Tickets to the Pink concert at Charles Schwab Stadium, Omaha NE, USA on 8-21-23 were purchased 3-28-23. I was to receive an email from the seller that contained a link to the tickets. By 4-23-23, this email had not been received so contact was made with StubHub. Response was they would reach out to the seller for the tickets. Contact was made again 5-3-23, 6-15-23, 6-22-23, 6-29-23, 6-30-23, 7-7-23, 7-13-23, 7-21-23, 8-4-23, 8-14-23 and 8-18-23. Each time I was told they were waiting for the seller to respond. On 8-19-23 at 11:15am, I received an email from Stubhub indicating that I would not receive the tickets and that they were unable to locate comparable tickets so a refund was necessary. This left me 56 hours before showtime to find acceptable replacement tickets; otherwise not attend the concert and lose money on a hotel reservation. The deadline given to the seller to come forward with the tickets is not logical or reasonable and I was never told about the deadline before 8-19-23. Had I known, I would have requested a refund months prior.
Desired outcome: I will never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. I did receive a refund but was told in writing that I would also receive a voucher for $185.00. This has not been received to date.
