Went to Willie Automotive, Inc. to fix my car. They said they would honor the warranty, but when I got my car back, it was still broken. I tried to call them, but they blocked my number. Not happy with their service.

I called up Willie's Automotive on Sept 22, 2021 to get my 2014 HD Iron 883 motorcycle towed to a *** for repairs 'cause it wouldn't start. The driver asked me to help him load the bike, so I pushed it on while he strapped it onto the flatbed. But when he took the first turn off my street, the bike fell on its side on the flatbed. By the time I got there in my car, he was pulled over and two folks were helping him pull the bike up. The driver started arguing with me right then and there, and again at the Harley shop, saying it wasn't his fault and he don't usually tow motorcycles. He kept insisting he wasn't responsible at all. I got a quote for the damages from the repair shop and tried to make a deal, but the driver just wanted to get paid for the tow. Finally, he took a call in the cab and just drove off.
