Your warranty department is doing something really bad! They're taking forever to process orders. And instead of sending a technician with proper tools to fix the problem, they told me, a regular person, to just look at the back of the chair and figure out what's wrong! Obviously, I couldn't do that (who could?), so they sent some random parts to my house over a week ago. But then they completely ignored me and didn't even bother to follow up, while my warranty keeps running out! They didn't rush the delivery of those parts, and they didn't handle my order in a timely manner. They won't reach out to you or show any concern at all.

The customer service person said they would send the part and then a technician would come to fix it. Well, it's now February 8, 2022 and I still haven't heard from the repair guy. I've called a bunch of times to say they didn't call me for an appointment. They just keep saying they'll email the service tech, but I still haven't gotten a call. It's really bad that I have this expensive chair with a warranty, but I can't even get a simple call to let me know when the repairs will happen.
This is really terrible service. I guess I'll have to wait another month, but not without calling them at least twice a day until someone finally comes out. I asked for the manager, but they said she's not in and someone else is taking her calls. Of course, no one answered when I called, so I left my name and number for a call back. We'll see how that goes... I'm so frustrated.

They trick customers into buying their massage chair. They don't take responsibility for their product. Now I'm wasting over $4,000 on a defective massage chair. They said on their website that if they can't fix it, they'll replace it with a new one. But now they can't fix it, can't respond, and can't replace it. Money isn't easy to make, it doesn't grow on trees. This is a trick to deceive customers. Be careful if you want to buy it. After you buy it and it has problems, they'll ignore you, just like they did to me. My aunt bought a massage chair for $3,000 a week ago. There are no soothing drum noises at all. This chair is supposed to be relaxing, but Cozzia's chair adds more stress instead. All their chairs are of poor quality and shouldn't be sold in the market. They need to recall all of them. They sell for a higher price than other chairs but have low quality. They'll have more customers complaining about it later if they want their company to succeed. They need to fix their mistakes first before they can be successful and last long in the industry.

He reported the issue. Days later, I received an email from a Tech (Chris) requesting error codes, which I provided. After more waiting, I called for an update. Chris was checking if parts were available. Later, customer service confirmed parts were shipped. The JEZ Tech attempted an install but realized the parts were incorrect, yet tried to make do. He documented the correct part and submitted it with the work order. I had to follow up with Chris, who was trying to contact the JEZ Tech. Further calls and emails to JEZ and the company went unanswered.

So the final part was the base *** We ordered it and opened the box, and it didn't work with the back roller assembly. We were then told that was the only base they had, and they would issue a refund for that part, but we were out of luck for the other parts. I have absolutely no complaints about the tech. He has worked with my husband over the last year to fix our chair. I don't understand why you had a new roller assembly but not a base that will work with it. Now I will be out *** IF I am refunded the last *** I would rather have my chair working. I could have bought a used car for what that the chair cost, and it only lasted a couple of years.

It was all good for about 3 weeks, but then it started making this really annoying screeching noise. They watched the video I sent and said that the noise was definitely "not right" and that it was the air compressor going bad. They said they would send the part and a service tech would call me in a week or two. The part arrived on March 3rd, but the service tech never called. I sent a bunch of emails and they told me that there's only one service tech for the whole state of Montana (which is the 4th biggest state in America, by the way). Now it's April 27th and I just got a call from customer service. They said the only service rep is 12 hours away and it will take several more weeks. I asked her how she would feel if she bought a *** chair and couldn't get it fixed. She said she would be really mad. So I told her I want a refund and they can come pick up the chair. She said I have to deal with Furniture Row for the refund, but she understands why I want my money back. It's just ridiculous how both Cozzia and Furniture Row are doing business like this. They sell this chair with a 5 year warranty, but they know they can't provide service on this side of the state. It's dishonest and wrong. I'm going to tell Furniture Row about this today and ask for a full refund. If they don't do it, we'll take legal action. The chair is only 4 months old and I've only used it 10 times.
