This company is terrible
This company is terrible. Their delivery service is the worst ever. They won't bring your stuff to your door, it's only curbside delivery, and they don't even bother telling you until they're already at your house with your order. This company is awful. It's a shame that world market relies on them for delivery because I actually like world market, but I'll never order anything online from them again. SEKO is just terrible.

This service is terrible, I called to have my package delivered and they were given a time between 11am and 3pm. Waited all day, called again and the package was delayed another week. When I called to ask why, the over the phone service person said that I would never be given a time window like that because they usually do deliveries in four hours.
AJX30977 shipment #1, white glove
AJX30977 shipment #1, white glove. The two clowns I hired to white glove to assemble destroyed my $4000 massage chair by not looking at the supplied directions. Short story, they stripped the bolt by trying to force the piece (everything) together and then blaming the manufacturer. Now I have to get a $4500 replacement upgrade massage chair #2. The fork lift driver put the fork lift into the box and damaged it.

Seko Worldwide, Inc. is the absolute worst delivery company ever! I ordered a TV on 2/4/22 and was supposed to get it on 2/14/22. But guess what? No TV on the delivery date! So I called customer service and they told me the TV never even left the shipping warehouse. Can you believe it? They then gave me a new delivery date of 2/18/22, but surprise, surprise, it got changed again to 2/21/22. Can you say frustrating? ***NEW UPDATE 2/22/22*** Seriously, someone needs to do something about these issues. I mean, just read the reviews! This seems to be a never-ending problem!

I was told based on the website tracking info that my order would be delivered on 5/20. But there haven't been any updates since the tracking was given. I called and left voicemails and talked to an associate from DFW, but nobody called me back or gave me any info.

We used Seko Worldwide, Inc.'s "white glove" service to pick up a super expensive equipment from one of our customers (mind you, this pick-up was fully insured). However, when we got the equipment, it was damaged beyond repair. We quickly opened a claim to get reimbursed for the damages since the equipment is unsalvageable, but we haven't received a response yet, and it's been over a month. We tried emailing and calling Seko for an update, but no luck. Answering machine, answering machine, answering machine. I'm really not happy with how they're handling this situation.

So, like, back in April, Seko Worldwide, Inc. sent us this invoice for ocean freight, right? It was a whopping $16,650, man! But here's the thing, our supplier had already paid for it, you know? But we were in a real hurry to get our hands on the material, so we went ahead and sent the wire transfer anyway. Desperate times, you know?
But then, when I reached out to Seko about it, they were all like, "Don't worry, dude! We'll totally refund you, but we gotta deduct this $35 refund service fee first." I was like, "Okay, fine." So I filled out all the forms they asked for, and they were like, "It'll take about 4 to 6 weeks, man. Just hang tight."
Well, guess what? It's been almost four months now, and still no sign of that refund, bro! I've been emailing this person back and forth, and every time they're all like, "I'm totally trying to reach the accounting department, man." But when I called them up, they were like, "Sorry, dude. We're all working remotely, so there's no one to talk to."
We're talking about a serious chunk of change here, man. We want our $16,650 back, you know? It's been a real hassle dealing with Seko Worldwide, Inc. and their lack of communication. I mean, come on, guys! Get your act together and give us our money back already!

On 11/1, I ordered a TV from Seko to be delivered to my crib. They said it would arrive on 11/5. But guess what? No TV showed up by 11/8. So, I hit up their customer service and told them I didn't get my TV. They told me it never even left the warehouse and would come later. The same lady said she'd call me back with more info, but she never did. The tracking number gave me a new date, 11/15. But today, I still didn't get a call about delivery. So, I checked the tracking and it says the TV won't come on time, it's delayed AGAIN, and MIGHT show up on 11/22. They couldn't even give me a reason for this delay. This has seriously been the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with.

I got a package shipped using Omniparcel logistics service. They use a smartpost service to ship my package domestically. I have a tracking number. The merchant said it would be delivered by SUN 15-MAY-2022 00:00. But it's already June 2nd and I still don't have it. The package arrived at the warehouse on Friday, May 13, 2022, according to the tracking history. It has been moving between different shipping hubs without being delivered. The latest update shows it was sent back and forth between hubs. Yesterday, it departed from a hub again, but the next location is unclear. I hope the logistics can investigate to ensure delivery.

Seko staff came to our home to pick up a faulty washer purchased from a third party seller through an online App. The seller is now claiming that the washer they received is not the one they shipped to us. They allege that we kept the new washer and sent back a used one. Seko was responsible for shipping and properly labeling the washer and may have mislabeled it with my name and address. Seko is responsible for the mismanaged shipment and thus should provide a full refund for the washer. I have not shipped out the wrong washer; Seko's mismanagement has compromised my reputation with the seller and caused me distress. I am considering legal action.

I bought a TV through a third-party on Electronics Express. I placed the order on January 31st, expecting it between January 4th and 7th. It's now delayed to February 16th, with no tracking updates since January 1st. The new expected date is the 23rd, still without updates. I'm upset but don't want a refund as the TV was on a $400 sale and is now more expensive. It's frustrating as it's almost a month's wait. Customer service only says updates will come once it reaches the delivery terminal. This is a new experience for me. Another customer reported a similar issue. Today, in the afternoon, I got a voicemail with no previous calls, and the automated system gave me my tracking number and said I had to schedule a delivery. When I tried to use the website, it said my tracking number was wrong. I've tried to talk to someone 4 times, but I had to wait on hold for someone to answer and say I have to be transferred. After waiting on hold again, someone picks up (I can hear dogs barking in the background) and then they hang up right away. I'm really mad at their bad customer service and I still haven't received my package or scheduled the delivery. I know covid has made things difficult, but this is just a bad business with sketchy practices and unfriendly employees who don't know what they're doing.

We ordered a shower glass door from Lowe's on May 31st. Seko Logistics contacted me on June 9th to schedule the delivery. They said it would arrive on June 15th between 11 am and 1 pm, but they didn't call like they said they would. Around 12 pm, I went outside to check my plants and saw a box with broken glass. I couldn't believe it! It was my glass door, all broken. I have Ring cameras, so I could see that the delivery happened at 11:31 am. In the video, you can hear the glass being dropped and breaking by the delivery guy. I told Seko Logistics about it and asked them to come back and clean up the broken glass in my driveway because I couldn't leave the house. I wasted 5 hours trying to get the glass out of my garage. They had a really bad attitude!

I recently paid $200.00 for "white glove service" on the delivery of an expensive set of theater seats. My order was placed, processed, and on its way from the furniture store within a matter of days. On 10/21/22, I received notification from the furniture store that Seko Logistics had picked up my order on 10/20 (& they provided a tracking number). I used ***'s website to track my shipment. According to ***'s tracking details, the order arrived at the "delivery terminal" on 10/26, and it would be delivered to my address on 11/2. Here we are at 11/2. I call the number on the Seko site to get an approximate time for delivery. After a long hold, I provide the tracking number to the representative and request the timeframe for delivery. The rep says "it's been delivered to the delivery terminal - I'll transfer you to them for scheduling". My call gets transferred to the next person who says they need to get me on the SCHEDULE! And he comes back with NOVEMBER 9th as a date. I explain that my order has been sitting at THEIR location since 10/26, and that their site has shown TODAY as the delivery day. I asked why no one contacted me to schedule it. I received ZERO communication - no calls, emails, or texts. He said he didn't know. I asked why their site listed an "expected arrival" date if there was a scheduling requirement on their end. It's confusing - and irritating because I took time off work to be here for a delivery that isn't coming. He seemed to understand where I was coming from, so he asked someone else in the office - but apparently NO ONE could provide a reason. I paid an extra $200.00 for white glove delivery service - which one would ASSUME comes with excellent customer communication. BUYER definitely beware.

I ordered a sauna from Sunlighten and it was supposed to arrive on March 22, 2022. The sauna was shipped by Old Dominion and delivered to Seko logistics *** terminal on March 21. However, when I contacted Seko Logistics *** on March 24, they said they hadn't received the sauna. I reached out to Old Dominion and they had proof that someone at the Seko terminal had signed for it. I called the Seko corporate office on March 31 and they said they spoke to the *** terminal, who confirmed they had my sauna. They said the *** terminal would contact me the next day to schedule a delivery date. On April 1, the *** terminal called and said they would deliver my sauna on April 6 between [protected]. I took a day off from work to be home for the delivery. On April 6, I called the Seko *** terminal to check if they were still delivering my sauna. They said they made a mistake and the sauna they thought was mine actually belonged to someone else. They said they were trying to figure out the issue and would call me back. As of now, I haven't heard back from the Seko *** terminal. I have been in touch with Seko corporate, but they haven't been able to reach the *** terminal to resolve the issue. I also informed Sunlighten, but their logistics coordinator hasn't had any luck contacting the Seko *** terminal. It's been 18 days past the estimated delivery date. Please help!
