Poor service
I need help I went ure black friday week for specials I took 3 pairs which your casual kept in your safe promising me he will get a size 9 from bellville he took my number several times and never phoned.
You rude manager have a chick shouting at me doesn't even give me chance to talk even your staff remember our faces we pass there every night for a taxi and pop in to check did the size 9 come no ma'am was the answer with that being said I told him i'm not going to pay normal price as u not co operating at all.. Tonight I went again tha bold mr manager no respect refuse to give me any info to his manager but he is aware since day one of what's going on. Now my three pairs is in ure safe no size 9 not even a call and they want me to pay full price sorry mr studio 88 I need answers please.. All the years I buy at studio 88 this was never the case.

On Friday 6 October at 11:30 I went to Studio 88, Worcester Branch. I layby pair of all stars.
Yesterday 5 October I went to collect the layby at 17H00 . Went home and fitted the shoe. The shoe did not fit me so I wanted to return it today.
I went to store, and the ladies and Regional Manager told me that I wore the shoe, I explained to them I just fitted it on in my home and collected it the day before.
I called the customer service and sent pictures of the shoes. They informed me they can't do anything about this matter because it was the GM who said I couldn't get refund.
The GM just sat there about 500m away from. Did not get up from his sheet to come and speak. He spoke from his distance, that is very poor customer service. And also, he told the customer service lady that there was mud under the shoe. There was no mud under the. He lied.
I feel very offended for a store to handed a customer the way he did. He did not even get up to come and look at the shoe.
Desired outcome: Want a full refund on the shoe .
I am complaining about shoes that I have laybuy and I was given the wrong size (size 4 instead of 3).
I did a laybuy on shoes when collecting my shoes they gave me sixe 4 instead of 3. I went back to the store the following day for exchange and they said I should wait for a weekends since they don't have size 3 in their store, they requested size 3 from Modimolle store. Now it's been two weeks and my issue hasn't been resolved and when I ask for a refund they refuse.

Poor and unrelaible service
On the 27 March 2023 walked into studio 88 in Chris hani Mall Vosloorus looking to buy a pair of tekkies which were on Sale at that time and unfortunately, they didn't have my size at in store. Met a sale consultant by the name of Neo (A very hardworking young man) who asked his manager to check availability of stock in other stores, which did and found out stock was available in Witbank. I was advised it takes up to 4 weeks for stock to arrive however I must keep checking them over their phone and I made full payment because didn't want any disturbance or any reason for them to sell it when it arrives. Two weeks down the line they told nothing has come through, didn't mind cos they told me about four weeks initially. Four weeks arrived and went back to the store and still nothing. The manager told me to give him two more weeks which I waited and still nothing, when I go back the manger is no more there and they telling me his suspended but I should worry as the reginal manager by the name of Shoes whom I met over the phone and he made a point that we meet on Saturday he will be definitely at store I must just come over. Went back as arranged when Neo called him, and he told us he was in Taung. I then called him to find out what was going to happen, he advised me to bring slip that I have with me to the store. Got to the store called reginal manager and he was not around second time around, requested me to leave the slip with my contact numbers as his busy with my query of which I did. Yesterday 25/05/2023 when I called, Reginal manager left a message with Neo to tell me to come get my money back. Studio 88 is a big and well-respected company to have people like Shoes (Reginal Manager) representing them. Firstly, I never got a single call from him or voice mail. 2nd He never honor his appointment with customers. Honestly, where do I come in that the manager is suspended? Why must Studio 88 keep my money for such a long time and still don't my Item? My airtime, my time and money having to travel week in week out to the store? Double charge at branch studio 88 ottery hyper cape town
I purchased a takkie at studio 88 ottery branch in cape Town 2 weeks ago . I looked at my bank account and they double charged me I went back the same day and showed them instore they double charged me all the manager said was it will reflect up until today I still didn't get my R400.00 back which is a lot of money to me. Every day since the double charge I've been going to the store and ask about my money they called the head office all they say is the money will be sent to my bank account I need that money because its part of my traveling for worn now I need to lend because of studio 88 I did not receive my money back i will take this further. I asked the manager at the branch again today 08 April 2023 all he tells me he works in store not by the headd office so what should I do cause now I feel like this is daylight robbery nobody can help and it's almost 3weeks km waiting on my money I need answers asap. I will take this matter further I won't ever again buy at studio 88 and I won't recommend anyone too I will expose studio 88 for what they have done.

On the 4th of march 2023 around 10 am I went to studio 88 at kwamnyandu shopping centre in Umlazi then I requested an air force 1 (white)I immediately got the size but the guy who was assisting us didn’t inform me that they do not do lay-by on airforce 1 then when I got at the counter that’s when the confusion started because the last time I check at every store you allowed to make a lay-by on any shoe ,I ain’t gonna lie but their service is soo bad .

In july last year i bought a adidas round color t shirt i saw it in the the rails and i fell in love with it.it was black in colour i bought it cause it caught my eye and i am an adidas fan.
During my first wash i noticed that the water was black and was losing colour but i thought its because it was new and with time it will alright.when i washed for the second time it did the same and it became worse it became brownish and now i can't even wear it i feel embarrassed because its like I'm wearing a fake adidas t shirt.
I went back to the shop where i bought it from on sunday 26th february 2023 and they refused to help me cause they said i didn't have a slip and it was more than 3 months even when i told them that i bought it with my bank card and i have a proof of purchase on my cell phone.

Laybuy sold and not even put away
My son made a laybuy for Puma sneakers on the 29th of September in GaRankuwa and he went to pay the balance now in December and never got his laybuy then after 2days I was told that it was mistakenly sold when I called the store because they made a mistake by not putting it away for laybuy as he made a laybuy while there was load shedding. They should take responsibility if this mistake and rectify it
I spoke to the manager on the 17th December and I told him I want the shoes not a refund, he told me there is stock at far places which is JHB and Limpopo and told me they will take 5days to deliver. Now today the 22nd he told my son that sneaker is not available and refunded and He was asked why I called the store and made drama. That means he lied to me. This is uncalled for. This needs to be taken up and I am also going to put this on Hello Peter and any media platform.

I laybed 2 converse tekkies for my boys and size 4 Puma last month... yesterday when I went to fetch it. Size 5 was swapped and puma was a wrong size. When I asked them how it happened,they gave me a story about 1 sneaker fell off the box but funny coz it was a different colour from the one I took. Please train your stuff,it was an inconvenience for me. Now I have to go look sumwhere else.
Nike sneakers
I was convinced to buy some Nike Sneakers bcs there was no size in the type of Nike sneakers I wanted. I took size 4 for my son and the next day I returned them bcs they are big and I decided I will order online the once I want bcs there was a size when I checked. I was told there isn't enough cash to give me refund, the lady who was helping me promised to call me when they have enough cash. No call received. Today I decided to go almost towards end of the day and I was told they had just banked for the day, I left the sneakers in the shop without my R1399 refund. I have placed an order on the 27th of October and was advised that it will be delivered 3 - 5 working days it has been 7 working days already and I have checked with the courier based on how far the parcel is and it stays in the status "Loaded on manifest to Johannesburg facility"
Than I have emailed them to ask what is going on and was advised that they have sent the parcel to the wrong place instead of CPT they sent it to JHB and was rectified last week Wednesday 2nd of November.

I've been working for the company for one full year but ive never went to leave... our General managers and Regional managers don't treat employees equally they run Studio88 like a family business. I hope Mr Price will hear our voice... if I wasn't a breadwinner in my family I would left the job long time because of how our managers treatment especially Mike Mangolela he has poor management skills
Torn sneaker after being worn once
On the 24/09/2022 I went to studio 88 potchefstroom to buy my kids sneakers in the actual fact I was going to buy only 2 pairs but due to the excellent service I got and the guy was very friendly I bought 3 pairs the other one for my husband. My husband only worn that sneaker once and it is now torn so does it mean I have spended r1200 for something that is not good quality? I need to know what should be done going forward because I wont accept this its a very horribble experience I dont even believe its happenning.

Horrific leadership
I was at Kolonade mall on Sunday around 14:00 and i experienced a horrific and disgusting leadership treatment towards staff personnel in the shop. The gentleman was known by the name of Mark More was screening and shouting at the staff and causing an unpleasant customer experience. I was enjoying shopping as a regular customer and i spent R7000 yesterday and probably it will be the last time I go to studio 88 Kolonade unless this horrible leader apologies to myself as a customer and to the staff as well.

Return Policy
I bought a Levi's jean at Dobsonville Mall on the 30th July took it back the next day, as I'm entering the store found two guys working there told that they don't have cash at first. Then they told me that I must bring copy of my ID yet when I bought no such thing was asked as I used my card.
Your return policy state that "Upon exchange and Return's I must present the original invoice within 30 days for unused goods and in original condition and package.
Please assist as I felt like they were insulting me in every way I could think of.
I nearly left that jean with them the way I was so irritated with the attitude they spoke with us.
Now I must drive back to the store again yet petrol is so expensive.
I'm going back there today after work without copy of my ID if they won't take it I'm definitely going leave it they can transfer my money once they have it. It's just R500. Not R5000.
They really need to coach their stuff to be professional and stop having ekasi attitude/mentally.
