I have sent email below 3x to head office customer service and what was suppose to be the regional mgr email also with no response in two weeks... Lousy customer service is an understatement!

I have had a very poor experience at the local store here in kingston, ontario today.
I have purchased several items at your store in toronto and actually want to purchase an item here at the store in kingston.
Unfortunately the individual who was assisting me today at the store, identified herself as the manager, was beyond difficult to deal with and said some “”””very disturbing”””” things to me as a customer.
I would prefer to still make the purchase but do not want to be inconvenienced by driving to toronto.
So I would appreciate your call to discuss this matter.
I would have been a very satisfied customer had I not had to deal with the manager at the Winnipeg location June 2018 after my purchase was delivered in a torn apart box and damaged. I understand the delivery is not the fault of the store, but the way the manager handled my situation was disgraceful from a customer's point of view. I am still waiting for my refund and am trying to contact the main office in Montreal to ensure that they are made aware of this situation. It is interesting that the manager refused my request for the main office phone number and also told me there is nobody besides him that I could speak to about this unfortunate situation. I am not sure if the manager's attitude is a reflection of the company as a whole. There are many furniture stores as well as a vast online furniture market. Consumers will go where they are treated fairly and have appropriate customer service if their purchase arrives broken. I want every last dime returned to me from this purchase and nothing to do with that manager ever again.

I spoke with a friendly and helpful Customer Service Department representative in Montreal and they gave me the contact information for the District Manager to pursue this matter further. I am posting this information for anyone else that may find themselves in the unfortunate situation as myself. You can, in fact, take your complaint to someone else besides the Winnipeg store manager if needed. The Winnipeg store manager either does not know he has a district manager or he lied to me.
The Winnipeg Store Manager is a "cut and dry" type of character. He does not know quality customer service in the biggest stretch of the imagination. I have not heard back myself from an email I submitted in Sept./18 to the District Manager for Winnipeg either. If I'm unable to return 1 of the 3 unused and undamaged items which according to other Stuctube locations in Canada informing me that it is considered "a set", I will just shop elsewhere. There are plenty of other stores out there that operate and conduct business by providing quality customer service.
Without a doubt Stuctube is among the WORST retailers in business today. How they remain solvent is a mystery; based on my experience and the myriad complaints from others, this bunch should have gone to the graveyard long ago.
There's no point in going into the details - the point is you can't get a simple answer to a simple question.
Do yourself a favor - stay away from this place and avoid a tremendous amount of frustration. There's nothing that they sell or carry that you can't find elsewhere.

I ordered the pascale mirror and the Samia console table literally DEC 8, 2020 AND I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED IT1
When i call customer service all they say is "sorry for the delay" that is all.
It has been 5 month now literally 5 MONTHS! I have never had to deal with such website in my entire life and even if i order from aliexpress china they deliver their items faster than your website!
i have ordered many other items from the website which i had to cancel due to delay and the only 2 items i did not cancel are the pascale and the samia console table, simply because i thought it was max going to take 2 months! it is now 5 MONTHS OF WAIT!
I NEED A RESOLUTION
Went into the new store in St Catharines, HORRIBLE customer service. The staff were running around throwing pillows at and joking with each other. Not once did any of the staff of 6 greet me or ask if I required assistance. The male who I assume was the manager based on his barking instructions to the women walked IN FRONT of me WHILE I was looking at a display and then plucked something off the shelf and walked away as though he were shopping. Two of the staff were on their cell phones. There was only one other customer in the entire store. I left the store and purchased a sofa, dresser and area rugs elsewhere. Disgraceful It also seems they’re using a JIT inventory and nothing is actually “in stock” surprised they’re in business at all.
