For one month exactly i was on Survey Junkie. I redeemed $60.00 worth of earned points with no issue. On February 5 when I tried to redeem another point credit of $28.79 I was told I needed to contact Customer Service for Verification Services and that locked me from completing anymore surveys. I did as instructed and contacted the support team that they just needed my birthdate, name and such and assured me it was a one time thing and that I'd receive a postcard in 10 days with a verification number. After 10 days elapsed and still no word, I got nothing. So I called again, was assured it would be handled this time, Again... and waited 10 more days. Still locked out mind you... and still left in limbo I emailed them after day 27. The email returned the same postcard verification response. So I waited.. nothing after the three additional days. Nothing after another 10 days from the email correspondence. Nothing at all. That's why I'm writing this. I feel I have been discriminated against, scammed, and become a victim of fraudulent business practices. I'm not asking for too much, just what is owed to me for my time. Now they won't even answer my emails and the phone calls since have yield the same generic 10 day postcard resolution that we know is just a ploy to get rid of you. SURVEY JUNKIE IS A SCAM. SURVEY JUNKIE STEALS YOUR INFORMATION FOR PROFIT! There... I said it. SURVEY TAKERS... BEWARE! Please if you or anyone is considering this as a source of extra spending money... run. I'm an intelligent, retired lady with a brain who refuses to quit when it comes to businesses taking advance of the aging Americans and since I've recommended this to multiple family members and friends... I have vested interest in being a person of integrity. Sadly due to my experience with Survey Junkie I can dutifully proclaim this business as a Senior Scam! Make it right Survey Junkie!

(WOW, DON'T USE THIS SITE BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU WITH NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER!) PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU WILL "NOT" REGRET IT. When I first joined everything seemed fun and fine for a while, then out of the blue, they would "freeze my account" that had a lot of money in it, saying they needed certain forms of verification. They did this on "several different occasions". Each time I gave them the benefit of my doubts and continue to do their surveys attentively, and professionally. I had been with them for months and months doing the surveys they presented me "perfectly and even received bonuses." IMPORTANT: Throughout those months every once in a while I would receive a message that would "re-direct me to a defective site", (just from clicking on the link, not even answering a single question), however, it rarely happened. Then one day (out of the blue) I was doing surveys and about half of the surveys, I took sent me to that "defective site" without me answering a single question (all I did was click on the survey links). Well, you know what SURVEYJUNKIE did? They (froze my account without notice once again) and would "not pay the money I had attentively worked for". Upon reflection, I should have let them know that the site was malfunctioning but I thought they probably knew about it and would know that it was (not my fault). What was most "outrageous" was instead of asking me did something go wrong while taking surveys on the site, and knowing that I previously had a "perfect track record", they assumed it was my fault. My big mistake was when I started to trust them because it turns out that they are (dis-honest). "If I were you I would stop taking their surveys because if they could do it to me with a perfect track record, it could happen to you." PLEASE NOTE: the terms and conditions which I followed them to the letter, state that (they can let anyone go at any time for any reason.) This is how they get away with it and fooling new members who do not know about the track record they have. (If you decide to stay, make sure to cash out when you have "$5.00 or less" every time because you won't know when the site will malfunction and they will take the money that you accumulated and blame you for it.) I should have listened to my gut because some of the things they were doing previously seemed shady. I sure hope my truthful review helps other members past and present, not get taken advantage of without notice.
