn't allow me to change it. I've called several more times and left messages at various contact numbers to reach the manager, but he doesn't reply or call back. Micha and another colleague tried to contact him to request that he call me back, but he just ignored my 15 calls and messages. He's aware of my health issues, which is why he initially agreed to accommodate me. However, now he refuses to speak with me and won't adjust the fees. They've charged extra despite his earlier assurance that if I paid by October 10th, he would waive the late fee and any additional charges. I have this promise recorded; he assured me the amount would be $54.99. I need access to my storage unit as soon as possible and for the amount to be corrected to $54.99 as he promised.
Do not trust this place
Do not trust this place. For the price I was willing to deal with the subpar facility. There were holes cut in the top of my unit that the woman "repaired" with some low gauge wire. Anyways all that didn't matter as the deal I was offered made any negative things easy to accept. I was told by the sales team which I've come to find out has no say in anything. I was told my price is locked in for minimum a year and after that they said that if price goes up it won't be by much. Well fast forward to today and my rate was doubled. So I stead of around $200 I am now paying $400. Just disgusting business practice especially during an epidemic and financial meltdown. The greed of this place is sad on many levels. When I brought this up I was told that they donate to various charities. Good for u for getting tax breaks. I do t recommend this place to anyone. It smells like fish and the place is dirty. All things I could care less about when paying the rate I was promised. So buyer beware. It doesn't matter what they tell u to get u to take a unit. Trust and believe it is all lies. You will see very soon the influx of negative reviews stating this exact thing. If I could give zero stars for deceiving customers just to get business then I would.

I was renting a storage unit and was told that they were terminating my rental agreement because I had violated the agreement by being on the property when I was not allowed to be . I was also disrespected by one of the employees she was saying that I was planning on breaking in because I was talking to someone who is also a renter of a storage unit I tried to talk to a manager but he refused to as a matter of fact he actually slammed a door on me when I tried talking to him about getting the rest of my rent money back because I did not feel that I was in the wrong because I was waiting in the parking lot to get in to my storage unit the other employee also slammed a window in my face so I could not talk to them about the contract I feel like they were the ones who didn't uphold their end of contract because they didn't give me the termination in writing as it states in the contract they are supposed to do. I want to also add that while I was waiting in the parking lot other customers were going in and out of the facility and at anytime I could have gone in right behind one of them but I didn't I chose to wait till I could use my access code to get in and that was what I did . The employee and the manager did not conduct themselves in a professional manner they were rude and very disrespectful.

Store #*** Unfortunately due to the pandemic as well as other extenuating circumstances I have had no choice but to let some of my bills go into default, one of them being my storage unit. On March 25, 2022 I received a certified letter from Storage Mart (formerly ***) that advised me of a Notice of Sale due to Nonpayment of Occupancy charges. In this document, I was given a Payment Demand Schedule which advised me that I have up until 4/30/22 to pay $577.00. The document also advised that if I do not pay by 4/24/22 my belongings will be advertised for sale. On April 14, 2022 I called Storage Mart to settle the charges, as well as inquire of any assistance they might be able to provide me based on my circumstances. The manager Derrick informed me that he will assess two discounts, one for $12 and another for $35. Based on this payment schedule prescribed in the letter, I was assuming I'd pay $530. Come to find out that this discount has brought me UP to $617! THIS WAS NOT PRESCRIBED IN THE CERTIFIED LETTER I RECEIVED. Upon further inquiry, it was brought to my attention that my unit was accessed and inventory was taken. NOWHERE IN THIS LETTER was it mentioned that my unit will be accessed before April 24 and no where was it mentioned that I will accrue additional charges in excess of the $577 that was due.

I rented a unit at Manhattan Mini Storage, now seeking a refund from Storage Mart.
I rented a unit # 1-8-8 on March 5,2018 at Manhattan Mini Storage, LLC. The rent was $36 per month. Over time, it increased to $56.00. Initially, I paid $24.96 for March , $28.80 for the last month, a $36.00 security deposit, and a $25.00 administrative fee, totaling $114.76. In February 2022, Storage Mart acquired the facility and wrongly applied my security deposit to a Value Coverage plan costing $9.95 plus tax monthly for February, March, and April 2022. Despite having my own insurance, I repeatedly sought a refund for this plan. I provided proof of insurance and a move-out notice to Assistant Manager Michell Gasden on April 8, 2022, who confirmed the charges would be credited. The unit was vacated on April 30, 2022. However, my tenant audit history indicates that the charges for the Value Coverage plan and last month's rent were not credited to my VISA card. Despite multiple email inquiries on June 29, 2022, and July 5, 2022, and submitting payment proof from 2018 and insurance evidence, I received no response from Storage Mart. I am now requesting a credit refund for the last month's rent and the Value Coverage plan.

I've had a unit with Manhattan Mini Storage at *** in Manhattan for over a decade
I've had a unit with Manhattan Mini Storage at *** in Manhattan for over a decade. About 2 years ago I also purchased a second unit. Since StorageMart bought the company, I've had a series of bad experiences, not the least of which was a skyrocketing of monthly rates. The unit I've had for almost 11 years was auctioned last week. I WAS aware I was past due, and I was calling to pay the balance today (bc renters can no longer pay partial balance, they have to pay in full). I was NOT served notification of auction, despite the local manager saying they left voicemails (I have no voicemails) and sent it certified mail (I have no letter). Emails simply offered a link to pay - no copy in the email about amount owed, auction, etc. In fact I was AT the location in June and there was no mention of auction status. I asked for the buyer's info to try to negotiate to get some of the irreplaceable items plus personal documents back, which I know the company isn't OBLIGATED to do, but can. I called corporate and was initially bounced back to my local facility, before they finally took an "issue" ticket. The local facility did agree to contact the buyer on my behalf about negotiating to buy some items back (hopefully not too late). But I'm still exploring my legal options for failure to follow service protocol (I really just want my things) and will be clearing out my other Manhattan Mini Storage unit as soon as possible.

I was a client with Manhattan Mini Storage and at the end of March I had an argument with one of their staff members
I was a client with Manhattan Mini Storage and at the end of March I had an argument with one of their staff members. As a result of this argument, the storage decided to evict me and gave me 14 days to move my belongings out, which I was happy to honor and immediately started to pack my stuff away. My unit was full of my personal belongings and as I started clearing the top part, I was able to see a dead mouse on top of it. As I was gradually taking out more and more belongings every day, I was able to notice the signs of rodent damage in my stored footwear, clothes, bags and paper brochures. With some of my belongings cleared, I was able to smell a bad smell, found a lot of damaged and stained items as well as paper shreds and rodent excrements in the unit. There must *** been rodent nests inside the unit. The state of it unit was so bad, that I decided to make a complaint to the facility personnel. On April 5 I sent them an email, but I did not receive any reply. Afterwards I spoke with the facility general manager, who gave me a copy of their damages claim form. I also met the company East Manhattan District Manager ***, whom I asked if there was any time frame for this form to be submitted. He told me there was no time frame and I could do it any time. I had a sick family member in Europe and after the move that was done before April 14, it happened that I had to leave the country to look after them. I have not been in a position to fill out the form as I had more serious issues to worry about and it has taken me about 4-5 months to return. Now I am back in the country and Manhattan Mini Storage are stating that my claim is null and void as it was not submitted in a timely manner, which is wrong and contrary to what they were saying to me at the time of moving out. I have a photographic evidence of the damage and this evidence dates back to April, 2022. I am seeking for a financial compensation.

We have 2 storage units with Storage Mart
We have 2 storage units with Storage Mart. We had the storage units for at least 3 years. I believe the storage units were originally opened in April . One is in my mother's name and the other one is in my name. My mother filed bankrupt due to her own personal reasons. However, both accounts have the same contact information such as phone and email address and the auto pay features. Both accounts were originally set up on auto pay. First my mother filed her BK, then Covid happened so we were both in a crunch. I called Storage Mart immediately when I learned that my job was going to be downsizing temporally just in case I wasn't going to be able to make the payments. I was told that they would not be charging any late fees or placing any units up for auction. They didn't have an exact date that this would be go through at the time but I felt relieved. I continued to make my payments each month in person, over the phone or online. Every call that was made to and from Storage was recorded on my end. The Storage Mart staff are ridiculously rude, unprofessional, lazy, lack customer service skills and etiquette. They lie and have a tendency of hanging up on you if you ask them questions regarding your account. I attempted to make my online payment in June but learned that I was restricted from making the payment. I called and requested to make the payment over the phone and was denied the option to do so. I called to file a complaint because this has happened several times in the past also. Spoke to the Regional Manager *** who is also rude, unprofessional and a complete liar.. She never escalated the issues as promised so the charges tripled. After 30 days of waiting, I received a call *** advising me that she didn't say that she would have anyone to call me. I forwarded all of our conversations to prove that she was lying. Requested to speak to her supervisor or manager *** AGAIN and that has not happened. I was told that he called but he never left a message.

I rented a storage unit from Nov, had issues with security and maintenance
I rented a storage unit from Nov. 7, 2018 to Oct. 19, 2020. The first month was free. I have two issues. 1. My storage unit was broken into and the lock was cut between March and April . When I confronted an employee in April, she avoided eye contact and falsely claimed I hadn't locked my unit, which I knew was untrue as I found the cut lock. I have photos of the lock on the unit floor, which was clean before storing my items. Missing items include a sentimental bible, birth certificates, cheque books, my social security number, and my high school diploma. 2. I found my mattresses uncovered with rat feces and damage. A mover warned me of the risk of bringing poison into my home. Rat traps were visible throughout the facility. 3. When I inquired about the rat infestation, a staff member was unprofessional and hung up on me. My complaint to their line was dismissed, and despite assurances, no one has followed up on my complaint.

I have been renting a unit from Storage Mart in KC since October
I have been renting a unit from Storage Mart in KC since October. They require you to pay for insurance on their unit each month as well as rent. I was involved in a near death domestic violence situation that resulted in a few hospital stays as well as moving to a domestic violence shelter (why I needed the unit). The shelter was working with the storage unit, who switched managers in the middle of this, to get the forms so they could pay my storage fees and insurance on my behalf as I was in the hospital and then recovery. We finally got everything caught up in June. We had asked for the total through August 1st because I had found my house but it wasn't ready until July 10th. July came around and I was surprised by my unit having an over lock on it saying I didn't pay July. So I paid for July immediately and the over lock was taken off and everything was made whole before I opened my unit. Upon entering my unit I noticed the floor was wet. I grabbed a mattress and bed frame out and they were wet, molded, and smelled terrible. I then went to the manager of the building who would not even come look at the unit where the storm drain had backed up into my unit. I had been moved from one unit to this one. It was brought to my attention that this was fixed just a day prior to me moving in by the new manager on July 11. He said the unit should not even be rented as they have had issues with it before. I filed a claim with the claims department. She called me Aug 25 to tell me they were not covering my unit because my rent was late thus voiding my insurance. I still paid for insurance every month as a separate line item and my payment was late due to not having proper forms from Storage Mart and then being told we paid through August by customer service and then finding out I did not pay for July. I also don't understand how their unit can be faulty, they repair it, put my stuff in there and the same issue happens and now they are not responsible. My whole life was in that unit. Things like my grandmothers China hutch that can't be replaced along with furnishings for my home. If I had stored bleach in my unit and it exploded cthus causing damage they would expect me to pay regardless of insurance. Just as I expect them to honor the insurance I paid for as well as accept responsibility for their faulty equipment. I was paid up on my unit when damage was discovered and I had on time payments for October and November (remember the unit had recently been repaired but I was not informed until July) so I can't see how they know at the time of damage I did not have coverage. Also, they made sure the shelter paid over 800 dollars to them to catch me up which did include insurance payments each month. I just want to be made whole for the loss that occurred and them to take care of yhe ruined stuff in my unit and stop charging me rent.

Storage is an AWFUL company. Overpriced, greedy, and the employees are not helpful and also rude. Make sure you store your belongings elsewhere. Do not give them their business. You never know when they might auction your stuff off and they won't alert you. They deserve ZERO stars.
