My PC has been receiving marketing scam alert - low disk space - from Systweak, enticing me to purchase CleanRegPro for $14.95, which I did purchase on Nov 9. However within the same day after download the CleanRegPro, I kept on receiving the same alert scam, then I called the 1-800 number. I was told that I have to buy another one - called Advanced System Optimizer in order to clean different things on my PC. I was told that the charges was $29.95. However when I received the credit card statement, I was charged by $33.54 on Nov 10 2013 and $14.95 on Nov 9 2013, the amount was different from what I was told.in fact the Advanced System Optimizer covers the same cleaning of CleanRegPro. It doesn't make sense why I have to pay $14.95 for the CleanReg Pro where it is covered by Advanced System Optimizer. Thinking that my PC should have been speed up after the two purchases, but in fact it is about the same efficiency even after the 'clean up'. The fact is now my PC has been keeping on receiving the same scam alert - low disk space when every time I turn on my PC and it appears every 15 minutes. This led me to believe that the alert is a marketing scam, leading consumers to buy their software one after one, on and on. Since my PC is at the same speed even after the 'clean up', and kept on being on alert for the same scam message - low disk space, I am not totally satisfied with the purchases. I want to have 100% refund of the total amount that I paid, for $48.49 to my credit card account. Please let me know how can I delete the annoying scam messages.

charged twice doesn't even work
I was charged 2 times for this cleaning the computer product. It doesn't work and I want my money back as soon as possible.

They have written me to ask me details as to why I want my money back instead of processing my refund. So now another day is wasted because they need to know why I want a refund. You can't even say "quit" because it goes right back to the money screen. I have already UN-INSTALLED these 2 products and just want my money back. PLEASE!

My VISA account was charged $39.90 on 6/16/13 for something that I did not intend to order. It was set forth as a trial and I did not realize that I would be charged for something I do not have included in my programs. The only Systweak program in my computer is the Photo Shop which I cannot use.

I believe that"systweak" took advantage of a person (me) in a compromised state. I was experiencing trouble with internet explorerdisconnecting. This started in 12/12, the problem was never addressed. Being disabled I forgot that I had called or I never called again, this cost over $300. As stated my only income is ssdi I called the systweak again after insomnia and overmedication, and sold so much that it is going to put me on the street! I hope you believe that the business model of any co. Should never be to destroy someones life. After all this time my computer is not right. Internet explorer still drops, and I believe sysweak has a deal with google because I cannot att.net (my provider). I have spent just under $800 since december on systweak.

Paid 29. 95 for computer register cleaner. My money was taken but the program never downloaded. Any attempt to use the program, only brought up another screen to pay again. Can never contact by phone / [protected] / [protected].
I registered the product by putting in the product code. The product would not perform after that, but would go to a screen for me to purchase the product again.
I just started taking SENSA and have only used it for a few days. The first thing I noticed was that beneath my eyes were swollen and I got fine bumps around my eyes. At first I thought it was due to a switch in makeup; then I started to itch fiercely and got bumps on my neck and stomach where no makeup is applied and I started to question what I had done differently and yes, the SENSA was the only thing. After having read other reviews on this and realizing I had some of the same symptons, I now know it was the SENSA. I am done with that product. It was a free trial, but how many of us know that we should be skeptical of "free". I had to pay shipping on the product to get it, which wasn't that much, but now I have to pay shipping to send it back. I was not told at the time I ordered it, that I would have to send back the unused portion in order not to be billed the $89. I am all too glad to send it back and for those of you who are using it, "Stop!" and if you are considering it, "Don't". I'm just glad I found out about the side effects before I had some serious health issues. There is no quick fix to losing weight. We want it to be, but watching our diet and exercising is what we have to do.

Charged $29.95 and then another $.90 for international transaction fee from SYSTWEAK KOELN and another fee of $29.95 fee processing from Cleverbridge AG Koeln. Put a complaint in with my bank and agreed to help find the culprit and prosecute.

My computer started to develop some problems with registry and during start up I kept receiving different errors. I found systweak secure online store while searching solution for this and they’ve promised that their software will be able to fix this. Once I paid no software was delivered to me and in addition to that they’ve overcharged my card.

I purchased Systweak's System Optimizer form a SAMMSOFT.com who sent me to the link to download the licensed version on Go.Zoombli.com. 28 days later I needed to again re-install the product, only to be informed by systweak that I did not purchase the extended download option and would need to re-purchase the product. This product seemed to be doing the job that I was looking for however now I can not draw my conclusion. If a person wishes to purchase this product be-warned of the pit falls and do your home work, which I will now do and should have done in the first place.

Advanced System Optimizer - beware of the automatic renewal tab, here is my tale. I purchased ASO in Se 2010, and I guess ticked the box to have automatic renewals sent to me. One year later they sent me a note thanking me for my renewal purchase and enclosing the invoice. As I did not want the program as I found a free one, I wrote them and was initially told no, you signed up for automatic renewals, your payment is final. I called the credit card company and they said, this is a common mistake consumers make, but that they were powerless to reverse the charges as I had signed a renewal contract. I wrote the company again saying while technically they were correct, it was bad PR to charge a customer that no longer desired the product. Amazingly they credited my account. Morale of the story, be careful about the automatic renewal options. Thank you!

I have bought three products from Systweak's, Advanced Vista Optimizer, Advanced System Protection, Advanced System Optimizer. All three seemed to function tell I noticed my desk top icons disappearing and having to re-load Adobe Flash every time I did an optimize. At first Systweak's answered all e-mail that was sent to tech tell I started questioning their software code and who was writing the software.. I have had to re-download the above software's at least 4 times. Systweak's answer to a problem is a link to a better version of the software, All-n-All it might fix the bugs you complained about, But then you are dealing with a whole new problem..in 15+ years of computer work, I have never had to deal with software that is infested with bugs; Ok, I forgot Micro$oft.. Back to the issue, Systweak's has not answered my email since I p — them off questioning the writers of the software, And the "will pay $ for reviews" I just want to warn other of this software, And to stay away from what seems to be BATA being sold as A grade..

I had a cold call this morning from India. The woman calling said she had been notified we'd had some pc problems. We have been dealing a lot with BT re our broadband recently and have had several calls from India to try and solve the problem, so I initially thought this was another. The caller asked me to boot up my pc and then talked me through some procedures to look at lists of pc generated error messages. She then said she could fix these errors but I would need to let her take control of pc. At this stage (rather late I know) alarm bells did start to ring, but I thought if I was sitting in front of the screen and observing what she did, I could call a halt at any stage. To cut a long story short, it soon became obvious that she was selling a Systweak package. At the point where she took me to the payment page I called an abrupt halt to the proceedings and she hung up. I had to download an uninstaller to get rid of the desktop icons she'd left me with as I was unable to uninstall using Windows Uninstaller. What a scam! Don't be taken in as I was!
