This is the WORST bank to deal with in regard to their credit card.
The day after we opened it we had fraud on the account, and I had to call them.
I had to escalate the issue 4 times to get a manager and get it resolved.
The week after we used the card and had to go thru several calls to validate the CVC code.
NOW, they froze the account yet again for some unknown reason and sent me a link to take a face video and pictures of my state issued ID card. Their software is obviously flawed because the videos I took were clear and clean however it wouldn't recognize them, and I received a message stating that I would be receiving a letter in 7-10 days. I called and spoke with a manager named Lynn who was no help at all, and I told her to close my account because their customer service absolutely sucks, and I am not going thru this every week just to use their card. It's not worth the trouble at all. If you are thinking about opening a credit card account, I would advise you to think again.
Desired outcome: I would like to speak with the CEO and CFO. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
