A couple of days ago we left Antalya to return back to the UK. My grandson had bought a fur football from the land of legends which he loved. However when we were ready to board the plane they told him he can’t take the ball on the plane and would need to leave it behind. However the night before we had looked at the policy for this and it stated that balls can go on the plane. When we showed this at the airport they still said no even though it was written. I think this was absolutely disgusting behaviour and even the other passengers said it was very unfair. I shall in future rethink who I travel with from now on because what they said is not what they do!
