My clan was named mrstinkypinky with no deep meaning behind it it's just a stinky pinky. And I was banned for 2 days, I contacted supercell to no avail they team is very lazy and just copy pasted promts saying it was might be sensitive in other countries with people with different views and such wich is just an answer but not a correct one. His name was Ari and I'd like him fired for not doing his job and sensorship of speech.

Transactions were paid through my telephone company; I'm from LA and currently abroad. They had coding issues because of the COVID-19 lockdown, so I stayed at home and played the game. I just got a new phone because I thought my phone was the issue, but when I visited my mobile service provider, they checked for me and confirmed that my phone is fine, with no storage issues or viruses. I wrote to Supercell, and this is how they have been replying to me until today. It's been five months of being ignored, and there seems to be some negligence on the part of the government. I contacted them, and they reached out to the game's distributors, instructing me to write to Supercell's headquarters. As the ComplaintsBoard.com can see, they've blocked my email! I want my refund back. I've already deleted the game, and some of my purchases have disappeared! I am grateful for any assistance.
I have giving supercell proof of my in game purchasing with itunes , gave them a list of all my devices used on the account , where it was created , sent them a picture of me being at the home screen base showing it belongs to me . And they keep telling me Im trying to steal someones account when it belongs to me and i have in game app purchasing receipts
My complaint is that my clan account name was changed without warning or reason. When I inquired as to why, I was told that my account was reported as offensive. However, my account name was simply a series of symbols. There are literally hundreds of other accounts with the same or similar name. As I have spent money on this game over the years, I expect them to uphold the agreements we have in place, and I have not violated them. They are completely unwilling to speak with me about my complaint and will tell me to just deal with it. This seems personal and not contractual. They are not providing the program and service as outlined in the agreements. It is a simple fix that they refuse to comply with. There is no place for this in American business and society. Thanks. The company Supercell has numerous games listed on the App Store. We have spent 1000's of dollars over the years for these games. We recently switched to a new phone and the connection was lost. An email verification code is supposed to be sent but no emails over a dozen attempts as well. (Probably part of their scam) I have even sent over proof of the purchases from Apple and they are still denying an account. I have asked them numerous polite questions and they in turn told me not to contact them again for some time and blocked all access. I see that they are known for this instead of helping their paying customers. I would like our money back but only after an honest attempt of providing an email with our code. They create a Supercell ID so we can play the games on any device, anywhere. I changed my player name in Clash of Clans, and my account was deleted. I've spent years building that base. It seems they do this to many players to encourage starting a new game, which could lead to spending more money on developing our villages. My Supercell ID is associated with a Gmail account, and my player tag is unique to my profile. My Town Hall was level 13, and I was part of a clan with a specific name. Previously, I played the game on an iPhone 6s, and now I've signed in on my Note 8, but they assumed the account was sold. This is the reason for the policy of one account per email. All I want is my account back. If they can't restore my deleted account, I would at least like to have another account at the same level, considering the years I've invested in playing.

Supercell has banned my account on Clash Royale under pretenses not listed in their ToS. They banned it on August 7th. My account name is Bakemono and the number associated with it is #2POROVLLO. I have spent thousands on this game over the course of 6 years and they banned me without notice and did not hear me out at all when I tried to contact them. Their ToS did not list the reason I was banned for as something a player would be permanently banned for and feel that my ban is completely undeserved given how much time and money I have spent on this game. I would log into the game and get ban after ban, like if I was being targeted and they never once helped me out any one of the 4 times I tried to contact them about the bans.Please help me get my account back.
