I made a lay-by a few months ago however i cancelled the lay bye and needed to collect my refund and i have been told no cash has been taken in and every time I go in there is no cash , and now every time I have to call in then they say they have not taken in cash or no its been slow day today ,no cash or they went and just banked the cash they took in. I find this very unprofessional as I need to call them every time in regards to the refund.
