I placed an order for shoes on 6th sep 2017 and made a prepaid payment and the estimated delivery date was 27th sep2017. But I havnt recived my product also I have sent many emails and raised query through their new support system but shameless people have not replied money snatchers. There is no human customer support I made the biggest mistake of my life after making prepaid paymnt on SSS. Fraud website dont know how to run the business.

This is one of the useless websites I have seen. I have ordered a product on this website and I have still not received the product. It is been a month. And the payment has been made as well.. I have raised several concerns, yet no response was given! I suggest no one to use this useless website. I have received no response on the calls as well. No one cares to respond. Useless fraud company. U cheat customers.

I have been trying to get in touch since the past 3 days since my order was delivered.
I would like to return the shoes as they do not fit me and no body is responding to me. I am aware that you guys do not have a return policy, however, I tried on the shoes and the back of the shoe hurts my feet and they do not fit right.
Please please get back to me, I know there is a 7 day period to inform, but it has already been 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me.
I am happy to exchange these 2 shoes with 2 boots of the correct size. I am not even asking for money back.

You know you are the worst ... [censor] off! I order a pair of boots around 3 months back which is not delivered till yet.
Im gonna file a complaint in the consumer court.. Now you guys see.. ive been contacting you since 2 months and all i get is that we'll deliver it in a day or so.. Not received them yet..It was a Prepaid order. Now you see .. consumer forum will look to you.. Bloody cheaters!

SSS is a fraud they take your money and don't send your orders.Have booked a gown with them on 30th of July and till date have not received my gown.order no. 1688007 by the name of Kriti. Have registered a complaint atleast 10 times but they don't care to reply back. They are fraud not refunding my money also. Please help to get my payment back from Street style store.

SSS have become the most pathaetic website now whwn they started they were excellent but as thet got more business they have lost the control. Thy hv a new csutomer support system in which u keep marking mails and dont get revert there is no customer care phonr no. To spk wd a live person. I hv gt a product with a poor quality and I have made all the posbl efforts to contact Sss but I failed.

I ordered a shoes around 2 months back! Firstly SSS has the world's slowest delivery, don't know from where do they import products. Like really 21days? And forget that, what you receive is a wrong size, then apply for return that too get picked up after 10 days, then again new replacement that too faulty abd what they demand is delivery charge? What the hell? And now after 3 times returning you get s credit note of the mrp only, without all those [censor] delivery charges i have paid. And when i chose new product against that i have to again pay delivery charge. Thats also bearable, when i paid the money through my acc. The money got deducted and then I received a mail of non successful payment. Guys are you mad or what? You are just a amateur company who dont know how to operate and making fool out of people. Will never ever recommend this website to anyone nor will i shop here again ever! Worsttt experience!

I have ordered this product with 3 footwears the concerned person has picked up the product but i didnt get the refund and atleast inform the person about the product that you have reached. Your services are worst i have ever seen you took the product and not even given the amount atleast refund the amount i dont want to order anything from your site. And please repair your number it is not working how can a person contact give atleast one customer number so that if there is a problem we can contact. Please contact atleast on mail or give me the number or call me.please improve your services or you will lose your customers please refund my amount i dont know. I called once to your representative she told you will refund me but its been a month i didnt get the amount.i will file a complaint if you are not responding the mails n refunding the amount

We have raised order #1635449 on 5th July 17 with product, contains three sandals.

One of them was faulty piece hence we raised return request on 11th July for the same. Faulty sandal has already received by delivery boy on 17th July 17 but still we not received our product even not received any update the same.

I tried to call given contact number but that is not working.

Please deliver it as soon as or return our money.

I still have not recived my order its more than a 1.5 months.I have mailed them many times and there number is always busy. Pathethic Customer service even Help Desk don't revert back. I ordered a boots on 30th sept from streetstylestore.com at rs 999 which i paid through HDFC credit card under order no 292387 and mail id ekta.[protected]@gmail.com. but till now I havent received my order. Those people are not receiveing my calls and not even responding to my mails. This is a fraud company.Its address is street Style Store, 206-Bhagwati Sadan Building, Plot No 8, BH Block Market, Near Nainital Bank, Shalimar Bagh Delhi - 110088, India. and phn no given is 011-[protected]. They are not responding at all. I want total refund of my money . Please help to get the refund and ban these fraud companies. I request u to look inti the matter as soon as possible.
