Ive received numerous calls from all over the country. Im on the Do Not Call list but this company appears to ignore that.Im tired of seeing their info on my phone.
I signed up for Solar and referred a neighbor. Had my solar installed in September and my neighbors in beginning of October. When I signed up was told that if I refer customers I will get $500 for referral. Great, so my neighbor signed up. In December I call to get up date of the check and was told I needed to fill out a form that I was never informed about which was frustrating but no problem. They told me it will take 6-8 weeks. This was December 11th. I have been calling for the past 4 weeks to get updates and keep getting different excuses. First was " They are going to talk about it this meeting then it will be processed" Then the next time was "We are waiting on upper management to approve it, they only have meetings once a month about the referral checks" then "We are just behind on processing them sorry" then I spoke with Shannon and on 2/18 she left a VM stating that the check will be mail out this week and she will call me with the check number and I will have it by end of week or early next week. I called on 2/21 to see if it was mailed and it wasnt but Shannon left and she would call me on Monday 2/24, Today is 2/27 and I called and was told " they are in a meeting and would be called when they get out" that never happened so I called back a 5:05pm and was told Shannon left and she will call me tomorrow and nobody else can give me any answer. What a Joke. By my math we are 11 weeks out and still nothing. Looks like Suntuity is nailing this one. Great customer service. Just looking to get the referral that YOU promised me for sending you business. Everything up until this point was good, but when your service is like this, you ruin the good experience. I have been very very patience and waited and took excuse after excuse, but this is ridiculous.
Suntuitu did everything they said they were going to do. They showed up on time for each phase of the project. Theyve communicated the status of the project in a timely fashion and have done everything that they said they were going to do. The solar panel electricians performed the installation in a very efficient manner. They knew exactly how the system was to be installed and completed the work properly. All inspection, electrical and construction, were passed the first time.
I get repeated telephone calls from Suntuity Group. I have asked politely to have my number removed. The calls continue. I am on all "do not call" lists available to consumers.I am not a Suntuity customer. I won't become one given the company's nuisance calls.thank you.

I agreed to have them install solar panels to be installed in *** called in September and said they had not received ins. papers. That I gave them as an excuse for not doing the work. Then after I told them I would send them again after I checked into the company. That's when he started his threats. I hung up and he called 2 more times..

Suntuity solar
We started our solar project with Suntuity in July 2022 and its currently end of July 2023 without completion. Initially all seemed well as their techs came on site for a site survey without issues.
Once that was completed it took MONTHS for them to schedule the panels to be installed, which was finally done but then even longer for them to schedule the in home inspections. Once the inspection completed, I never heard back from the PM letting us know the next steps.
Throughout the project I continuously emailed the PM asking for updates which should have been done by the PM, not the customer. Multiple emails sent before a response and the response would always be he will provide an update by end of week. end of week turned into a month, then the same speech each time.
Currently a year later our solar service is still not on but we have received TWO BILLS. I'm not sure what is going on with this company but I am extremely upset and have voiced my concerns numerous times. The PM even brought his supervisor on, who never responded but then I find out this person left the company.
Solar projects normally take 3-4 months and for us its been over a year without any service. I'm not sure who else I can contact but nobody responds in a timely manner nor gives me accurate information as to why there are delays. extremely unprofessional and pretty messed up being billed when our service is not on yet. I would love to open a law suit if possible against this company but not sure where I would start.
Desired outcome: I would like this project to be completed and my solar turned on so i can start saving money as promised initially. each month that goes by I lose money because of electrical rates and solar was promised massive savings.
Unwanted calls from different phone numbers from "Suntuity Group"
We have been getting multiple calls per day from "Suntuity Group" on the caller ID but with different phone numbers associated with the name each time. We are on the do not call list and we have not done business with them, so these calls need to stop. Anyone who gets these unwanted calls should at the very least report this to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ If you know a good attorney, please contact them also. Enough is enough.

Suntuity Group has called me excessively on multiple occasions, including June 2, 2022, from an undisclosed location, and from an unlisted number; June 3, 2022, from another undisclosed location, and from a different unlisted number; June 6, 2022, from yet another undisclosed location, and from another unlisted number. On June 3, 2022, I returned Suntuity Group's call on my landline phone and requested that the company not contact me any further. Im on the governments do not call registry. Ive never reached out to this company before or had any interest in solar panels. This company has called me 6 times in the last 2 weeks to solicit solar panels. The first 3, I asked them to remove me from their call list. Now, since it continues, I just dont pick up or will pick up and hang up. It is beginning to feel like harassment and it is unreal that I have to go through Complaintsboard.com and the do not call registry for official complaints to put an end to this unethical marketing tactic.

I had a solar system installed with a battery backup by Suntuity Solar. The system was installed March, supposedly activated in June . It is now February 2022 and the system still isnt working at all. When I call the company that is monitoring the system, Sunnova, they say they have contacted Suntuity about the problem multiple times. Suntuity came out three times last summer but never fixed the problem. Since their last visit the system has been turned off and I havent seen anyone from Suntuity since last summer.

One of the selling points the salesperson made...was in regards to their referral program. The company's program, of which I am in possession of their marketing piece, states we will be paid $500 for a successful referral. The marketing piece clearly states that the company pays this fee upon installation of the referred customer. We made a referral...it's been over 3 months since the referred customer's installation. The company, to date, has refused to pay the referral fee. If I new this was the moral practice of their CEO and their concierge department, there is no way I would have proceeded with doing business with them.

In July Will V Suntuity representative came to the house and solar panel contract was signed. Equipment was installed in Sept 2020 but installation failled electric company inspection due irregularities between the breaker box installed and the blue prints. Permits were denied. We had been constantly calling for updates and we had been receiving different explanation each time. Been told permits had been submitted again with changes to the blueprint as well that a new breaker box was scheduled to be installed. It's been 3 months since the equipment been installed and no progress of when will be approved and activated.

My son and I discovered 2 open permits; one for the roof was quickly resolved, the other for the solar has faced delays. The sellers have reported their grievances to Complaintsboard.com. We've been promised completion by 'the end of the week' multiple times, leading to repeated closing extensions. I am frustrated and urge them to fulfill their obligations. Their professional integrity is in question.

We contracted with Suntuity on September 26 to have Solar Panels installed on our home. The two representative came to our home and assured us that the project would be completed within 90 days and even discussed how they would be constructed regardless of the weather (i.e. snow, ice, etc.). Currently, we are on the 195th day, over 100 days after the signing, and there is no timeline whatsoever being provided beyond a vague response that we are awaiting permit approval. When we have requested a timetable of the initiation of construction, we are only met with ambiguous responses concerning a permit that has been languishing for six months and 14 days. To date, there is no information concerning the start date of the construction. In fact, the termination clause delineates "Suntuity is unable to perform its Services due to its inability to receive the necessary approvals from any governmental authority or utility required to perform such Services within six (6) months of execution of this Agreement." Although Suntuity is in breach of the contract, we simply want the installation to be performed.

We have not had any success at all of getting any help to resolve the issue despite calling Suntuity and Sunnova over 100 times in the past 9 months. They continue to automatically withdrawal money from our account and we have not received one refund. We are paying for a service that is not being provided. We feel scammed and cheated. We have also been in touch with the Florida Regional Director of Suntuity who keeps telling us someone is going to call you. We just want out of this contract at this point. We cannot trust that this is ever going to be fixed. Before Thanksgiving we were told it was a faulty part on generac and it should be fixed right after the holidays and noone has even contacted us to schedule this "fix" or explain why nothing is being done. We have spent over $1500 while not having any service and are still paying our full electric bill. We were told Sunnova monitors the system but they did not even realize none of our panels were producing solar for months. The first few times we called they even tried arguing with us stating that they were and they have no idea what we're talking about. Horrible customer service and not a care given in the world to any of their customers. Worst company and product ever.

On April 13, 2022, at 9:30AM, I received a call from an undisclosed number. At 2:33PM, another call from a different undisclosed number. This pattern continued on April 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, with calls at various times throughout the days. All calls were linked to 'SUNTUITY GROUP'. Despite being on the DO NOT CALL list, these calls persist, disrupting my sleep and becoming an unwanted wake-up routine. There is no legitimate reason for Suntuity Group to contact me, and I have a call log for verification. My phone's history shows more calls than listed, limited by its memory capacity. I demand these calls to cease immediately.

On Thursday, 7/28/2022, 2 salespeople approached my father's home about solar. We had previous companies inform us because of the tree coverage, solar would not benefit or offset his electric ***. 2 Reps arrived and told my father he would be saving money because the panels would only cost $120/mth. I explained my father's electric *** is $120 a month and wanted to see the contract terms. They refused and insisted that he wouldn't have to pay for electric ever again and he would just pay for the panels. I asked to speak with someone regarding the contract because they were promising him general things but would not provide anything concrete regarding a sun/solar score for the house, how his covered house would generate any kWh, nothing technical or even remotely close to what ended up being sent over through email.I showed my father the first 17 months INTEREST ONLY payments would be $140 a month, and then $380 a month for the next 23 1/2 years. When I showed him the contract terms the sales women told me I didn't know anything about solar and he is the homeowner he can make his own decisions. I spoke with their manager *** who told me everything except the contract terms and when I finally got him to stop giving me his sales pitch he told me he was done talking to me because hes trying to help my parents and its not his fault I don't understand because I don't speak Spanish to comprehend what the saleswomen are saying. I then asked them to explain to my father how he's only paying $120 a month when the contract showed the $83,000 loan, $60,000 after the rebates, and his payments increasing after 1 1/2 years. They changed their story and then verbally promised him he would only have to pay $11 a month and the panels were free. The kickerI had to call to void the loan since they didnt have a signature but they were processing it anyway.I've spent 4 hours being passed around by numbers that can't help me they wont let you speak to anyone.
