Received disapointing service, unreliable service. No showed on weekly service.

I recently got a new liner for my pool, but it's been a whole week and there have been two different crews working on it. One of them even had to undo what the other crew did, and it's still not finished! It's been a really messy and unprofessional job, and my yard is a complete mess now. I've been waiting for someone to come and finish the job, but all I get when I call is a bunch of apologies for the inconvenience. I'm getting really frustrated, and I might have to call my lawyer next.

I'm a new customer with Sweenys Pool Service. The company I had before, they expected me, an 80 year old woman, to make sure the pool was clean or the cover was clean before they would do anything. They were my service company for about four years and they were always very rude and arrogant. Never again with those creeps. I called Sweeny's this year to open my in-ground pool and to see if there was a leak because the water level dropped a lot over the winter. Two men came and opened the pool and everything went well. The following week they sent a repair person to find the leak. He did and it was a hole in the pipe underground that leads to the jets. The water was being lost rapidly. He dug up the yard, repaired the pipe by replacing a piece and put everything back in its place. The company is very professional and does a wonderful job. The pool has never been so good. I am very grateful and highly recommend Sweeny's Pool Service.

Sweeney's pool service is really bad, seriously. They don't even deserve one star. Seriously, don't use this company, it's for your own good. We hired them to open our pool, but they couldn't come because one of their workers messed up their shoulder. So we rescheduled. Finally, when they did come, all they did was take off the cover and charged me $325. They said I still needed to fill the pool more and told me to call them to come back and finish. I thought that was weird, but whatever. The next day, I called and Maryann told me to just turn on the filter myself and that the chemicals were already good to go. I didn't feel comfortable with that. The employees didn't tell me I had to do that when they came. They never showed me how to use the equipment or said they wouldn't come back. We complained, and they did come back about 1.5 weeks later to fix a leak and activate the filters, but they never cleaned the pool. After begging them with a bunch of calls to please come back because algae was growing again, they promised someone would be there on Tuesday. But guess what? Nobody showed up. Their excuse? Oh, turns out the guy went to the wrong house and cleaned someone else's pool. She said they would come the next day. They did the whole reopening and cleaning again and charged us $300 for another reopening (which I already paid for, in my opinion, for a job they didn't finish the first time). It's impossible to get them on the phone. We just called our old pool company to come and we're never leaving them again. Oh, and they also broke some tiles in our pool.
