I recently had an experience with HiFiSoundConnection that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered some lights for an event on a Friday and was told by their sales agent that they would be shipped out on Monday and I would receive them by Thursday with 3 day ground fedex delivery. I made it clear that I needed the lights by Thursday for my event.
On Monday, I emailed the company to request a tracking number and was told that the package would be shipped that night. However, by Tuesday morning, I still had not received a tracking number. I called the company in the afternoon and was informed that the package would be shipped that night. I explained to the customer service representative that the package was already a day late and that I needed it shipped via 2 day ground so that it would still arrive by Thursday. Unfortunately, the representative seemed to have no control over the situation and said that he would call me back to see what he could do.
To my disappointment, I did not receive a call back and instead received a tracking number on Tuesday night. It turns out that the package would not be shipped until Friday, which was of no use to me since my event was on Thursday night.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability from HiFiSoundConnection. As someone who sits on the board for all of the event networking groups in the Tristate area of MD, DC, VA, I will be sure to share my experience with others in the industry. It is unacceptable to fail to deliver on a client's event due to a company's lack of follow-through and poor communication.
Disappointing Experience with HiFiSoundConnection: Poor Communication and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with HiFiSoundConnection and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was in need of a small car stereo adapter and found it on their website. The website stated that the item was "in stock and ready to ship within 48 hrs of receiving payment". I went ahead and placed my order and received an order confirmation page that stated I would receive shipping/tracking information within 48 hours.
However, after waiting for 8 days, I had not received any communication from HiFiSoundConnection. I decided to contact them and was greeted by a person named Blacky, or was it Jacky? I can't quite remember. Anyway, this person informed me that they were out of stock on my item. I was frustrated because they had taken my money quickly, but failed to inform me of the long wait time.
I was even more frustrated when I found out that they claim to be open and operating 7-days per week, so why was there a hold up in telling me anything? I decided to cancel my order and was met with rudeness from the person on the other end of the line. She cut me off mid-sentence and I was left wondering how long it would take to get my money back. Luckily, I always use PayPal for online purchases.
To the person who claims that the US government will do something about these scammers, I have news for you. Wake up and smell the reality. The government only cares about getting their money and they do not care if you have been scammed. This is the truth about the US government. It's no wonder these scammers have been online for so long and will continue to be. As long as they pay their business fees and taxes, they can scam the globe scot-free.
In conclusion, my experience with HiFiSoundConnection was not a good one. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be doing business with them again. It's a shame that there are companies out there that operate in such a dishonest manner.
Amazing Sound and Great Service: My Experience with Hifisoundconnection
because my experience was great. I mean, come on, every company has some bad reviews, right? But I'm glad I didn't let those reviews scare me away from buying from Hifisoundconnection.
The Rockford Fosgate R1S412 subwoofers are amazing. They sound great and are exactly what I was looking for. I'm not an expert on car audio, but I know what sounds good to me and these subwoofers definitely deliver. I installed them in my car and they fit perfectly in the subwoofer box that was included. The box was wrapped really well and arrived in great condition. The overall packaging was decent, nothing fancy but it got the job done.
I was a little worried when I didn't receive an email confirmation right away, but when I called the customer service line, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to an American who was very helpful and friendly. They gave me an update on my order and even resent the email confirmation which I received the second time. It was nice to talk to someone who spoke the same language as me and didn't require a translator.
I did read some negative reviews about Hifisoundconnection after I made my purchase, but I'm glad I didn't let those reviews scare me away. My experience was great and I have zero issues with my purchase. I think sometimes people are quick to leave negative reviews without giving the company a chance to make things right. I recently had an experience with HiFiSoundConnection and I have to say, it was not a good one. I would give them zero stars if I could. They do have a strong presence on eBay, but if I can steer anyone away from them, I will. I ordered three items from their website for around $200. The first item was a 5 channel amplifier for my car. A few days later, I received an email stating that their "last item" was "damaged" and that I could get a different amplifier for a mere "$10 upcharge". I was skeptical, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked them to cancel that part of the order, and they did. They refunded me the entire price of the item minus about a dollar, but I wasn't going to argue over that.
The 2-channel component speakers I ordered came in and looked just fine, but I also ordered a 4-channel line output converter and received a 2-channel converter instead. I immediately sent them an email, requesting pictures and explaining the situation. They responded with an offer of a $10 store credit on my next purchase. I recently bought a speaker set from HiFiSoundConnection last month, which was advertised as a factory replacement for my vehicle at a reasonable price. The speakers had different connectors than the factory speakers, and one set wasn't even close to fitting the cutouts. I was frustrated and confused. How could they sell a product that wasn't a factory replacement as advertised?

There are thousands of bad reviews on these guys online, and their status with BBB is poor. Do not look strictly at the eBay reviews, which is what I mistakenly did. They do not accurately reflect this company's true nature.

I've spent a lot of money with this company in the past five months, and I've had some issues with some of the items I've received. It was now the beginning of June, and I had been playing the waiting game for almost a month. HiFi then informed me that I had to wait for UPS to return my package and be checked back into their warehouse, even after all the issues I had explained to them. I was highly upset because their customer service was terrible, and they only communicated through email, which took forever to reply.
Finally, a customer service person called me in regards to my issue and wanted me to buy another sub and box combo, which already cost me $400 to begin with. So now that would be $800 this company would have of my money, and potentially the same issue happening to the 2nd package. This guy said I had to wait for UPS payment to them to finish processing before they could send me a replacement, which took another week.
When they finally called and processed my replacement, they told me it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. However, later that evening, I received an email stating that the product was out of stock, and I had to wait until it became available again, which took another week. I finally got another customer service rep to call, and he offered me a refund of $50. However, that has been processing for almost a month and a half now, and it's August 1st.
It's always something with this company, and I will never order from them again. Their customer service is terrible, and they make too many mistakes. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.
HiFiSoundConnection Review: Worst Buying Experience of My Life
I am a musician, specifically a drummer, and I have been buying and selling musical instruments for over 10 years. I recently had an experience with HiFiSoundConnection that I must say was the worst buying experience of my life. On March 9th, I placed an order on their website, http://www.hifisoundconnection.com, for four Paiste cymbals. All of the cymbals were listed as "in stock and ready to ship" on their website, and I paid in full, expecting to receive them within 4-6 business days.
The first cymbal arrived on March 12th, as expected, and it was in new condition with no issues. However, the next parcel did not arrive until March 24th, and it contained two of the four cymbals I had ordered. The Paiste 20" Rude Novo China Cymbal was fine, but the Paiste 14" Rude Sound Edge Hi-Hat Cymbals only contained the bottom cymbal without the top one. Additionally, the Paiste 18" Crash/Ride Cymbal arrived with a bent edge and was completely damaged.
I contacted customer support by phone and spent several hours explaining the situation. They told me that they did not have the 14" top hi-hat cymbal in stock and that it was likely an error on the part of the Paiste warehouse workers. They also told me that I would need to wait until Paiste shipped the missing cymbal to me. As for the damaged 18" crash/ride cymbal, they told me that I would need to wait until FedEx picked it up, delivered it to their warehouse, and they would send me a new one.
I waited almost a week for the pickup, and they finally sent me a replacement cymbal. However, when it arrived on April 8th, it was also completely damaged with bent and dented edges. I contacted HiFiSoundConnection customer support again, and they apologized and told me to send it back for a replacement. They also informed me that they did not have any information about the Paiste 14" top cymbal and that they did not have it in stock to ship to me. However, I found out that they were selling the 14" top hi-hat cymbal on their website and eBay shop, with more than 10 pieces in stock. I was angry and after a long talk, they finally promised to send the 14" hi-hat top cymbal to me immediately and issue a full refund for the 18" crash/ride once they received the damaged one from me.
On April 19th, I received the 14" top hi-hat, but it was not brand new and looked like a demo item packed in a terrible box. I sent the second damaged 18" crash/ride to them and waited for a full refund, as promised by their customer support. However, when they received it, they sent me a "new one" instead of a refund, and it was in the worst condition of all three cymbals they had sent me.
When I contacted them and told them that I wanted a refund, not a damaged cymbal, they informed me that they could only process a refund within 14 days from the order date, as stated in their return policy. They also said that they could only authorize a return within 30 days from the order date. After two months and a lot of time spent on this issue, I now have a totally damaged cymbal, no money, and a feeling that I have been ripped off by this company. I have a feeling that they knew what they were doing and what they were shipping, and it was their plan all along.
I want to make it clear that all shipping boxes were fine, so it is obviously not the fault of the delivery service. The cymbals were packed while already damaged in their warehouse. I am currently filing a lawsuit against them, and if anyone else has experienced problems with this company, please contact me. I strongly advise against buying from HiFiSoundConnection.

Surf and Turf Roofing did an amazing job replacing my entire roof, fully repaired the rotten eave/facia and added a new venting system. They were able to save all my gutters, which was a huge savings. I have solar panels (I wish I didn't need them!) and the roofing team coordinated with the solar company to have them removed. The solar company is currently reinstalling them and I honestly don't trust them to not damage my beautiful new roof. I called and spoke to a representative to ask if they could come inspect the shingles before the solar company leaves. I received a call back from the production team within minutes. He arrived immediately to inspect the roof and inside the attic. Thankfully, he said everything looks ok. He made sure to tell me if I ever have any concerns to call and they'll be happy to come right out. It made me feel much better and I was thrilled with the immediate response.
I am very pleased with the roof. I would also like to thank the team and everyone else I spoke with, whose names I don't know. Surf and Turf is a great company and can be very proud of all their employees. You definitely feel good dealing with them.

Give roofers a bad name . Showed up in a beat up trucks with no signs . No one spoke english except one guy who wasnt even on sight, pretty sure they were illegal immigrants. No experience left broken shingles and other debri killing environment around it . Did not install roof vents correctly, were not connected to roof and thats fraud. They Broke a roof beam and stated not responsible and refuse to fix it even though , roof is leaking. Also they lie and try to take advantage of you thinking , say you no nothing about construction or roofs. Been in construction business for 40 years plus, dont play stupid. You know surf and turf is a disgrace when your old roof was better than new .

Poor Customer Service and Flimsy Products: My Experience with Hifi Sound Connection
I recently ordered some side brackets from Hifi Sound Connection and unfortunately, it took a whopping 2 weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find that I only received one bracket instead of the two that I had ordered. To make matters worse, the side brackets were made of flimsy plastic and didn't seem very durable.
I decided to call Hifi Sound Connection directly to see if they could help me with my missing bracket. The customer service representative told me that I needed to take a picture of my items with the invoice and email it to them. While I was on the phone, I did just that and was told that I was in an email queue and that they would get back to me.
I couldn't help but ask the representative what the purpose of the picture was. He simply replied that it was part of the process. I found this to be quite frustrating as I felt that they should have taken my word for it that I only received one bracket. I mean, what's to stop someone from removing one bracket and taking a picture? Or worse, what if I just took a picture of a bag of lint and claimed that was what they sent me?
The representative's response was even more infuriating. He simply said that if I didn't like it, I could return the product. I couldn't believe it! I had already waited 2 weeks for my order and now I had to go through the hassle of returning it because they couldn't trust me?
Needless to say, I will be staying far away from Hifi Sound Connection in the future. Their customer service is lacking and their products are not up to par. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality audio equipment.
Terrible Customer Service and Packaging: My Experience with HiFiSoundConnection
I had a really bad experience with HiFiSoundConnection. Just like everyone else, I had terrible customer service and I was really worried that my transaction wouldn't go smoothly. I spent $520 on subs, a box, and an amp from these guys and the first two times the item was packaged so badly that Fedex wouldn't deliver it because it was damaged. I had to make about 5 phone calls, each one taking at least 15 minutes to speak with someone. Finally, I was promised that the THIRD package would be properly packaged and guaranteed to get to me. But that didn't happen. The box came in destroyed AGAIN so I refused the package.
After dealing with a really rude guy named James, he basically accused me of not wanting the product and tried to charge me a 20% restock fee for something that they destroyed. I couldn't believe it! All the employees there are trained to lie and they will hold your money hostage. They held my money for 30 days until I threatened to sue them. It was a nightmare!
I would not recommend buying from these internet terrorists. The worst people there are James and Ann. They are both terrible scum liars that will do all they can to screw you over. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same terrible experience that I had.

I recently made a purchase from HiFiSoundConnection for a vehicle specific speaker package for my Chevy HHR. The package included two 6x9 speakers for the rear doors, which were shown in the attached photo. I didn't bother to check what type of speakers were already installed in the back of my car, assuming that the package would be compatible. However, it turns out that the Chevy HHR actually has four 6.5" round speakers. This was a bit of a disappointment, as I had to return the 6x9s and pay $43.00 for shipping using FedEx, which was recommended by the website. I was frustrated that they wouldn't cover the return shipping costs, even though it was their mistake.
Despite this issue, I found the customer service to be quick and friendly. However, they were unable to assist me with the return costs, no matter what I said or provided as proof of the misleading web page. To make matters worse, the website has not been corrected to reflect the correct speaker size for the Chevy HHR.
In addition to the speaker package, I also purchased a 2 din mount and a wiring harness. While the packaging for the speakers was subpar, they looked fine and worked well. Unfortunately, the rear speakers didn't work and needed to be exchanged for the same type as the front speakers. I'm still waiting for these to arrive, as I've been working on this installation since the end of February and it's now March 27th.

So, I recently made a purchase from HiFiSoundConnection, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. So, basically, I would be paying $40ish dollars to ship it back for them to hopefully send a new one this time. It was an awful customer service experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from them.
Overall, my experience with HiFiSoundConnection was a complete disaster. The radio was not new, the packaging was terrible, and the customer service was abysmal. I would not recommend purchasing from them, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

off with HiFiSoundConnection! I ordered an item from their website and it was supposed to be delivered the next day since they are located in Missouri and I am in Illinois. This is standard shipping time for neighboring states, especially with large cities. But guess what? The item took multiple days to arrive and nobody had any answers for me. It was too late for what I needed it for and I was extremely disappointed.
When I called HiFiSoundConnection to complain, they tried to pass the buck and not take responsibility for their mistake. They even wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee if I returned the item because of their own horrible work ethic. I reminded them that they record their conversations with customers and their customer service employee had assured me that the item would arrive as stated. They should have that recorded conversation and support what was promised, unless they were lying and not being honest in any way.
I was blown off and left with a late product and a bad taste in my mouth. I will never order from HiFiSoundConnection again and I suggest you don't either. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with hifisoundconnection.com
I recently made a purchase on hifisoundconnection.com for 2 Kicker 10s in a hideaway box for my Nissan Truck. It was quite a challenge to place my order, as it took me almost 3 hours to complete. Despite the difficulties, I was pleased to find that the website allowed me to ship my order to a different address than the billing address of my credit card.
However, my satisfaction was short-lived when I received a call from a very RUDE associate several hours later. He informed me that it was their policy not to ship anything over $100.00 to a different address than the billing address. I tried to explain that I own a used car lot, Roberts Motors, in Hickory NC and that I am at work a lot more than I am at home. But he was very dismissive and told me that if I wanted, he could cancel the transaction altogether.
I was so frustrated that I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the associate refused to connect me with anyone above him. I had to call back and speak to a lead customer service rep named Sam. Unfortunately, she was just as bad, if not worse, than the first associate. I couldn't believe how poorly they treated me, especially since I am a customer who spends a lot of money on their products.
If I treated my customers like that, I would be out of business! I will never order from hifisoundconnection.com again, and I hope that they treat their other customers better than they treated me. But based on my experience, I don't think they will.
Poor Quality Products and Services: My Experience with HiFiSoundConnection
I recently purchased a speaker package from HiFiSoundConnection for my 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 regular cab rear speakers. However, I was disappointed to find out that the speakers advertised to fit without modifications did not fit at all without some adjustments. To make matters worse, they also sent me factory speaker wire adapters that fit the factory plug but did not plug into the speakers they sent. It was a total "duh" moment for me.
When I contacted their customer service representative, Paul Smith, he insisted that those were the correct speakers and refused to acknowledge the mistake. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service skills displayed by Paul. To add insult to injury, HiFiSoundConnection expected me to pay for the return shipping even though they made the mistake. The cost of return shipping was not worth the expense, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
The packaging of the product was also subpar. The items were wrapped up in thin plastic wrap and small boxes, which resulted in torn and worn packaging by the time it arrived. It was evident that the shipping company had to tape up the package to keep it all together. I couldn't help but wonder why HiFiSoundConnection couldn't afford a proper shipping box.
In conclusion, I would not recommend dealing with HiFiSoundConnection. Their products and services are of poor quality, and their customer service is lacking. I regret not heeding the warning signs and reviews before making my purchase. There are much better quality products and services out there, and I suggest you stay away from HiFiSoundConnection to avoid getting screwed over.
Hifisoundconnection.com Review: Unfair Policies, Poor Transparency, and Rude Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on hifisoundconnection.com for an amp/subwoofer. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the item was a refurb, which was not clearly stated in the product description. I immediately contacted their customer service to cancel my order.
To my surprise, their response was not what I expected. They offered me two options: pay an additional $75 for a new item or pay a $17 cancellation fee. I was disappointed, but understood that these things can happen. I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. John Cyril, a customer service representative from HSC, responded to my request the next day and assured me that my refund would be taken care of.
However, twelve days later, I received a FedEx MPS shipping notification in my inbox stating that the order I had cancelled had been shipped out of HSC's warehouse and was on its way to my address. I was confused and frustrated, as I had already cancelled the order and requested a refund. When the items arrived, I found that they had been poorly packaged and some of the boxes were dented from being thrown around during transit.
I decided to return the package, which cost me an additional $40 for shipping. When HSC processed my refund, they only gave me $400 back, keeping $100 of my money as a restocking fee. I was outraged, as I had cancelled the order and never intended to receive the equipment in the first place.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Hifisoundconnection. It felt like they took advantage of my interest in their listings and tried to steal my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest that you look elsewhere for your audio equipment needs.

I recently bought a vinyl record case from HiFiSoundConnection for $89.99. When I received the item, I was disappointed to find that both clasp were broken, rendering the case unusable. I purchased the item through Ebay and the shipping was prompt, but the item was damaged. I contacted the company's customer service department and they instructed me to email them with the item number and pictures of the damaged item. I followed their instructions and received an email back from them offering a partial refund of $5.00. I couldn't believe it!
I replied to their email, requesting a full refund and explaining that I would be happy to return the item to them at their cost, since they had sent me a damaged item. They responded by offering me a partial refund of $15.00 instead of $5.00. I was still not satisfied with this offer, as the case cost me $89.99 and I expected a full refund. I asked them to provide me with a shipping label so that I could return the item to them at their cost, but they did not respond to my request.
I called their customer service department again and they asked me if the $15.00 refund was acceptable to me. I told them that it was not and that I wanted to return the item at their cost and receive a full refund. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the phone. I was extremely frustrated with their lack of customer service and their unwillingness to provide me with a full refund.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with HiFiSoundConnection. The item I received was damaged and they were not willing to provide me with a full refund or even a shipping label to return the item to them. Their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase audio equipment or accessories.
car speakers
I bought car speakers from them because their ad claimed the speakers would specifically fit my model car. They did not. They never would because they were too deep. I would have had to cut into the sheet metal supports of the dash to make them fit. I emailed them at least 8 times and called them 3 times explaining everything in detail and kept getting the run-around. I did not want to pay return shipping and a "restocking fee" for what was obviously their mistake. They refused to pay return shipping and docked me a restocking fee to boot.

I attempted to order a set of speakers for my car but their website crashed before I got a confirmation the order went through. I again tried to order and this time it went through. Within about 15 minutes, I received 2 emails confirming 2 separate orders. I was charged twice for the same order. I immediately called and explained what happened and asked that they cancel one of the orders. I was told that was not possible and they told me to "refuse" delivery of one of the packages. Well, the packages arrived while I was at work. Now, I had to pay $40 to ship an order back then was charges a 20% restocking fee. Further, of the 6 speakers I ordered (which they stated fit my car) only 2 speakers actually fit. So, I also sent 4 speakers back and was again charged a 20% fee. So basically I was charged $269.90 and was only refunded $108. Plus, I had to pay $40 in shipping. When I called them (several times) I was told they "were looking into it". 2 weeks later, I called (furious) and was told they will not refund me any more money...Sorry! I will NEVER use them again. Unfortunately, I did not look at reviews before I ordered. My bad! I was stunned to see the hundreds of complaints against them! Beware of these guys, they will rip you off!
Very unprofessional company!
I have ordered speakers from www.hifisoundconnection.com and it took them over two weeks to deliver my order even though they promised to deliver in few days! When my speakers finally arrived I found out that there was a defect and they did not work correctly. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. They agreed and said that I have to pay 20% restocking fee! I agreed and they promised to deliver a replacement in a few days. This time it took them over three weeks to deliver my order! I'm very disappointed with HiFiSoundConnection, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable!
Paiste Rude Cymbals
Worst shopping experience in my life!
I am a musician (drummer) and have been buying and selling musical instruments for last 10+ years. And I need to say that my buying experience with this company was the worst one in my life.

- Paiste Rude Series 18-Inch Crash/Ride Cymbal with Strong & Balanced Stick Sound (1128518)
- Paiste 20-Inch Rude Series Novo China Cymbal with Bright & Silky Sound Character (1122520)
All cymbals were "in stock and ready to ship" as it was stated on their website. Paid money in full and were expecting to get all the cymbals as usual in 4-6 business days maximum.
First cymbal was received as expected on Sat 3/12/2016 and it was new. No problems. But after it..
Next parcel was received only on Thu 3/24/2016 and:
- Paiste 20" Rude Novo China Cymbal (1122520) - was fine
- Paiste 14" Rude Sound Edge Hi-Hat Cymbals (1123114) - I've received only bottom cymbal without top one.
- Paiste 18" Crash/Ride Cymbal (1128518) - came with a bent on the edge. Totally damaged.
I've contacted customer support by phone and spend several hours explaining that hi-hat supposed to have top and bottom cymbal and I've received only the bottom one. They told me that they don't have it in stock and this problem should have been caused by unprofessional Paiste warehouse workers who didn't ship 14" top hi-hat cymbal to me and told me that I need to wait until Paiste will send it to me. About the damaged Paiste 18" crash/ride I was told that I need to wait until FedEx will pick it up, deliver it to their warehouse and they will send me the new one. OK. I've been waiting almost 1 week for this pickup, finally they send the replacement to me, but...
On Fri 4/08/2016 - I received new Paiste 18" crash/ride but it again came totally damaged (another cymbal with bent and dents on the edges around the cymbal).
I've contact hifisoundconnection customer support again. They again told me sorry and that I need to send it back for a replacement. And still (as they said) they didn't have any information about Paiste 14" top cymbal from Paiste and they don't have it in stock to ship it to me. I looked through their website and eBay shop and found out that they are selling this 14" top hi-hat cymbal and it was written everywhere "more than 10 pieces in stock" (So they were lying to me during 1 month, saying that they don't have it in stock).
I was angry and after a long talk (it took nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes for them to accept the fact that they have top 14" hi-hat top cymbal in stock) they finally promised (I have screenshots of this chat on their website if you are interested) to send 14" hi-hat top cymbal to me immediately and issue a full refund for 18" crash/ride once they receive damaged one from me (because I've decided to buy it from another shop). OK.
On Tue 4/19/2016 I received 14" top hi-hat and it was not brand new (looked like demo item and was packed and terrible box) but I was happy to get it anyway after almost 2 months of waiting.
I've sent the second damaged 18" crash/ride to them and have been waiting for a full refund (as it was promised by their customer support), but I again.. I was not ready for the surprise... Once they have received it, they have sent me the "new one"! NOT A REFUND as they promised!
And the most terrible thing is that when I received the third 18" crash-ride from them with big dent on the edge! It was a worst cymbal condition of all 3 cymbals they sent to me!
When I've contacted them and told that I want to get money, not this damaged cymbal I received an answer saying "We can only process a refund within 14 days from the order date as stated in our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In addition, we can only authorize return within 30 days from the order date. Let us know if you need any further assistance."
So now, after 2 months and a lot of time spend on this guys I have totally damaged cymbal, no money and feeling that I've being ripped of by this guys. I have a feeling that they knew what they were doing and what they were shipping.. It was their plan I guess.
And I also want to say that all shipping boxes were fine, so it is obviously not fault of delivery service. It was packed being already damaged on their warehouse.
I am filling in a lawsuit against them right now. So if anyone had experienced problems with this "company", please contact me.

Did not receive product paid for, bait and switch
They have a strong ebay presence, so if there is a way to steer people away from them over there, that'd also be a plus. I ordered (through their website, not ebay) 3 items in total, for around $200. The first item was a 5 channel amplifier for my car which a few days later I received an email stating that their "last item" was "damaged" and that I could get a different amplifier for a mere "$10 upcharge". I figured this was bait and switch, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I just asked them to cancel that part of the order, and they did. They refunded me the entire price of the item minus about a dollar, but I wasn't going to squabble over that. The 2-channel component speakers I ordered came in and look just fine, but I also ordered a 4-channel line output converter and received a 2-channel converter. I immediately (before even opening the packaging) sent them an e-mail, the requested pictures, etc. They sent back to me, "we'd like to offer you a $10 store credit on your next purchase." Right. Like I'm ever going to order from these folks again. After going back and forth with them for over a week now exchanging emails, and finally just asking for a refund of the purchase since it was obvious they weren't ever going to send me my 4-channel converter, they have stopped responding whatsoever.
I'm now filing with the FTC (non-receipt of ordered item), the BBB, and going to places like here, in an effort to steer people away from their business.
STAY AWAY from these guys.
Car stereo
I ordered a re-manufactured and tested stereo unit for my automobile. I agree that I waited beyond the stated warranty period of 30 days. However, when i unpacked the stereo, it was evident that it had never been tested, repaired, or remanufacturered. The stereo was dirty, had food on the front of it, and it does not function. The vendor simply stated that it was "just to bad" without any other assistance.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
ORDERED A PA SYSTEM THAT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE, AFTER TALKING TO A REP. I WAS PROMISED A PREPAID RETURN LABEL, EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT THEIR "POLICY".A DAY LATER I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL NOT HONER THE REP'S DECISION AND WONT PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. ITS A 100LB UNIT, SENDING IT BACK WILL COAST ALMOST HALF OF THE PURCHASED PRICE, BUT I BELIEVE THAT IF A COSTUMER IS GIVING A PROMISE BY A COMPANY'S REP THEY SHOULD HONOR IT, NOT TO MENTION SOME QUALITY CONTROL ON THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE.

Worst Retail Purchasing Experience Ever
Before ordering I did some research and saw that HiFi Sound had relatively positive feedback. I ordered products on 4/9 and was told on 4/11 that products shipped and that I would receive tracking information that night. On 4/12, when I had not yet received shipping information, I checked in and was told the exact same thing as I was on 4/11. I decided to wait it out and on 4/13 when I still had not received tracking information, I inquired again and was given the exact same story. I decided to dig a little deeper as to the reputation of HiFi Sound and was shocked to find that this is a common occurrence and that they have terrible customer service. People had waited months for orders that they never received. I let my bank know that we may have a potential claim and that I was going to ask for a refund.
I contacted HiFi once again, bear in mind that all communications were though their online chat feature. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone at HiFi. I attempted to make over 10 phone calls and never once got a person on the line. They told me that they would process the cancellation but that the products had already shipped and that I would receive tracking information that night (same story again). I told the consultant that as long as I had confirmation on Monday that the order was cancelled that I would not follow through with the claim with my bank. On Monday 4/16, I checked in and was told that everything has been processed on their end and I should have the money in just a couple days. Today, 4/19, I started another chat and found out that the cancellation was still not processed. Only during that chat session, did they change the status of my order to “Pending Cancellation” and said that it was going to take 5-7 business days to see the refund in my account.
I am at a complete loss for words when it comes to this company. It literally seems that there isn't anyone there who cares or even anyone in charge for that matter. I am going to turn this into my bank to let them handle it as I cannot deal with the ignorance of these people any longer. Do not make the same mistake I did.

"HiFiSoundConnection.com is one of the least reputable companies you can deal with online. As long as the piece arrives complete, and packed properly, there are no issues - but pray to God you don't have to deal with customer service issues, pieces that arrive DOA, or arrive incomplete. As it turns out, they sell a lot of floor models and 'factory refurbs' as 'new', and then require you to pay the return shipping to fix their mistakes.
Among the worst CSRs at HiFi is 'James' - unfortunately he answers the phones AND operates the online chat forum through the website. This character lies any way he can to avoid dealing with your issues, and makes promises that never come to light. And if you call the Sales Manager Lisa at extension 99, you will only get her voice mail and she will never return your call.
I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past five months, and as I said, the pieces that arrive in one piece and complete are not an issue - but you have to judge an online retailer by how they deal with their shortcomings, and the pieces I have received DOA or missing pieces have been awaiting their promised resolutions since August 2011. In one case I even had to get PayPal involved just to get a return phonecall!
Accordingly, they will never be receiving another order from me, or my entertainment network, regardless of price, because they cannot service the sales they screw up at their end. Used, broken, useless goods sold to you as NEW.
After over a dozen calls, emails, and online chats with their CSRs, all I can do now is warn people away from this terrible online vendor.
When you judge an online retailer, look past the 'excellent' reviews, as they are now generated by companies hired to falsify online credibility. Instead, look at the legimate complaints, and you'll find out exactly who you're dealing with.

Beware - They also work outside of Ebay during an Ebay auction which I believe is a violation of Ebay policies. On their website chat line they told me they would ship an item 11/21 if I "paid now" - which I did. On 11/23 I started getting emails saying they "needed more information" to ship. I honestly have no way of even knowing if they have what they sold me - but as of now, I out almost $1000.
