Big Lots review: Broken mechanism 90

Stratolounger recliner handle release breaks within a year. Don't buy your recliners from Big lots. If you do, get the extended warranty for $40.00. They will give you a gift card for your purchase price. Looks like the manufacturer went out of business and you can't get replacement parts. . That Sucks!

In response to post Aug 2020 if you have not found the information about manufacture I contacted Big Lot due to all the bad reviews I've read and was interested in Stratolounger Air Flow. They told me the manufacturer was Franklin http://franklincorp.com/product-category/recliners/view-all-recliners/. From reading Franklin's Q&A all issues are handled by dealers. Please check website for further information.

I bought this recliner from big lots and a little over a month later the board under the seat broke. My husband needed it because he needs hip surgery and it broke and big lots would not refund it.

The loveseat recliner quit working and broyhill and big lots dont want to honor the warranty or the extended warranty just keep telling me that a replacement isn't available.

I purchased the above 7/26/22. Within weeks it was tilting to one side.

What kind of warranty does this come with?

It hasn't even been 3 months and it is tillted to one side.

This was not cheap it cost $427.99

The cart rack in the parking lot was not bolted down and was blown across the parking lot and slammed into the side of my car causing damage. The store manager said they have a video of the incident from the store camera.
