I was in a hurry for a haircutbti attend a job interview. Didn't have time to wait for an appointment at a quality salon. Went into a super cuts at a shopping plaza near my house. OMG! This so called stylist needs to have her scissors taken away. Alli asked for was to cut my hair 3/4 of an inch shorter all over, to mimic my current cut that I have been pleased with for several years. Holy hell! My hair is now going from 1/4 inch from my scalp to prices that are 6 inches long that she didn't even cut. The back is almost 1 and 1/2 inches longer on the right said than the left it is hideous. I went into another salon to have it fixed . She did even it up and although even, it is extremely short and doesn't match my face shape and certainly isn't appropriate for an interview.
I call the super cuts that destroyed me, was told by manager to come back and they would fix it. My question is certainly the stylist that did this has no skills. Why would I want to go have it fixed by them when it should have been cut correctly the first time!
cut/ looks like a mower hit my head
Went in on my lunch hour to get my hair cut. Returned to work to laughter. Asked for a 1 1/2 got zero in many places. Embarrassing, you all should be too! No conversation out of the "stylist" which asked me nothing! Never showed me the back of my head. Which looks like Tom Hanks in "Philadelphia". I am home now and wearing a hat. She never asked me if I wanted it squared in the back or anything. I would never go back to this location. The store was busy and kept making references to the crowd that came in that "don't worry about the list the 4-5 names are all waiting on her" the stylist next to her, who I should have waited for!
That's nothing. About 30 years ago I went to one of those places. Told her exactly the way to cut it (nothing special, mind you). She cut one "sideburn" off, square, but to the top of my ear, and then cut the other one at a 45 degree angle from the top of my ear up to the top of my forehead. I looked like a freak, and her babble?...she struck me as some drug addict when I thought about it. Cough up a few extra bucks and go to a real barber. That's what I do.
she used the wrong number clip and it made me look like crap
So I normally go to sports clips but I decided to try Supercuts today. I went in and asked her to shave the side of my hair because I was trying to grow out the top and do a sorta a comb over and I said "I want a little hair but not it all gone" and she said so probably a 1. I replied that's what I normally get at sports clips but at super cuts I guess is just buzzed. So she basically buzzed the sides and I looked like someone smashed a pancake on my head once she was done I asked can you clean up the top so it doesn't look like I had a pancake on my head. She said you will have to grow your hair out a little and I said oh ok. And in between all this she was just rude and really unprofessional. Talked bad about another customer from the previous day which made me not want to complain or ask for a refund in store. I got a crappy hair cut, crappy customer service and overall a crappy experience. I looked like a mushroom. Never again will I ever go to super cuts.

I walked into the Supercuts on bell rd and 165th Ave at 6:20 pm in what was the Albertsons shopping center and they turned me down for service because the stylist was going to go on lunch she said even though they close in 40 minutes This is the second time I have be refused service at this location because of how close I get there to closing time and this location is right by my house and I will refuse to go to this location again and I will not recommend this location to any of my friends or family It's sad because I think if the people working there weren't so worried about leaving at 7:00 they could of kept my business and my four kids business.

The Super Cuts in suite 106 off of Palo Alto/ hwy 16 in San Antonio, has music blaring super loud. Not to mention the music is not appropriate for the small children to be listening too... I have literally heard the word "n###" fifteen times, b###, f###, and more about strippers than I care too. My issue isn't the music if it were only adults here, but seriously there are multiple small children in here..
two haircuts
I did not take my reciept nor did my stylist tell me her name. I went in to get a haircut earlier today as I seen in a text message from SuperCuts that the haircut was 12$ this week. I went in with my boyfriend. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait as there was a lady and two little girls in front of us. They rushed us back. My boyfriends hair is kinky and curly so he asked for a shampoo first as it was all over the place from wearing a hat. My stylist washed my hair before cutting it. His stylist did not wash his hair as he asked and just went straight to buzzing it. She did not shape the back of his head either. She rounded it and made it look like an oval when he wanted a straight edge. I asked my stylist to do half an inch off of my hair after she washed it. She took an inch and a half off. We were in and out of there within 15 minutes even with getting my hair washed. Even with the discounted haircut this week, we are both absolutely mortified about our hair. He was too embarrassed to even say anything to the stylist because she seemed in a bad mood while we were there. We are honestly so upset over the fact of the poor customer service and lack of communication skills they had towards us.
overcharge and bad service

I visited supercuts today ( 22nd April ) around 1 pm.
I was unsatisfied with the service as I was in the salon for no more than 15 mins, with a wash and trim and was charged £25 for this which I felt was extorshinate. Especially after I looked up the price online and it said £17.95.
On top of this I felt the hairdresser was rude and I am not happy with my haircut.
Please investigate and let me know if I was overcharged for the hair cut as I feel like I was.

Put a complaint on a employee for doing drugs on and off of the work place and nothing was done about the complaint. The employee is name Erica Berry and this person does drugs on and off work. Some clients has complain about her smelling like pot but the management team is friends with Erica Berry and does nothing about it. Erica Berry needs to be drug tested and be fired for her drug use. it is not fair for the clients at super cuts to have to be in this environment.
This is defamatory and actionable. I suggest it be removed!

Went in to Supercuts and fit a haircut, paid with debit card, the next day I was charged two times the $17.50 I owed. I called the shop and they told me to wait a day or two. I did then went in with my IPad to show the manager Flo I was charged twice on my Bank record. She looked at it and the looked at her record and said we only show we charged you once. There's nothing we can do to help you, go talk to your bank. I said you can clearly see you charged me twice. Flo the manager must be an uneducated grade school drop out. Told Flo I'd been coming there for years and I won't be back. Flo said have a nice day.
I called my bank and they took the charge off.
This store is on the corner of Warner And Cooper in Gilbert Az. Stay away...terrible customer service...how stupid can a manager get...we pay your salary...I Won't Be Back...see ya Flo!
color application
3/20 went into Supercuts to get a retouch of my color, had been there on 2/21/17 and the color was fine. Katia put the color on and I noticed it was getting very dark and remarked that to her, she said not to worry. After she shampooed the color off, the color was no where the same as when I came in, instead of red it was medium ash brown on the back and coffee brown all around the front. I told her I didn't like it at all. Her comment was to get some highlights around the front to lighten it up. Another stylist came over and said the same thing, and to shampoo it a few times and it would be get better. I told both of them I did not want highlights as I didn't like the color at all. I called at 9 am and talked to Katia again and asked her if she was going to fix it, she said the only thing she could do was some highlights. I told her no and wanted my money returned. She said she would call me back by 11 am. No calls, therefore I called her back at 2pm. I explained that I had just paid 125.00 to get my color reversed and a toner put on and needed my money back to help fray the costs. She told be I could come back in a month and get free color. I told her no, I did not trust Supercuts to do that. She told me to call GeGe her supervisor. I did at 4 pm and left a message, as of 5 pm today, no return call. I need my money back or I will just file a complaint with the credit card company. Thank you Patricia G Parker. [protected]. terrible service
I checked in with the app arrived 15 min early leaving person left not helping the person there I waited an hour watched 4 people walk out on how they were treated when arriving. 2nd person stylist showed up messed around with other things I was next she called a person who just walked in I was not happy she couldn't figure out anything as to where I was in line . I waited an hour with one person ahead of me . They both seemed very disorganized and more concerned about what each oth them were wearing . No one really cared that I wasn't happy and had wasted an hour for no result . I have been going there for the last year never had a problem and I am not usually a person who complains. There was zero management shown and to much talking over getting the work done. I will not go back to many other places to get things done service is what makes people return and there isn't any there today! Good luck moving on

When I arrived there only 3 ladies at the store, 1 of them was just sitting there doing nothing. Belinda, one of the other 2 ladies was helping a guy, Yolanda is the lady that helped me. Yolanda helped asking what i wanted, I showed a picture of the hairstyle I always do saying that other guy I go to, do it with scissors(the way i do) she doubts asking Belinda if it's possible, Belinda says it is and Yolanda says she can try, her hands shakes while grabs some scissors, i moved my head before she starts and asked her if she can do it, she says she can't she didn't train with scissors, only machine but she'll try. I said I'll wait for Belinda, Belinda was telling other guy she was helping to be there early because they close at 6 pm on sundays, it was 5:20 pm, which means they had enough time to do it, they where expecting a guy who called to be helped, Belinda answered saying to hurry because they're going to close (she did tell him rudly), there where only me and this other guy. Belinda told me to wait meanwhile she ends the transaction with the guy she was helping, Yolanda said she charged him already, Belinda starts with me and cuts with machine, not scissors, ok she started good, even though she started good, at the top of my hair she asked if that was ok, I said if it's possible a little bit shorter, she turns to ask Yolanda if she charged the guy Belinda was helping, Yolanda said she didn't, they realized that guy wasn't charged, she returns to me and she cuts all the hair with the machine, I couldn't move my head because she suddenly cut a lot of hair without telling me before. It doesn't look the way I wanted, didn't cut as I wanted and repeatedly where mentioning that they close at 6, to come early, that they are slaves there. If they don't want to work just don't work but don't treat customers like that. I paid and they where rude saying yeah yeah bye bye, like rushing me to close. I can't believe the company has untrained people doing this job. I want to be remunerated for this horrible experience, I'll have to deal with a bad haircut at my job. THANK YOU VERY MUCH LADIES! :(

unfairly treated by my boss
Hello, my name is Guadalupe Jasso. I am an employee of Super Cuts and have been working with Super Cuts company for almost 8 months in the location in Pharr, Texas. They closed down that location and transferred me to Super Cuts in Mission, Texas. For some reason, the manager, Rosa E Cedillo has been treating me bad since I started working in that location and has been judging my work. For everything I did there was a complaint from her. She wouldn't let me do my job and would yell at me in front of customers and there has been times where she has interrupted me while I'm doing my job and humiliated me. Never has a customer complained about the job I have performed on them. I been working as a cosmetologist for 15 years and I know how to do my job correctly. I see it unfair that she was giving me that treatment. Not only had she been treating me in that manner, but other employees as well. Her attitude towards me made me want to stop going to my job at Super Cuts because she made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. I am making this complaint because they need to take act and make sure that the company knows how the manager Rosa E Cedillo treats her employees in general. Thank you.

I went to Islington London Supercuts on the 24/2/17 at 13:50pm i left. I have noticed there are longer bits. Pulling and ripping my hair nasty lady!

I made it very clear to Uzria that I do not have much money and she has taken advantage of not giving me the service or the value I deserve as a customer she came across as a very conniving woman. Strange comments were made to me by the previous customer hairdresser did not defend me as a customer.

ridiculous job done with highlighting hair

I went to get highlights done and specifically asked the lady there that I want something darker than my hair color. I asked her can you show me the colors and I can tell you which one. She didn't show me and she did a blonde color. I hated it so I went there next day again and asked them to fix it and they started teaching me all the terminology stating you should have said low lights not highlights. No where in the website or their price board do they have anything mentioned as lowlights. How would a person know. They should always clarify with the customer what they want. So to fix it they just colored that hair to a darker color and when I shampoo after 24 hours all the color is gone! For my small short hair they charged me $70 and did such an awful job. Never get your highlights done from this location. Never!

friday July 8, 2016. I went with My son for his regular Haircut. One of the ladies was busy, and she ask me if My son will wait for her or she will tell the manager to take care of my son for his haircut. and I told her that she can tell the Manger to cut my son"s Hair. so she came, and my son told her that he needs to go to the Bathroom and she said that he can't use the Bathroom, because they dont let Public to use the Bathroom./ and I told her that he is a Customer and with Pay for the service and he can use the Bathroo.m.we got mad with her because I don, t think is right. and we told her that we dont want the service and we are not coming anymore. She was rude. and I bought a shampoo for my son and she didnt put the Shampoo in a Bag? She ask me if I wanted the shampoo in a Bag, and I told her that she suposed to put the shampoo in the bag? you dont ask.? thats is your Job. I will never take my son for his haircut anymore. Im still Mad . We went for more than 5 years to this place. my issue is How about is My sons Had a bladerIssues? and he couldnt hold? Im very disapoint.

I have been going to Supercuts for 4 1/2 months twice a week. Today the manager tells me I have not been charged enough all of these months. She increased my visits by $9.00 for each visit. She did not apology. She was not kind about it... She acted as if it was my fault somehow!!! She was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to Supercuts nor will I recommend them...

I went in for a simple trim and some thinning! I walked out with 3 diff lengths bald spots in the back and a crappy choppy "layered" look! I'm mortified I now have to take another 3 or 4 inches off to make it even and look like a little boy! I'm friggin traumatized I will never trust this place again! Every Supercuts I have ever visited, they are always understaffed. I had to wait one hour for two people ahead of me and only one stylist. The prices have become outrageous. 16$ for a three minute haircut is robbery. Their attitude on the wait time is "who cares"
You had to wait an hour for two people ahead of you when it only took 3 minutes to get a hair cut? Actually nevermind- You had to wait!?! What is the world coming to when you have wait for things! There's a line at Walmart- What! I have to wait?! Get over yourself you're not that important.

The training was with a woman in her late twenties with a very big ego. I'd like to say I have a pretty good read on people when I talk to them and I could tell right away that this trainer was a b***#%. I knew I was going to either make it through the week long training dreading it or end up leaving. Guess what happened? I ended up leaving the 2nd day. This trainer was very patronizing. She would ask me a question about a certain technique and if I got it wrong she would try to make me guess and make me look like I was an idiot for not knowing. She would then proceed to talk to me like I was a 5 year old child. It was frustrating because I wanted to learn and it's hard to do that when there's a hostile vibe. She was constantly picking on me to somehow make herself feel superior and she kept making ugly sour faces at me.
Let me describe to you what this girl looked like, very heavy make-up, maybe to disguise how ugly she was, had 3 maybe 4 tires around her waist and probably around 5'3 so a fatty for sure. She had darker red hair with a chunky platinum skunk streak in the front. It's 2014 honey chunky streaks are so out and have been since 2005. Her hair looked similar to Peggy Bundy's (from Married with Children) without the blunt straight across bangs. It was long, wavy and big with lots of short layers. Her clothes looked cheap and tacky and had holes. She looked like she stepped out of a time machine from 1993. She was ugly on the outside as well as the inside so I guess that makes her hideous.
She wrote me up the 2nd day which I wasn't surprised. She said it was b/c I was late (like 5 min!) and wasn't performing efficiently so to continue with the training I had to show her a haircut. If it were Vidal Sassoon performing that haircut for her she probably would've failed him too because her ego was as big as her gut. I had left an assisting job at a high end salon prior to working at Supercuts because of condescending people too. I'm starting to feel like I'm never going to escape these types of people. I'm going to keep trying until I find the right salon. This experience was very disappointing. If the trainer was nice I may have stayed but my experience overall was just bad and I got another job offer (wish me luck!), so I didn't bother trying to fight to work there. The hiring process was frustrating and unorganized, manager left my personal information in public and the cutting techniques did not seem easier.
When I think of Supercuts I think of chain salon and cheap haircuts. I applied here b/c I needed something to do during the day and the experience. There are some great stylists there but I don't want to brand myself working at a cheap salon chain. I'd also prefer to shampoo all my clients and give them the a full salon experience. I don't like the dress code which I think is ridiculous one is in place b/c its a cheap salon chain. Dress code is black, white and gray. Ugh! I hate that! Would I ever apply here again? I don't think so.
Honey if u didn't want to work for supercuts.. U shouldn't of applied.. Because u couldn't handle yourself, or the teachers attitude, is neither here nor there.. Just because their cuts are cheaper doesn't mean the quality is.. But I'm sure your talking about your skills.. Anyway.. Good luck to u!
Sounds like you have a big ego yourself. Also to describe your trainer as "girl" makes you even look more like you think highly of yourself. I seriously doubt they hired anyone under 20 to train you therefore you should not refer to her as "girl". You complain about being treated like five year old yet you degrade someone who is obviously not a child a "girl". Guess this makes you a hypocrite. Are you sure you are not five years old. Making comments saying she wore makeup to hide how ugly she looks is a comment a five year old would make. Perhaps she treated you as if you were five because you were acting like it. Also what does it matter how much she weights, and call her a fatty, come on stop with the elementary school insults and you won't be treated like you are five. You judge her hair, her make up, her weight. Show a picture of yourself(if your parents allow you to) and let's all judge your weight, hair, and face. I bet you don't look like a princess yourself.
You were late, on the second day, that shows that you are irresponsible. This shows that if you can be late on the second day, perhaps you will come in late often. The fact that you don' t think it is a big deal shows just what kind of person you are. You think you are so great but you are not as great as you think. You failed, and how dare she fail someone with a big ego. How dare does she write up someone with a big ego. After all you are "special" and rules such a coming in on time does not apply to you.
Seriously grow up, it is not her that has a big ego it is you that does.
humiliating hair cut
I went to my local Super Cuts to attempt to mend some chemical damage I had brought upon myself. I asked for only 1.5 inches off my mid back length hair. The stylist recommended a keratin treatment, in which I obliged.
Upon the haircut itself, the two employees whined about their smoke break as if I and the other customers were being a burden on their Tuesday afternoon. The customer service was awful!
After paying and driving home, I blow dried my hair, and was horrified! There were huge chunks missing off the length ( about six inches missing in some parts) and my bangs were a complete hack job! My 3 year old niece cold have done better blindfolded! I immediately called for an emergency appointment at a friends salon. She needed to cut an extra 3 inches off just to try to blend the massacre the stylist had created on my head.
I have never been so disappointed in a hair cut, not to mention humiliated until this grows back!
