Fiet electric 75 watt bulbs
Good morning,
For the third time in two weeks, the base of the 75 Watt Fiet electric bulbs have slowly burned the base when turned on. The base turns brown with burn marks and creates an electrical smell throughout the house. We feel these are unsafe to use in our home now.
They should be recalled!

Security camera flood light stop working
I purchased 2 feit electric security flood light cameras from costco on 11/21/2022. Today 1/28/2023 one of the flood light camera stop working. I have power to switch but camera not powering up. I switched cameras to see if it works. It works. This flood light camera not working at all. No power.
Can I returned this back to costco. I would like another replacement but cost do not have this in stock.

Edit electric smart bulbs
Despite trying them at three different locations with very strong wireless service the bulbs failed to connect.
There is something wrong with them especially since the bulbs base gets very hot to the touch.
This is a bad product. I purchased them several months ago at Costco and held off installing them until this past week. The fact that the bulbs base quickly gets rather hot to the touch is concerning since other smart bulbs do not have this problem

I called Feit Electric yesterday at 2 pm to get help with their Floodlight motion camera. I asked for technical support with my camera not connecting to my wi-fi. The first Agent was very rude, kept talking over me then abruptly clicked off my call without telling me and music started to play. I held on for 1o minutes thinking he would come back but he never did. I then immediately called back and another female agent answered but had no knowledge about how to help me, but promised that someone would call me back by the end of the day. It is now a day later 9/20/2022 and no one has returned my call. Both agents had heavy accent and were hard to understand, obviously they were not in the US where I am located. Feit's customer service/Technical service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. I took the camera back to the store since this is the kind of customer service I would have received in the future.
Desired outcome: They should have had someone call me back and also apologize and maybe fire those agents of retrain them to be courteous and more knowledgeable.

Feit LED 60 watt bulbs
I have 2 of the Feit enhance 60 watt bulbs that have failed. According to the box they came in...it states the bulb lasts up to 22 years. They were purchased in 2016 so therefore they have only been used for 6 years. It is just myself & husband in the household and we are very careful and we don't waste energy. The box they came in states that a warranty is only good for 5 years. I did send an email to someone in the Feit Department & they were very not nice about the situation. I feel the bulbs should be replaced. They should certainly last for longer period of time than they did. We have been using this type of bulb for quite some time & for the most part, they are still functioning. If this issue can't be resolved, I will find another company to deal with. The bulbs are great & I would like to continue using the Feit bulbs. I thank you for your assistance & hope to hear from you in a positive manner. Thanx, Glenda

Feit floodlight camera
Unit is only four months and has been offline more times than i can count...the front one works great so i bought one for back of house distance to wifi is 25 ft fron router on both front and rear however rear continues to not work properly. Tired of getting on latter to reset camera wait closed to 2 minutes to see if camera reconnects but majority of time it does not...This item for the price of well over 100 dollars is Junk!

I purchased the floodlight camera in January and installed it in my fascia in Arizona. The camera worked fine until 3 weeks later when we got rain. The rain entered the camera and ruined it. I returned to Costco for a replacement which worked fine until the rain on February 29. The same happened with the camera filling with water. Calling customer service, I was told that the camera must be installed under cover; because, the speaker allows water to enter. There is nothing in the installation manual that indicates this type of mounting. I will need to return it again and purchase a different brand. Very disappointed.

Clear glass Bette proper light bulb
We purchased 60 W clear glass Verre propre light bulbs from Menards to put into our pendants hanging lights (3) in our kitchen above our barstool countertop. Within an hour one of the light bulbs broke (shattered) falling into the fruit bowl. The next day another light bulb broke landing on the countertop. Clearly something is wrong with the light bulbs. Thank God our grandkids where near the countertop when both of these happened. Please call or text me on this matter. It's a huge safety issue

Flood lights and plugs
Your plugs and flood lights keep going offline with a 500+mbps download and 75 upload and they will not reset. Alexa will no longer control them at all. They will reset themselves sometimes but won't stay on line or work with Alexa .

60w performance led
On 10/21/21 your 60W Feit bulb would not work in a lamp. This is one of a lot of Feit bulbs that in the past have done this before. It was one of several you sent me as replacements in the past. It "flickered" for a few days before total failure. I still have plenty of "bad" Feit bulbs that I have used that have done the same thing before.
What is going on?
They last 6 months (or less) - used off and on and usually not on a continuous basis.
I noticed the other earlier bad bulbs usually had a "loose" base on them, i.e., I could feel a looseness in the screw in threads but these newer ones as I just replaced they have a solid base to bulb connection not like the other ones. Todays bad bulb has this stamped on it:
"BPOMI460/850/LEDG2 (N4) 9.5W 120VAC 60HZ 9MmA
800 LUMENS UL#E330072 [protected]".
All other printing is standard, and this one came out of a single package not a box of bulbs.
I must have a dozen of these bad FEIT bulbs that have gone bad.

18inch led linkable strip light
In 2016, I purchased 5 of these LED strip lights from Menards to install under my kitchen cabinets linked together. (I do see that Menards has quit selling these particular Feit Product...wonder what they realized?) I love the brightness (1400 lumens). However, after 4 years, I had one that quit working entirely. Thinking premature failure, (right on the box it says up to 36 years of vivid LED light), I purchased another and replaced the faulty one. Now, a year down the road, I have 3 more failing. Only half of the light bar works now, cutting down the lumens proportionately. I ask Feit to replace, and they said I am out of warranty. Considering my installation date, I am not sure about that, but whatever. However, I do feel that Feit has some type of systemic problem with these light strip lights. And, I don't know what type of testing Feit did with these lights, but I feel confident that they will never make 36 years...did they run a 36 year test? Maybe Feit needs to remove the 36 year claim on the package. Anyway, I just want other consumers to know what appears to be the real expected lifetime of these somewhat expensive light strips.

I purchased a 200 watt light bulb at Rural King. Got it home and it did not work. I drove 1/2 hour to return the bulb and get another one. Got it home and it did not work. I am not driving another 1/2 hour to return (plus toll road). I paid $2.19 for the bulb and am asking for a refund.

Smart Sync products and tech support
I am a residential consumer and I bought two of Feit electric products from a local big box store (Home Depot, items bought 06/11/2021). The under cabinet LED light smart sync, and the smart sync motion detection puck. I followed the directions and they failed to work as advertised. I returned the motion sensor puck to the store and got another. Still no connection or not working as instructions intended. Called tech support, 4 separate times. Each time I was led to believe a senor tech would return my call. I was even told I was at the front of the line as soon as tech support department was open. Never got a call back, as a matter of fact as I write this I' am still writing for tech support to call me. This is the second time I have delt with buying this companies products and both have turned out to be a waste of money and reliability.

Replacement 4 foot T12
About eighteen months ago my son purchased LED Tubes to replace fluorescent lights and garage. The kitchen light is a set of four. They have worked perfect since day one. The Garage is set up with two banks of 12 Fluorescent. They have been going on and off constantly. Never know if one or twelve. Could you please give me an answer to solve the issue.

smart bulb not working

New installation. Bulb works 50% o the time. Shows offline on I Phone. If I move the bulb to another socket it works. If I return it to the original socket it works. It is a 50/50 chance it will work after that.

Feit floodlight
The motion sensor is continually triggered by flying birds. Please improve motion sensor to only be triggered by people and vehicles.
I get at least 10 additional notifications not including people throughout each day. There is a pole about 40 feet from the camera where the birds tend to sit. Strength and directed motion settings have been tested but does not seem to help.

eco bulb
I purchased this fluorescent bulb and had it in a stairwell leading to basement which is used maybe once a week. Yesterday I had a elec. burning smell in the house. She arched all over to find this bulb melting in the socket. Thank God I was home. I have three others still in pkg. that I will not be using now.

I purchased several 4-packs of LED 60 watt Dimmable bulbs sold by Costco within the last 1-2 years. A few months ago I had 3 bulbs fail within about 2 weeks from each other in a bathroom fixture. I have replaced those with a different manufacturer's bulbs and so far those are still working. Now I have had 3 more bulbs fail in 3 different ceiling fixtures which were all installed at about the same time.
Of course I did not save receipts. I could probably research and find out exactly when these were purchased, but I know it is well within the 5 year free replacement warranty. Was there a problem with these bulbs that caused them all to fail at about the same time? If so, has that issue been corrected? What recourse do I have to resolve this issue?
By the way I tried calling the Feit customer service line at [protected]-BULB and it just hangs up. I will try emailing [protected]@conserv-energy.com too.
