Shawn and Mike did a excellent job. They noticed a electrical surge there was mold cleaned it up and added a Platinum Air Quality.

Jeff C. Was our technician and we were very happy with his service. We have been with Superior for many years and are totally satisfied with them. They are proactive in setting up our yearly maintenance and always arrive within the scheduled time window.
Had new AC installed by Superior less than two years ago
Had new AC installed by Superior less than two years ago. Unit had several issues that were addresed promptly but we felt we needed more. After consultaion with several service techs from Superior and primarily Phil we came to the realization that a larger, stronger unit was needed. Phil took the issue up with the owner and it was decided that our unit should be replaced with a larger one. Phil set up the install and three very capable young men came out and within two hours we were back in business. Unit works well and we are very pleased with the services given.
Although it was very disturbing to have a new unit not perform as expected Superior did step up to the plate and took care of the customer. Cant ask for much more. We know they will always be there for us in the future. Thank you to Phil and staff for a job well done.

They sold us an oversized system, said it would be more efficient and lower our power bills
They sold us an oversized system, said it would be more efficient and lower our power bills. After 26 or more service visits within the first few months of having the new system they had to replace all our duct work because THEY did not do their due diligence on tests (per their recorded messsge when you call their office) to realize our old duct work wasn't capable of managing the air flow from the oversized system they sold us. Almost 2 years later and thousands of dollars in power bill overages we finally found an actual HVAC company who knows what they are doing. In 1 day our power usage has dropped by over half with the new system and every room in our house is cool and comfortable. Do not trust Superior, all they want is a quick in and out and will not take responsibility when they screw up the job. All we got was a refund for the AC unit itself but they left us to pay for all new ductwork and power bill overages and we had to report them to Pinellas County to get them to do that. Also beware they skirt the system and don't pull permits, so if your house burns down while they are replacing your unit you are liable not them.
