My name is Wandile Kwitshana, cell no [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com, my Supabets credentials: username: Wa1002 and am complaining about withdrawal of R1000 from Supabets, Day: Sunday evening 17/05/2020 through supabets ewallet pro (An option available in your account under Supabets withdrawal option)I never received sms confirmation withdrawal from Supabets and FNB ewallet since Sunday 17 /05/2020 I thought of system errors and decided to check ewallet balances by dialing *120*277# no money was there I then decided to call Supabets with regard to withdrawal problems. I spoke to 3 different Supabets agents in three different times namely
1. Njabulo
2. Papi
3. Brian
On 21/05/2020 I first spoke to Njabulo regarding the unresolved matter who promised to escalate the matter to their withdrawal team and later call and give feedback that didn't happen I then after 2 hours of waiting for feedback from Njabulo made another call and eventually spoke to Papi who also claimed to have escalated the matter to their withdrawal team I decided to give them ample time to resolve the issue hence I made calls in the evening yesterday 21/05/2020. Today 22/05/2020 I called FNB ewallet consultant round about 13hours and spoke to Nomsa who checked their system and found no funds were ever available on my cell no [protected] which is the cell no registered with Supabets and FNB I then again called Supabets and ultimately got hold of Brian and explained my case He then promised to escalate the matter to their withdrawal team and again decided to give them ample time to deal with the situation between them and FNB He too never called to give me feedback I made a call again and spoke to Papi (whom I spoke to yesterday) who decided to cut off my call after realizing I am the same person he spoke to day before, I tried again and again they kept cutting my calls without answering
I urgently need this matter resolved I'm in need of money during this covid19 plight
I hope this upon reaching authorized personnel will be treated as a matter of exigency

Not reflecting funds after deposit
I deposited some funds to my account yesterday at about 01:30 now its 02:05 the nxt day. I can't believe it's still not appearing, with my previous service provider, it would have appeared just immediately, I regret my move to supabets I hope this matter gets resolved since I'm losing patience. User 4869621 maybe you will check for yourselves, I am new to the site but my experience is not welcoming at all. It would be better to let us know if you are experiencing some problems systematically that we would deposit at our own risk, it's a shame for a big company like you to be incompetent, real shame
Poor Customer service
After standing in air for 20 minutes a lady named Gloria who is a cashier told me she is going to the toilet and just closed off. The customer service at Supabets Midrand is the worst I have received compared to topbet where the staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff at supabets seem bot to understand that they are providing a service and not doing anyone a favor. If this is not urgently adressed supabet will loose customers to topbet which is not far from the supabet. This is not the first time i experience this kind of disrespectful customer service please fix this!
poor service from cashiers
Your midrand branch is very bad and rhe attitude of your staff is stinking and forget that wr are the one bringing business to supabet and i believe its poorly managed. Theres no customer service in that branch and they dont mind leaving a customer standing on the que and leave the till point without saying anything to youand you have to decide for yourself and join another que. Customers are not respected.. Your cashiers need training.This plce is stinking wit poor service and bad attitude of your staff.

For the 5th time in 2 months supabets info and supports failed to assist me.. this morning 11/12/2019
I recharged my account via ABSA [protected].
Time: 7:11.. i have sent over 5 emails and i missed all my games i was going to play/bet on today, support and info has failed again to assist me... money has not reflected again to my account..
unallocated payment that was made on the 22 october 2019
I have made two payments of 200 on the 22 October from Capitec bank to supabet FNB account.the first payment was done in the morning just after 8. The second payment was done at 12:30
Both payments were immediate EFT transfer which only one was allocated. I have been doing an inquerry regarding the other payment which I'm not winning everytime I call or chat to someone is either online or on your WhatsApp bi get to be asked same thing and be told matter has been escalated.or someone is waiting for a response from FNB. I fail to understand how come your account department can't pick up there is a payment that was not allocated.that is if the person who works in your account can really read and understand accounts.
To make things worse your agents are also refusing to put me through to their senior or supervisor. I would like for someone to please contact me with answers.so we can put this matter to rest. I don't have to deal with supabet.im sure that you are aware of a lot of betting companies that are out there all I want is for this to resolved and I can move on to another betting companies that are willing to treat me like a customer.

By guys emalahleni branch is disfuncional they put one cashier on soccer on weekends where by the soccer is played the most and the cashiers are slow we can't even bet 11am soccer you have to wait 2 hours to play and in order to play 4pm soccer you have to arrive at 1pm else you won't be able to play ... Its either the management is poor or can't handle well they schedules cz during the week you find 3 cashiers doing nothing there cz there's no soccer

Whenever a deposit is made to their account proof of payment is sent to them. They take hrs before crediting a person account . Buy then all the games or racing that one intended to play have passed or started. The worse is that one gives a dam there about the urgency of deposits . Even after they acknowledge that they received the proof of payment they still take hours to credit a persons account. And only after more than 5 or more emails. Only then do they respond.. their service is disgustingly pathetic

I went to buy a supabets online voucher, on my arrival, there was no quee l was the only person who was on the vouchers section, but no cashier was available to help me, l spoke to the lady on the next counter asking for help, the only response l got from her is that the person who sells vouchers is not around, ok l then went to a guy who is a manager he just pointed me to a computer with no cashier he didn't even bother calling the cashier for me, 30 minutes no help 🤨that sucks
deposit and withdrawal
I think Supabets is a better betting site but sucks in customer service. When one makes a deposit it make take 24 hours to be clear and before it used to be efficient within 2 hours and when one wants to make a withdrawal it will still take forever and no one gives response that they are halding the problem. It's either they should close shop or improve their services. It's frustrating.
live in play/results

On 29 March i bet twice on live in play with SUPABETS name of the bet which said "who wins rest the game". The result at the and of the game was 1 - 2 in favour of Saipa fc (Iran) which was in my favour but their result said it was a draw. I tried to contact them but no one responded.It was not the first time this happened. Please help resolve this.

I played in the reel race, hot hot fruit. Every few spins results in a reset with an error code "problem communicating with wallet" i lost out on 3 feature games due to this each time it resulted in a pay spin.
