I recently started my process
I recently started my process. So far so good. The communication with my processor has been great! I cant wait for my outcome. Great job
Honestly had the best experience with this company
Honestly had the best experience with this company. I spoke to Edaly one of their processors and not only was she super helpful but polite and professional. Thank you guys for all your help!
I just received my letter from the Student Aid Office and my old student aid lender, both letters told me that I qualify for the forgiveness and that as long as my financial situation did not change over the next 3 years the full amount of $80K would be forgiven. I am thankful that I got letters from the Student Aid Office as well as the bank, this just was an added layer of proof that my team was not a scam. The process takes time. It is slow but it is well worth it. I qualified because of a medical reason and so there is additional work I had to do with my doctor but again that is worth the forgiveness. THANK YOU R.S. For all your help!

Complete fraud
Complete fraud. Do not trust. The "company" lists multiple numbers, one of which was discontinued after I called it several times (because I kept getting disconnected from calls, the cause of which was also suspicious). Do not do business with them! Too many red flags to count

I have had my loans since ****
I have had my loans since ***. I paid on them for such a long time and my loan amount would never go down. Student Aid group helped me manage my loans, something my servicer never did. If it wasnt for Student Aid group reaching out to me and helping me with my loans I would have been stuck paying on my loans for the rest of my life. *** my processor was very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. Thank you guys for all of your help!
PLEASE!
PLEASE! DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL TRY SO HARD TO CONVINCE YOU OTHERWISE. DO NOT SIGN ANY FORMS WITH THEM OR PROVIDE ANY OF YOUR STUDENTAID.GOV INFO TO THEM! DON'T LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY ASK YOU FOR A DEBIT, CREDIT, OR EVEN GIFT CARD INFO. THEY SOUND SO CONVINCING! IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE CONTACT YOUR LOAN SERVICER FIRST BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. CONTACTING YOUR SERVICER IS A QUICK CALL YOU CAN MAKE FOR YOUR SECURITY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. They told me 3 times they dissolved my loan to 600 bucks. Then after two payments a rep calls saying that money is not going to my loan but for 600 they will dissolve my loan and there won't be any additional payments. I saw red flags so I called around and found the company who actually had control over my loan. They said that student aid group had no authority to dissolve it for any set price. There one of those company's trying to confuse people and are very misleading. It's a scam.

I received a phone call from Student Aid Group about repaying back my student loan. Before speaking to student aid group the department of education gave my false information regarding the forgiveness program stating there was no such programs and i would have to pay almost $700 a month which is crazy. After speaking to my advisor i received a phone call from *** she explain everything on what i would be qualified for how long my term would be and what my monthly payment would be as well. She also let me know that i would qualify for the *** Program due to my employer being a governmental job. We have reached the end of the process they have done everything as they promised and i couldnt be happier with out come.
I received my letters from the Student Aid Office and my previous student aid lender confirming my forgiveness eligibility.
I received my letters from the Student Aid Office and my previous student aid lender, both confirming my eligibility for loan forgiveness. They assured me that if my financial situation remains stable for the next three years, the full $80K will be forgiven. I'm grateful for the confirmation from both the Student Aid Office and the bank, reinforcing that this isn't a scam. The process is slow but rewarding. My qualification was due to a medical condition, requiring extra steps with my doctor, but it's worth it for the forgiveness. Thanks to R.S. for all the assistance!
I guarantee that all the good reviews are written by someone at this fraud of company
I guarantee that all the good reviews are written by someone at this fraud of company. Should you have fallen for their scam, cancel your card before they charge you anything. They lied about my loan forgiveness and then they tell you it takes a long time for this to process, presumably, so that they have time to charge you. Some how I had to make 3 payments of nearly $200 before they claim this would even be communicated to my loan servicer (90 business days they say). Even now as all student loan payments are canceled until august 31 they were asking me to pay. Luckily, I realized all this and canceled my card before any damage was done. Long story short, it sounds too good to be true because it is.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have just spent the last 2 hours on the phone with the Federal Student *** (who confirmed that this company is a scam, please call them for yourselves rather than trusting this business's responses -- you can get their info from studentaid.gov), ***, and my bank. I was reached out to sometime early this year about a "loan forgiveness" program and had 2 payments of $195 taken from my bank account yet I had *** reaching out to me and ask me to provide my password for studentaid.gov (WHICH NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD. Thankfully I didn't)! When I challenged this she said she could accept the password or the first 5 of my social. If someone asking for the first 5 of your social isn't a scam, I don't know what is. I'm writing this review first and then reporting this company to the

Horrible, fraudulent, poor communication
Horrible, fraudulent, poor communication. On May 31 they called me and offered to help with documentation for student loan forgiveness. They told me I qualified for $8k worth of forgiveness, which is a lie. According to my later research, none of my loans qualify for forgiveness. I am not a public servant, or anything like that. But I didn't realize my mistake until after I had signed up with them. Well, I called them back and left a message on multiple lines asking them to cancel my account. I heard back once, and them they stopped returning my calls. I did NOT get an email confirming my account's cancellation. However, they did attempt to charge my credit card. (It did not go through since I had locked my card.) I am very disappointed in this company's behavior. They are clearly scammers. You do not need "help documenting" student loan forgiveness, even if you qualify. They're just out here trying to get your $$$. Do NOT fall for this like I did.

I signed a contract with Student Aid Group in July
I signed a contract with Student Aid Group in July. They said I'd pay $195 for the first 3 months, then $10 a month. But I got charged $195 again. I tried to call them but no answer. Student Aid Group, call me back or I'll stop payments.
This student aid group called me on April 22 and told me that I can enroll in this program and I sent them all my information and they set up
This student aid group called me on April 22 and told me that I can enroll in this program and I sent them all my information and they set up payments for me and in total I paid $780. I have tried to call them the phone is no longer in service I tried to contact them via email and I get no response. I looked into their business and saw that a lot of people said that it was a scam. Please let me know what I can do to rectify this and to get my money back. Thank you.
This student aid group was supposed to help me get rid of my school loan debt
This student aid group was supposed to help me get rid of my school loan debt. I gave them $194 for four months. The person who works at their office doesn't reply to emails and the phone number doesn't work. I left many messages on the number that was on my bank statement, but no one answered. None of the money I paid has gone towards my loan. The loan company and school loan services say they haven't received any money and they don't know anything about this company. It's the same as the other complaint I read on ComplaintsBoard.com.
I payed $780 for them to file my PSLF application
I payed $780 for them to file my PSLF application. I signed the contract in July-they said 90 days. It is now November, and I have no update and my forbearance is finished. I replied to my counselor *** at *** and it now says this person no longer exists. I am unable to reach anyone by phone or email. They took my money and ghosted-no resolution for my student loan situation whatsoever. I cannot even confirm they filed any paperwork with the *** This is a scam guys, do t fall for it. Feel free to email me at *** if you are also contacting an attorney with your documentation. We can work together.
This company hit me up about my **** on studentaid
This company hit me up about my *** on studentaid.gov. My loan got moved to Mohela, which is cool. But *** don't know nothing about my ***. They said they forgave part of my loan and set up autopay for me. I paid $195 on 6/11/22, 7/11/22, 8/12/22, and 9/12/22. I tried to call the number on my papers *** but it's cut off. The website student aid group.org is down and they ain't taking new clients. I thought they was legit 'cause the studentaid.gov rep said it was all good. But when I called studentaid.gov and Mohela, they ain't got nothing. I'm mentioning studentaid.gov so you know I ain't talking 'bout them.
This group hit me up saying they're from the ed department and got into my fed account
This group hit me up saying they're from the ed department and got into my fed account. They got my SSN, DOB. I signed a deal with them on 5/20/2022 for my student loan to be forgiven. They say I can cancel within 72 hours with no fee. I emailed them 3-4 times on 5/20/2022 to cancel and call them but the number they gave in a voice message no longer works after speaking with them. Number is ***. On their deal the number they gave no one answers. The number is ***. They don't respond to my emails either. They got me on autopay to my bank account. I need this deal cancelled ASAP. Also, I heard this is a scam group.
I got a call from Student Aid Group in September 2022 when *** said they were getting rid of student loans
I got a call from Student Aid Group in September 2022 when *** said they were getting rid of student loans. They said the new law doesn't make them disappear, but you pay a little less. I believed them because they knew things I didn't think a scammer would know. I gave them my debit card info and they took $195. I just found out it was a scam. It's not cool that they target poor students. I only had $100 left in my account that day and had trouble paying bills that month. It's a scam. My bank app shows on 9/16/22: (STUDENT AID GROUP *** CA Date 09/15/22). I hope not too many others fell for this.
I paid $780 in total with $195 monthly payments starting on September 14th
I paid $780 in total with $195 monthly payments starting on September 14th. My last payment was on December 14th. But then I got a call from my new loan consolidator who told me that NONE of those payments went toward my student loan. I was told multiple times on the phone (their lines are recorded...) that after my last payment of $195 in December, everything was good. But now their main phone numbers are no longer in service. I've tried to email their company through different emails, but they keep bouncing back (not delivered). I have no way to review where my money for the last 4 months has gone. I tried to reach out to the below *** (reason for not delivering - @studentaidgroup.org does not exsit)- *** (reason for not delivering - user does not exist)- Phone: *** - Phone: *** - Screenshots - ***. It's really frustrating and I don't know what to do.

Student Aid Group hit me up saying they could help me out with my student loan debt
Student Aid Group hit me up saying they could help me out with my student loan debt. They said they were connected to the *** of *** and that they could wipe out over $98,000 of my debt. They told me to pay $780 in four payments for "enrollment fees" and then I'd only have to pay $10 a month until the rest was paid off. I paid the fees and got an email saying I was accepted and could start paying. But then my account got moved to Nelnet and I still owed the same amount. I tried to email Student Aid Group but got a bounce back from the same person who said I was accepted. So it looks like I just gave them my money for nothing. Student Aid Group, this is straight up crazy and I want my money back unless you actually do what you said you would. I already complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com once and I'm attaching the emails and service agreement that tell me to email an address that doesn't even exist.
I got a call from a dude named **** from a student help group on 05/23/22
I got a call from a dude named *** from a student help group on 05/23/22. He said it was about my student loans and that I needed to act fast before my status expired. He acted like he was from the government and since my loans were being transferred to EdFinanical, I thought it was legit. When I called the number he gave me, I talked to a guy named *** who knew all my loan info and even sent me some legit-looking codes for my account. He said my old school *** was getting shut down and I was eligible for full forgiveness except for paying the interest rate which would be 4 payments of $195.00. I gave him my credit card info for the first payment and he sent me some paperwork to sign. But when I got the emails with the signed docs, something seemed fishy. Turns out it was a scam by a company called Student Aid Group with an email of *** and website of www.studentaidgroup.org. Not cool.
06/07/2022- I got a message from this company saying I could get my student loans forgiven
06/07/2022- I got a message from this company saying I could get my student loans forgiven. I called them back and they seemed real. They asked me some questions and said I could get some of my loan forgiven. They sent me a contract to sign by email and asked me to read them a code they sent to my phone. They asked for my info so I could make payments of $195 for 4 months. They said I would get a welcome letter and a call next week. Later, I got an email saying my password was changed without me doing it. I tried to cancel the contract but they didn't answer my emails or phone calls. I found out they're not approved by my loan provider. I want my money back and proof that they canceled the contract.
I spoke with a representative around Feb
I spoke with a representative around Feb. 24th to begin a student loan forgiveness program that's was not legitimate! Upon agreement they sent me an e-form to sign within an email. For some reason I am now unable to contact the company using their website or message portal.Their first charge was processed on April 11th. I had been trying to reach them since March.

I was contacted by Student Aid Group via phone stating they could provide me with student loan forgiveness
I was contacted by Student Aid Group via phone stating they could provide me with student loan forgiveness. The person I spoke with, ***, said they could save me a large portion of my student loan debt. He tricked me into giving him the *** code that he had sent to my phone by stating he was sending a privacy code. I have cancelled my debit card, however this code gave him access to my social security number.
