I struggle to cancel my laybye so that I can get my money back. Staff say I can't because the manager is on leave. Meaning I'll have to wait for the manager to come back. It has been 2 weeks now. Is it this how you operate? Assistant manager is there at the shop

Staff refused to accept my request to return a pair of speakers that I bought two days ago
At first I wanted to exchange the sneakers that I bought two days ago, was told by one of the employees that they may receive stock in a few days so I must wait for stock, but he said"there are no guarantees that the sneakers that i want will be on stock or not" . Then the other employees said that the sneakers I want are no longer available 'it's old stock".
So I asked for my money back, that's when they started making excuses that, I can only exchange and that the regional manager is not there to take returns. I asked for the manager of the store and one of the employees I've been assisted by, said he's the manager but is still new to the position, therefore he doesn't know the password and staff. I asked for their names since they don't have name badges on. They refused to give me their names. I asked for customer service contacts and they told me to google for them. I am utterly disappointed by their bad service . All I want now is to get my money back and to never set foot at that store.

Fake Takkies
I was mocked by my colleagues because they could see the difference by the nike airforce i was wearing and the Original Air force and now that i am looking at both takkies there is a huge difference! The takkie i bought i very much fake! I am so humiliated and disgusted in Studio 88. Look at the pictures i sent and go onto you tube and search how to spot a fake nike air force 1 if you dont believe me.

I bought a pair of Nike sneakers on the 28th of may at birch acres mall but I didnt have a size at that store so I volunteered to pay them and go fetch the correct size at tembisa plaza with original slip...i wore the sneakers the following day Yho but I regret with all my heart they looked like I have worn them for 2 years so I called Nike customer care to complain because I was unhappy so was my partner... I have bought Nike products in the past I have never experienced anything like this. Am really heart broken with the quality of the shoes now my partner thinks they sold me fake sneaker I can't wear them anymore.

I bought 2 ellesse track pants from a store in Atlantis, i wore the pants once (partner only wore hers twice) and the pants is starting to tear...I never knew the quality of the pants was that bad and for that price !Now they refuse to take the pants back and refund my money,

Extremely poor service from the Vangate mall branch. I visited the branch for a sneaker but was told there was no size. They promised to get me the size from another store and that it would take 5 days. After calling and visiting the store for 4 weeks, I was told the store was never yet informed to send my sneaker. The manager took my number and promised to call but to no surprise this did not happen. I had to once again call them. They just don't care! Very unprofessional!
Poor service
Am unhappy with the service I got at studio88 Ga-Rankuwa City the service there is very poor. I went there to cancel lay-bye and get a refund, the manager said I must bring proof from police since I don't have the slip, which I don't understand why coz this was not explained to me at first. And when I check the terms and conditions I do not see any written where it says "bring proof from police if you lost your slip". I had my ID with me. The manager was unprofessional and rude!

The order number I received to track my order doesn't not exist into track my order
I've send multiple emails to customers services regarding my order I've only received one email stating my order will take 7 to 10 days it's been almost 17 days I've called multiple times to no avail a week ago I finally got through nd this guy's said my order was at the Braamfontein Branch nd I will receive it the following week another has passed no package was deliver to my house I called again another lady assisted saying the sneaker I purchase was sold out I needed to choose a different color nd they will dispatch it the same day the day has passed no package was delivered

Good day I was in your store in kenilworth this morning for a refund and a particular staff member that claim she s the manager but she was very rude and didn't know how to speak to the customer. (my sister) she said she can't because there was no cash on the till but she said it very rudely and with lots of attitude and she claims she s the manager of the store. She shouldn't be a manager of a store with that kind of attitude it will make you lose customers and will shine the store in a very bad light and she failed to explain in a calmly correct manner about the refund policy that the store has. She never apologized or said that we should come back to the store for the refund she just said she can't because there was no cash in the till. Yet she never explained to the customer I'm disgusted to be shopping in a store like that.

Bad and fraudulent service
On the 11/09/2020 I went to Studio 88 Cresta branch and enquired about a Manchester United jersey as I wanted to lay-by it. One of the sales assistants asked the manager if it would be possible to do so, which he agreed would be possible. Subsequently, I asked to use the 30% lay-by deal for the R800 jersey. The manager initially rudely demanded R400 for me and then shortly thereafter changed the amount to R300 after I asked why he's changed the amount. According to my understanding, I was supposed to pay R240 but he rudely demanded unfounded amounts that he seemed to randomly call out to charge me. He kept changing terms as he kept addressing me, all with a rude approach. He went on to decide for me that the lay-by would not be possible and had me leave the store.

As christmas is coming up I went to browse some sneakers as to my boyfriend loved this pair. At Worcester the floor helper, helped me and I received great service. As to reaching the till point the cashier who is indicated as the Manager on my slip was utterly rude! The price on the shoerack was R799 the manager who was helping me explained to the floor...

I purchased a jordan sneaker at the Glen studio 88 in Johannesburg told them I'm from capetown the sneaker im looking for in a size 3 is for my son for Christmas I was advised by the manager to pay at ther store and go collect at another studio 88 as they had no stock in the size I needed I thn paid at the Glen studio 88 went to collect at the other store asked them to confirm the size is size 3 which they said it was... Good day, Madam/Sir,
I bought sneakers (Classic Cortez Nylon black) on the 15th September 2017 and had only worn them for one day on Monday 25th September for few hours, only to find out that the right shoe was torn.
Took back the shoes on Wednesday 27th 2017 at Centurion mall Studio 88 explained the problem with the shoe they told me that the regional manager is not at work his on leave and they had said that I must leave my contact details they will call me back till today I haven't heard from anyone, I had to call them and find out what the problem is.
I spoke to Kabelo and ask him about my shoes he said that he was not there when the incident happened, and told that I should wait for 2 weeks they call me back hence there are no sizes at the moment.
I don't know what more to do with me I have the slip they just took the sneakers back, I would like the matter to be resolved urgently hence I am running out of patience and I am thinking of taking the matter to hello peter.
