I got a 3 inch lift kit for my *** ford ranger from these guys. The price was ***. But when we tried to put it on, we saw it don't fit. The torsion keys are too big for the factory key retaining plate, the rear lift blocks don't fit because the hole is too small and the U-bolts to secure the lift blocks in place are about an inch too short. I messaged them on their website and after a few emails, they said the product might need grinding, which they don't say on their site. I asked for a refund, but they said it's past the 60 day return window. I called them in March, but they haven't called me back. I also emailed them, but no response. When I asked who I can talk to, they didn't answer. I called them again, but still no call back.

Spacers are bad and can't get a refund. I order spacers for a Christmas gift that were put in late December and they broke in mid February. They lasted for a month and a half. The product page says anyone can put them in with hand tools. I had a mechanic put these in and the company still says they were put in wrong. I asked for a full refund and said I'd be happy to send the spacers back because they are bad but the company only wants to replace 1 spacer. It's too risky to put any of them on the car. I almost lost a tire driving down the road, which could have been a bad accident. At this point, I just want my money back and to be done with this company. I had a mechanic look at the bad spacer face to face and tell me that it's bad. I sent the company a photo of the spacer and they can tell me from a photo that it's NOT bad. I followed all the rules and they were put in right.

I bought the 1.5" rear lift blocks for my 2021 Chevy Silverado RST on January 15th. I spent $124. When I tried to install the blocks, I noticed two problems. Firstly, the block is flat and doesn't fit inside the hole correctly. I had to manipulate the axle to get it close to going in, but it was still out of align. Secondly, the hole in the top of the block is too small to fit the peg on the bottom of the leaf spring. I thought it would be an easy fix by calling customer service, but I was wrong. I left a voicemail four days ago, but I haven't received a call back. I called again the next day, but the line was busy. I was given the number of a sales manager, but they didn't answer and their voicemail box is full. Supreme Suspensions has terrible customer service. They advertise a customer service line and email, but they are unreachable. It's frustrating because an incorrect product can be fixed, but not when the company doesn't respond.
