Covid guidelines
Why is it that you guys have an employee working who has had Covid in the last few days. As I over heard her talking that she still has the symptoms. That is very unprofessional and careless of the the management team to allow that to happen. I will be contacting the CDC and notifying them of what I saw and heard. I will also make sure that everyone knows as I will blast them all over Facebook and instagram. Do you people not care about your clients safety. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, pathetic. i came into salon with shoulder length hair all one length.
When i left i had one side to my chin and one length the other side is above the chin and layered.

8/2/2022 walked in to salon at Herndon and Flower Clovis, CA about 2:30pm. I sat for a half hour before I was acknowledged. Two stylish in shop with customers, female finished and went on break, ignored me. Male stylish finished with his customer, and asked if I was waiting for Hope ( stylish). I told him I was a walk in and needed a "A line" cut. He told me he didn't cut women's hair, only men's. I told him no one said hello when I walked in, he said, "it's hard when you are busy ". I have always been greeted when going to this salon, even when stylish are busy! I have gone to this salon for 10 plus years, but no longer, I will now be going to another salon, which I did today. Wait policy
I walked into the salon 7 minutes past my time of 4:40 I was given online, which clearly stated there may be a small wait when I arrive. There was a car accident causing me to be 2 minutes past the 5 minute policy. No other people waiting. This was on Aug 2nd, 2022 at the Minot, North Dakota location known as Southgate crossing. I walked in, and she went to help me and said oh well you are 5 minutes past, we can’t take you. I stated their was a car accident and she stood there not caring. Mind you it doesn’t take 30 plus minutes to cut someone’s hair. I told her well thanks for wasting my time. She began arguing back saying I wasted hers. When she had well over 40 minutes until they would be closed. She and the other female working sat there laughing as my boyfriend pushed me out of the door.
Desired outcome: Female to be reprimanded for her unprofessional behavior and the store closing early.
My neck was injured during a routine trim.
I (Amber Mayberry) went to Supercuts in Cookeville TN on 7/14/2022. I told Monique Apple I wanted a woman's 1 inch trim. She cut my hair and got out a pair of electric clippers. She said to cut the hair even. She placed the clippers to my neck and I felt immediate pain. I said something was wrong. She looked and said oh no you are bleeding. I demanded something to apply pressure. While I was applying pressure she made a joke about cutting herself by placing her scissors in her pocket. I was annoyed by her lack of concern. The other stylist heard me ask if I was at risk for blood born disease. That other stylist came to ask MONIQUE if she was ok disregarding my wounded neck and concerns. I paid for the haircut and went home and cleansed the wound. The attached images of my injuries the picture hair 5 is from today 7/15. Which is the day following the injury. Haircut
Hello,
I went to get a haircut at 18th Battery St, San Francisco, CA, 94111.
I felt I was treated as less than human. Did not get proper haircut nor the barber touched my hair. properly It made me feel so insignificant. There were still patches of long hair left on my head. He did not even allow me to get rid of cut hair from my body and to worsen the insult, threw all the equipments used on me in some container as some kind of biological waste.
All because my hair is oily and a little dandruff. The barber even insinuated that I don't wash my hair which is not at all true. I do wash it every other day. This is a terrible way to treat anyone. I am feeling very emotionally challenged right now because of this.
Uneven haircut - plus one side was not texturized
I asked for a basic cut (I have straight, fine hair) - asked for one inch off the bottom, and texturized on the ends so it doesn't look so "blunt." I had a 12:00 appointment on June 15, 2022, at the Super Cuts located at 1000 Bald Hill Road, Unit 9, Warwick, Rhode Island. The left side is shorter, and it was not "texturized." When I brought this to her attention her response was "I already did that side." But she didn't. There was also a strand that was longer than the rest on the left side; she didn't check her work! Very shoddy. I will not be returning to this "salon." I am out ~ $25.00 (this includes her undeserved tip), but intend to recover it by reporting them to the AG's office. I'm so tired of being ripped-off, and for people who remain unaccountable for their alleged "expertise."
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the money that I spent. I received a Senior Discount. I have made an appointment at the North Kingstown (RI) SuperCuts today (6/17), to see if they can correct this disaster!
Hair cut
They destroyed my HAIR! I showed a picture and they said “I can do it”, I had my hair over my tailbone, in the picture I showed to the hair dresser shows a hair that should be around my breast and at the end I had my hair over my shoulders. Crying! I was just crying! While crying, the two ladies there told me they didn't do anything wrong as my hair wasn't long enough, so I showed a picture I took while she was working on my hair, it was easy to see a really long hair, and then she told me "you shouldn't take my picture, I am going to call the police!", so I called 911 and a police car came, I explained the situation and the officer was able to get a receipt so I could take legal actions.
Desired outcome: Anything that makes me want to leave my house again.

0424/22 Today was the last straw =- This now has been the 3rd time I have stopped in this store - there was not 1 person in the store I asked about a root service and she told me no she will only do it in the afternoon. $28 charge for bow drying hair.
This $28 was charged after hair coloring which was $65. That would have been included in the hair coloring. I mean do some people go home with there hair wet? The $65 is sufficient to cover a3 minute blow drying. Will not be returning. No one should use supercuts They are the worst place to go . Was contacted by management was told that is correct. They have new owners and that's the reason for the new charge. Was not made aware of the new charge till after I had paid the bill. Don't go there

$28 dollar charge for blow drying hair after my wife had her hair dyed.
My wife was not previously charge the $28 after the hair dying procedure. It took a total of 3 to 4 minutes. I would like to be reimbursed for the $28 overcharge. My wife had it done at the Hillcrest Plaza in Spartanburg S.C. on 3-2-2022. The stylist was Chelsey. Thank you Frank Chase . Additional information. I paid with charge card. $28 charge for blow drying on top of $65 charge for hair coloring. Took 3 to 4 minutes to blow dry. What a ripoff. No one should go to supercuts. From what I've been reading I can not understand why people would go there. One star out of ten. Better yet no stars out of ten

Refusal of service
I went to the Supercuts in Jefferson Green, Newport News, Virginia at 9:10 A.M. 4/7/2022. I have been a customer of Supercuts for 15 plus years and liked their service until today. I noted the Covid mask mandate sign and put on a mask. When I entered, I asked the stylist when management would stop the mask mandate, that even restaurants no longer required them. She then told me she did not like my attitude and asked me to leave. I asked if the manager really wanted to lose a long time customer, and she said she was the manager and they had plenty of other customers. I then left and I will never go back to Supercuts again. If you like rude management, Supercuts is evidently the place to go.
Desired outcome: I request an apology, specifically from the store manager.
Haircut
I've had my hair cut at this place before great experience the first time.
I went the second time and he butchered my hair! I specifically told him not above the ear showed him a picture of the cut I wanted! I had a stacked Bob and he completely destroyed my hair!
I will have to wear a wrap on it to hide all this! I called the manager she said she was busy cutting hair and would see the pi turns when she was not busy! I'm so disappointed will never go there again!

The lady butcher my hair I showed her a picture of the length of my hair I wanted. It was a picture that was on there wall. Although she cut too short from the front I let it go. The worse part was that she butcher the back of my hair and the top. And made hole spots. I ask her to style it and my hair was sticking up and uneven. I did not want to make a scene for there were serval customers, so I paid and left. I came home and evaluated my hair and ask my honey to check the back of my hair and took a pictur. It was horrible.
Let it be known that my hair was to my mid waist. So this hair styles could have slowly cut my hair and stop me to ask me how I was liking the length and the back. She never did. I could not see how much she was cutting off either. I trusted she knew what she was doing.
I cant really do anything to this horrible butcher hair the only thing is cutting it even shorter to even it out.
She made me into a Tom boy.
I want to express she appeared very tired and ready go home and in a rush to finish. I was sympathetic to her and her mistake but after fully checking my hair and not being able to style it correctly and the uneven layers really just pissed me off, of her careless act.
Dont do hair if your tired or not willing to put the effort.

I've been chasing my missing item several time and nobody is returning my messages.
I only had part of my order delivered which this is clearly shown in the pictures from DPD & contents of the box.
