Sun RV Resorts review: Managers will not return phone calls about major complaint

I have continually called about issues at Willow Lake and Cynthia has not returned a call. It would appear the complaint is being covered up or Sun doesn’t care. I ask that Cynthia call me at +[protected] as Police and Lawyers involved because of the threats and behaviours of the vendors in the park. The vendors are selling mushroom infused chocolate bars from Sparkys snack bar. It was well known but the witness Matthew Sweating witnessed the transaction and witness statement given to GM. Nothing happened accept telling both of us it’s a police matter not a park matter. Because I stepped forward I have received threats of bodily harm and had to leave the park a week early with my family due to safety. I posses the threats in form of social media messages and believe if a vendor is leasing an area at a Sun resort that they need to adhere to the policies and procedures, conduct and harassment policies as though they are employees. The owners of the snack shack Fred and Jay went campfire to campfire telling ppl I was a pedofile and was fired as a police officer because of which caused the safety issue. In fact I’m still a police officer off with PTSD for traumatic events in my 24 yr career. I came to Sun to retire and not have issues but vendors of your park have made it impossible to relax and enjoy. I beg Cynthia calls so the park can be free of drug dealers as the park has gone down hill in last three yrs. There is no security nor accountability. My trailer has been driven into by a drunk golf cart driver, my 50 amp trailer cable and lawn ornaments stolen. My cable tv has been cut at box and confirmed by technicians dispatched to address and because of issues with Sparkys owners we continually have ppl drive by say piggy piggy and oink oink. Although this is occurring we have great friends in park and neighbours and all are willing to provide statements about the cocaine and chocolate bars being sold at the snack bar. We have had enough and want our park back for our chillsren….Sun is a Family Park….correct?
