Me and my fam used Navy Seal Transport to move out of a big house with 7 bedrooms and it was 3400 sqft. They did a great job and we were really happy with them. Dan and his team were super nice and knew what they were doing. We will def call them again when we move next time. Thanks Dan! Jamie
Navy Seal Transport Ltd
Navy Seal Transport Ltd. was great for moving our 2 bedroom apartment across the country. They were super professional and friendly. *** gave us a big discount for a little damage to a mattress, and he did everything he could to make sure we were happy. Thanks Navy Seal Transport Ltd. for making our move easy!
I used Navy Seal Transport in Edmonton
I used Navy Seal Transport in Edmonton. They broke my couch frame. The price was good and they ran to keep the hours low, but it wasn't worth it. They only paid $75 for insurance, which was .50 lb. It was stressful and took a long time to get that amount. The couch repair cost over $500.
Had a good time with Navy Seal Transport Ltd
Had a good time with Navy Seal Transport Ltd. for our move from *** to ***. *** and *** were good at communicating and being reasonable. Ray and his partner were careful with our stuff and we felt well taken care of!
I just did a move from AB to ON with Navy Seal Transport Ltd
I just did a move from AB to ON with Navy Seal Transport Ltd. It was a 1 bedroom move and everything went good. Nothing got damaged and they arrived on the day they said they would. Other movers wanted a 3 week window to deliver, but Navyseal arrived on a specific day. There were some delays, but it wasn't their fault. They kept me updated and everything went good.
We had a great time with Navy Seal Transport
We had a great time with Navy Seal Transport. They moved us from High River AB to the interior of BC. The driver and his partner were both very professional, hardworking and careful of our belongings. The bill was exactly as expected and quoted. No nonsense as have had experience with in the past. From the start of the booking through email correspondence with Valorine in the office to finalizing the event with Dan, everything was perfect. Many thanks!
i used navy seal transport for my move on july 1st
i used navy seal transport for my move on july 1st. i texted them multiple times about broken stuff and a big mess they made, but they never replied. they said the manager would get back to me, but it's been almost 3 months and still nothing. i even helped them move because one guy got hurt, but they still charged me the same amount. if i didn't help, they would have charged me more? that's not cool. i don't recommend them at all. their customer service is terrible. i'm gonna tell everyone on social media how bad they are.
This company is the worst ever!
This company is the worst ever! I was moving across the country and they said they could deliver in 2-3 days, but then they said it might be 10 days later. I was starting a new job and would have no stuff. When I asked why, the owner said I had "no clue what I'm talking about" and that he has to deal with 10 other people like me every day. He was so rude and even bragged about his A+ rating on the ComplaintsBoard.com. He yelled at me and said he was the only honest mover. I lost my deposit because of him. Don't use this company!
This company is terrible, don't go near them
This company is terrible, don't go near them. They're nothing like they say they are. They were supposed to move my things on June 24th 2022 but didn't. They promised the 25th, but failed and showed up on the 26th after they pleaded with me not to miss my flight and said they'd make sure all my stuff was moved. When they got to my apartment, they refused to move my things because they said they saw cockroaches. They never told me, just walked away, and my neighbor told me. I called my property management, who fumigated, and they came back and moved some of my stuff but left my mattresses and 4 of my boxes. They started calling me to pay the 25 percent according to the contract after loading my stuff in their truck, but I declined because I informed them my things weren't fully packed. They denied it at first, but when I showed them pictures, they started claiming they didn't pick them because they saw cockroaches and that cockroaches bite their crew members. Now he still has my property and is threatening to dump them in a dump and ruin my credit rating by sending my name to a debt collector agency. He's refusing to pick up my leftover property because he said my freezers are old and I should buy new ones. He's very rude and thinks he owns Canada and can tell you what to do with your property. We're stranded with no property since June 25th, and he's still holding on to my property. Don't use this company for any reason! They pick up your stuff and start telling all sorts of lies to avoid doing their job and try to blackmail you. He's been threatening to call the present management to say my property is bug-infested, but he lied about my previous management.
I gotta say, I had a really bad experience with Navy Seal Transport Ltd
I gotta say, I had a really bad experience with Navy Seal Transport Ltd. I hired them to move my stuff from one place to another, and it was a total disaster. They promised me premium service for a premium price, but they didn't deliver on any of it. They took two whole days to pack and load my stuff, which delayed my move by a day. And when they finally delivered my stuff, it was someone else's stuff! It took them 7 days to finally deliver my stuff, and when they did, a bunch of my stuff was damaged or missing. I've been trying to get them to pay my insurance claim for over two months now, but they keep giving me the runaround. It's been a total nightmare. If you're thinking of using Navy Seal Transport, I'd recommend finding someone else.

i used navy seal transport to move my stuff and they said it would be $***/hr for 2 guys and a truck for at least 2hrs without breaking anything. but they charged me for ***hrs even though it only took 2.5hrs and they broke 3 things. they said they would give me back 0.5hrs and $*** for the broken stuff but they only gave me $*** back which is $*** less than what they said. i want $***.*** back in total which is $*** left. i paid $*** but i only should have paid $***..
I got a quote from Navy Seal Transport Ltd
I got a quote from Navy Seal Transport Ltd. for $604.80 (tax incl.) on July20 for a 4hr job and 1hr travel time. But when they finished the job on July28, it took them 22 minutes more and charged me $855.71. They didn't tell me about the $24.11 CCFees for using credit. I called the owner, but he was rude and hung up on me. I emailed him on Aug13, but he hasn't replied. I offered to pay $75.60 for the extra half hour ($144/hr). I want a credit for the difference in charges and CCFees, which is $175.31 ($855.71 - $604.80 + $75.60).
We got Navy Seal Transport to move our stuff from our crib to storage and then to our new crib
We got Navy Seal Transport to move our stuff from our crib to storage and then to our new crib. We paid them $***. They did it on May 27 and July 29. The second time, they cancelled and got some random dudes who messed up our furniture. We tried to call the boss, ***, for weeks but he didn't answer. Finally, he said to email the damage claim and agreed to pay $*** (he says it's $0.50/lb on ***lb). But now he won't pay because he says they don't have enough money. He's been saying this for two weeks and I saw other people say it online too.

This move was for 2 bedrooms and took 5 hours with 2 guys
This move was for 2 bedrooms and took 5 hours with 2 guys. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and scuffed up my walls. They didn't put down any mats and wore their shoes inside. I moved from *** to *** and they charged me more than the original quote of $***. The movers were disrespectful and swore a lot. When I stored my stuff with them for a month and moved to ***, they wouldn't bring my stuff until I paid them another $***. They held my stuff for *** until I paid them. They didn't put down any mats again and got soap all over my mattresses. I have pictures. They bubble wrapped my 65-inch TV but used tape all over the side of the screen. They were swearing again. One of the guys took his shirt off because he was too hot. I am a caregiver to my -year-old mom and he was terrible. The owner wouldn't respond. This was the worst experience ever. They lied about everything. I told them I didn't want the same guy to bring our stuff here and they sent me the same guy. Worst experience ever.
Navy Seal Transport was a disaster for my home move
Navy Seal Transport was a disaster for my home move. The truck was too small and the move was delayed a day. The owner, CEO *** K, was terrible to deal with. They damaged my property, including a new TV, a handmade wooden table, a glass table, a fireplace, and a Peloton Tread. They even lost parts and tools for the Peloton. We had to take an extra day off work because they locked our belongings in a storage site and sent the keys to ***. The owner lied and said I was rude to his staff and used bad words towards me. He only offered $500 for the damage, but we asked for a new TV and would forget the rest. It was a terrible experience. He said he would contact me on Aug 9, 2021.
I paid NavySeal Transport a deposit of $1,837.47 on March 3rd, 2022 through e-transfer
I paid NavySeal Transport a deposit of $1,837.47 on March 3rd, 2022 through e-transfer. They sent an email on Feb 28, 2022 saying that the deposit is refundable if I cancel the move in the future. But when I asked to change the pick-up date on April 6, they didn't respond at all. Worried that they wouldn't honor the contract, I asked to cancel the move on May 10th and requested a full refund of the deposit. The owner, ***, didn't respond to our request. We eventually spoke with him, and he said he would only refund us half, $900.00. He promised to refund us by May 24th, then May 27th, but he hasn't given us the money back. He hasn't kept his promise, and we want our full deposit back. Please help us.
