Been shopping at Store Supply Warehouse for about 3 years now and it's been pretty good. Can't say the same for their delivery though, it's been a bit unreliable lately. Had to switch to another supplier because of it. The new supplier's products aren't as good in terms of quality, but at least we can get them and keep our business going.

Ordered some displays for my shop from Store Supply Warehouse. They said the racks would be delivered in 3-5 days. But it's been almost two weeks now and still no racks. So I called them up to find out what was going on. They told me that the racks were damaged during shipment, but no one bothered to tell us. It took a call from the buyer to find out what was going on. I think the company should have called us to let us know what was happening. Better communication would have helped a lot. I mean, it's not like we don't have anything else to do, right?

I had an experience with Store Supply Warehouse and it was not the best. I made an order and then realized that I forgot to add an item to my list. I called the customer service to ask if I could add it to my order. Unfortunately, I was told that it was too late because my order was already being processed. In conclusion, I would not recommend Store Supply Warehouse to others. There are other online stores that offer better customer service and are more willing to help their customers.

So, I ordered some stuff from Store Supply Warehouse (storesupply.com) and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. I chose Estes trucking to deliver my order, which consisted of 11 pieces of 4x8 slat board. However, when I contacted them, they told me that they needed special equipment to deliver it. So, I bought some glass shelves from Store Supply Warehouse (storesupply.com) and when they arrived, I could hear the glass broken inside. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I refused the package to avoid paying for return shipping. Unfortunately, I never got a replacement or a refund, and I'm not sure what happened. I bought some of them grid wall sign holders from Store Supply Warehouse and I gotta say, I was pretty excited about them. They look real nice and I was ready to put them to work in my store. But, when they arrived, I was pretty bummed out to find that some of them were busted up. Like, straight up broken. And it wasn't like I was being rough with them or anything, they just broke off real easy. I mean, they're made of acrylic, so I guess that's why they're so fragile, but still.
