Called to find out why they charged my card for maintenance fee when I did not authorize it. I explained I did not have to pay each year, only when I use it. The first person was very professional; however, he transferred me to a "supervisor" who would better explain why I was charged. The person he transferred me to never gave a name and when asked for it, she said she already gave it and refused to give. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. She was extremely rude and would not let me speak. Everytime I tried to tell her that she was incorrect and I did not have the membership she was stating, she interrupted and insisted I was wrong and she was right. She got so bad in her manner of speaking to me that my husband got on the line. She did the same to him and finally just hung up on us. EXTREMELY RUDE and I never got any resolution regarding who gave them authorization to charge me. I try looking for their headquarters to call and complain, but am unable to find any other phoe number except the one I used.

It is absolutely not pleasant to see Sunset World Resorts taking out forcible charges while never being held responsible for their actions. Get into a dispute with the charge at your bank: it is what would help you the best. Cut your interactions with their rude reps. If you can do it, search for one of their corporate contacts and complain to them directly. Let them know that there are consequences of their actions: their reputation and money you are holding.
