I've had good success with Pasha Hawaii
I've had good success with Pasha Hawaii. It takes more effort to go through than ***, but I think it's worth it. It doesn't cost more now, it used to be $1147 to ship a car from the Mainland to Hawaii. Matson used to be cheaper, now they are both the same or very similar.

Pasha lies, communicates poorly, gives themselves an out (we don't guarantee delivery dates), and has no regard for you at all. Avoid at all cost unless you want to suffer financial loss, ulcers, and emotional duress. Pasha is a demonstrated failure! Pasha accepts no responsibility for causing you financial and physical injuries as documented in the poor reviews and Pasha's horrible responses. Surprise!

On June 2, I booked to ship my motorcycle from San Diego to Hilo, HI. I can't get in touch with anyone using the phone numbers provided. No one calls back even after leaving messages. I can't figure out how to cancel. I paid $760 and now I can't ship my bike. I'm really mad.

I booked my car shipment with Hawaii Car Transport and it was sent via Pasha Hawaii. My car never made it to *** and it's been a whole week now, but they still don't know where it is. I can't get anyone to give me an answer and they haven't compensated me for losing my car.

I shipped my car from *** to ***. Pasha sent it to their port in ***. It arrived 5/31. They had told me it would take 2 or 3 days to offload it and bring it to *** for pickup. It is now 6/22 and the car is still not available. I've called and spoken to customer support several times but they have no idea where the car is or when it will be available for pickup. The order number is RN135917.

I just shipped my BMW from Honolulu to Denver with Pasha Hawaii, and boy was I disappointed. It cost me a whopping $2,800, but when I finally got my car in Denver, I noticed something was terribly wrong. The gear shiftknob was completely torn off, taking the wires and leather shift boot with it. Can you believe it? That's over $300 worth of damage right there!
Naturally, I did what any reasonable person would do and filed a claim with Pasha. I followed all the proper steps, uploaded all the necessary documents and photos, and then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Weeks went by, and still no resolution from Pasha.
Finally, I received a response from them, and you won't believe what they said. They denied my claim completely, stating that "interior damage" is not covered by their policy. Are you kidding me? So, according to Pasha, it's perfectly fine for their employees to intentionally rip off my shiftknob and get away with it? That's just outrageous!
I have to say, Pasha Hawaii is a terrible business. It's absolutely disgraceful that they operate in a regulated industry. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay far away from this company if you value your belongings and expect any sort of accountability.

I shipped 2 cars from *** to ***. Both cars got damaged and Pasha Hawaii Group won't admit fault or pay for repairs. Today, they accused me of lying on the receipt form. I tried to contact the owner but no luck. They keep saying nothing was wrong with the cars and that the yard worker tried to help me and admitted that my truck's ignition was left on, damaging the ignition, battery, and distributor. They even left it idling and overheating. The truck repair cost over $3000 and the grill piece for my Mini *** was $250. I sent them the repair receipts for both cars and the document where the yard worker wrote about leaving my ignition on, draining the battery, and causing damage.

On May 27th, I was told over the phone that my car was scheduled for the next truck from CA to TX. The guy on the phone said I could pick it up starting from June 1st, and I had to get it within five days to avoid extra fees. I didn't receive any other updates or messages, so I bought a plane ticket to fly from my place to Dallas on June 2nd. When I got there, I found out that my car hadn't arrived, even though I was told it would be there and that I could make an appointment to pick it up. I had bought a one-way ticket assuming I would have my car, which meant I had to spend a night in a hotel and take a bus home the next day.

So on Thursday June 9, 2022, I made an appointment at 7:30am with Pasha to come in at 1pm. But when I got here at my appointment time, the *** place told me my appointment wasn't made and they ain't received it. So for the past three hours, I've been tryna call Pasha and even though my car is at the place, I can't get it 'cause Pasha ain't answering and my appointment, which they confirmed on the phone, ain't there.

They informed me that the next available ship wouldn't be until March 11th and that I would need to pay $25 per day for storage. This charge wasn't mentioned in any of my paperwork or on their website, so I believe they misrepresented their fees. I explained to Abel that I couldn't change my plans due to pre-flight COVID testing and the fact that I had to fly out of Oakland on Tuesday, February 23rd. In response, he offered to refund my money. However, since I was already stuck in this situation, I decided to go ahead and pay for the storage. But then Abel informed me that I needed prior permission to store my car and he wasn't sure how long it would take for me to get that permission. Due to their lack of cooperation, I chose to cancel my booking. Abel then informed me that it would take 7-10 business days to receive a refund, and there was a possibility of a cancellation fee. Meanwhile, I couldn't ship my car with another company because Pasha was holding onto my funds. Despite speaking to two different customer service agents, my request to speak to a supervisor went unanswered.

Loss of accountability and inability to deliver my vehicle shipped from Hawaii to ***. I turned in my vehicle in Hawaii on *** in perfect condition, with all required documentation. The car was loaded and then shipped from Hawaii on 25 May. The ship went to ***, *** and arrived on 31 May. According to their website, pickup appointments will be scheduled 2-4 days after the ship's arrival. However, I have received NO direct communications or confirmation regarding my vehicle's location or status. The pickup window was initially set for 3-6 Jun, but after prodding, I was told it would be Thursday, 8 Jun. It is now 14 Jun and I still have no positive confirmation of the status. I am out hundreds of dollars, sitting in a hotel, waiting for my vehicle. When you call Pasha *** even at *** when they open, they immediately inform you that they are experiencing higher than normal call volume... then offer to call you back. However, they wait until the end of the day to call back and say... Well, maybe tomorrow. This company cancelled ships and stuffed one ship full to save money, which in turn cost me money. I want a full refund! I have been staying in hotels since 3 Jun here in *** waiting. At an average cost of $180, I am already out of pocket more than the cost of shipping my car, which was around $1000. As a member of the military, I have limited time to sit around and wait. I cannot proceed to my next duty station and then fly back when it's convenient for Pasha to fulfill their service. This is completely unsatisfactory service and poor communication.

I paid for the shipment of two cars since it is hard to know when vehicles will arrive at your destination if they are shipped through military channels. Since I needed the car ASAP and Pasha gives you an estimated time of arrival at the destination, I decided to go with them once again. On 1 JUN 22, I picked up one car at the ***, *** location. I noticed that the front license plate area had some damages. I told the guy doing the inspection about the damage but he said to bring up the issue with Pasha since they are a different company. Its 9 JUN and I am still waiting for Pasha to contact me about it. During that time, I also received an email from Pasha stating that the warehouse in ***, *** (which is a different company from Pasha) was full and although my second car had arrived at the port on 22 May 22, they could not tell me when my car would be ready for pick up (the email stated about 2 weeks). Today, 9 JUN 22, Pasha calls at night to tell me that my car is ready for pick up and that I have until 14 JUN *** $25 for each day the car remains at their location. I wouldve been able to pick up both vehicle if this issue wouldve not happened. I waited in CA area a few more days after 1 JUN 22 but couldnt wait more and had to move forward to *** for a military training. Now I am stuck in KS without being able to pick up the car until 27 or 28 JUN 22 so about $325 in extra charges plus the expenses of having to fly to CA to pick up the car. The least they (Pasha/Warehouse in CA) can do is to waive the storage fees since the problem was created by the lack of storage capacity to support operations.

I paid Pasha to transport my ATV from *** to Kauai. I dropped the ATV off on May 5th. The last week of May, I called Pasha to check if my shipment was available. Pasha told me they released my ATV to *** (the inter-island shipping 3rd party) and it was supposed to sail to Kauai on May 30th. After a couple of weeks with no updates, I tried contacting Pasha about 6 times, but I couldn't get through (waiting on hold, requesting call backs, etc.). Finally, on 6/14, I managed to reach Pasha and they told me they didn't know where my ATV was. After the representative called ***, he told me the battery was dead and the ATV was not loaded. In ***, I was informed that the ATV would be on a skid, but now it's a roll-on. The Pasha representative assured me that the ATV would be loaded and sail to Kauai on 6/16. Today (6/16), I tried calling Pasha to find out when I could pick up my ATV. Once again, I couldn't get through, so I contacted ***. They told me they never received my ATV and a new booking was made on 6/15 to ship to Kauai, but it's not scheduled to arrive until July 18th! Pasha blatantly lied to me, tried to blame ***, and now I can't even be sure if my property is protected from the elements. As I was writing this complaint, Pasha contacted me and said *** Brothers was lying. The representative promised that her supervisor would contact me to discuss a reimbursement, but the day is over and I never heard from the supervisor. It has been 2 months and 11 days, and Pasha is now telling me I have to wait over a month longer for their service. At this point, I'm worried about irreversible damage to my ATV from sitting in an unprotected corrosive environment for three months. I'm starting to wonder if something fraudulent happened that Pasha is not telling me.
